No, no. If it doesn't come across as that, it only means I didn't manage to express my original intent clearly. Aithne's personality is pretty unconductive to team play. I don't know if I managed to make it clear but her decrease enmity effect only affects herself. So, assuming she had allies, even if they were around her the enemy would still view them as enemies. Practically the only one who benefits from her first two attacks is herself.
For the distance, wow. I've been thinking in meters so long I didn't realize how small 15ft is. x__x I changed it to 50m, but I'm a little worried if this is appropriate? I sprint a a 6 second 50m so that's what I used as a basis. But that means as long as she keeps 50m ahead of her enemy, they'd be affected. So I'm not sure if 50m is too much.
I changed the first attack to target only one person. My thinking behind the AoE in the second attack was that it could be used in a situation where she was surrounded or faced more than one enemy.

Scout Attack: You still need a time duration for the attack. How long does it last, for instance, in case Aithne doesn't run away? I'd recommend 15 seconds, at most, since that's more than enough time for her to run out of that 50m. Also, how many times can she use it in battle?
Basically, the attack would either wear off when she gets 50m ahead of her target, or after 15 seconds, whichever comes first.
Super: Same deal, here. I recommend an time that's only slightly longer, since it effects more people, maybe 20-30 seconds, since she's only using the attack to run away. How many times can she use it in battle?
Eternal: You need to be specific about the number of allies this effects. I recommend two, since 5 feet is close quarters.

In her first attack, you left in the sentence "Assuming no one moves outside a 50m radius, the attack lasts for a minute give or take depending on her stamina." Once that's removed, we should be good to go.
