 Name of Weapon: Funkei Moumokuhito ( Decapitation instrument flying ) Who Owns the Weapon: Tobias Konaga Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Gauron made it purely for the fact that if he does have to use his stealth as all ninja have to at some point, this makes for a quick and simple assassination weapon. In the heat of battle, it is very hard to use. Range: 10 feet ( about 3 meters ) Weakness: It is slightly large, and isn't easy to maneuver in battle. Therefore it is only useful as a surprise/exectution weapon. Weapon Description: The weapon is composed of a wire, which is the wire commonly used by shinobi, a ring, which is bladed on the insde to the edge of a razor, a slight cap, which is basically the top that sits on the ring, and a cage that once it lands on the target, the ring drops from the target's forehead to around their neck. The weapon is then pulled from a distance, and is set to spin somewhat like a yo yo. The weapon slices easily through the skin of the neck, and once it hits the bone, a trigger is flipped and three razor sharp curved blades slide out and cut the spinal cord. the head is then trapped in the cage, and with a quick pull, it is capable of being retrieved. The cap is red, with several designs on it, all reflecting ancient culture when the weapon was supposedly first thought of. Special Properties/Abilites: It has never before been actually created, it was thought of, but the would be creator died in a fire ages ago, during the ninja wars. Rp Sample:

Jutsu Name: Pulse Cannon
Jutsu Type: Nin ( Bloodline ) < Private >
Jutsu Rank: S
Jutsu Description: The user focuses all of the body's current chakra into a single limb, instantly giving that limb chakra burns. The user then focuses the chakra into a more centralized area, such as the palm of the hand. The chakra becomes more and more refined until it is the size of a needle p***k, but seemingly infinite in it's density, and power. The user then releases the burst of chakra from the area ( commonly the palm of the hand ) and a ray of pure chakra fres from it, capable of cutting through trees for up to a single mile. Then the beam which was originally 1 mm in diameter rapidly expands, making the area of affect about 1 meter around, and reaching for one Kilometer wherever the user is pointing the attack.
This technique requires 3 posts to prepare, through which the user can not use any other techniques.
This technique has a 15 post cooldown.
This technique is usable only by a Konaga, or the Kyuubi
This technique can only be used twice, without destroying a Konaga's limb.
This technique can only be used by the Kyuubi host while at atleast 6 tails.
The user can not change the direction of the blast more than 45 degrees without canceling it.
The blast lasts for two posts in which the user is primarily treated as unable to move.

Tobias was a child, born to a well off family. His Great Great Grandparents had "Acquired" a small country, nothing too big to boast about, it was a farming country that was so pathetic, that the countries it exported to didn't even bother to come to it's aid. It was a simple task for a group of Konaga. Tobias's family rebuilt the country, and easily made it wealthy, working the people to rags, and producing large quantities of food. The Seclusion Act his parent's passed made it so that trading was forbidden. all weapons were melted down into farm tools, and the country flourished. For only 5 years of depression amoung the people, when their surplus rivaled that of even large countries like the Fire country, They began to trade large amounts of food for bits and peices of land. They enveloped many small countries, flipping them in much the same way. The country grew until it was a small farming nation. The law was upheld by the Konaga who roamed the land on foot, keeping their skills sharp, and their blades dull from the constant rebellion. You wouldn't think that with the golden age that the people would have revolted, but the elders of the countries had taught the extremely young that the Konagas were invaders. Thusly a generation of rebellion occured. One fateful night, after all rebellion had seemingly been eradicated, The Konagas were called to the main citadel to a feast, to be held in the next in line's honor, on his birthing day. That was Tobias. His family was obviously drunk, after going through their own personal stores of chakra enhanced saki, atleast ten barrels each. Maybe that's what lead to their downfall. In the center of the room, Tobias slept, in his cradle, wrapped in cloth, and with drapes hanging from the ceiling covering his small body. His family dancing wildly about him, as the fact they gathered only once a year so that all would be unburdened from the pain. That is the day that the Wind, the Fire, and the Wave mercenaries conjoined with the forces of that country's rebel group fell upon the citadel, burning all who were inside alive. all except for the child, who was the only one young enough to shelter from his family's ways, and to one day use as a weapon. The Land of Fire wished he be given to them, As did the Land of Water. The Land of Wind mediated their arguements, and calculated what both had as weak points in their arguement. Then, after saying they'd split their share of the country with the other two in exchage for the boy, They had him. The boy, Tobias, would beome a citizen of Sunagakure. Granted, once the rebellion heard their conversation, they attempted to kill the three groups of three squads, grosely outnumbering them. However, try as the farmers might, they all were decimated. The Boy would grow up in the desert, but not before Sunagakure let him train in the other lands, as was per their addage to their agreement. --- Tobias trained in the Land of Fire, primarily in the moist forests. His teacher was an old shinobi who had recently retired at the rank of jonin, although he was ecseptionally gifted, and was more likely in the rank range of Sannin. The man didn't flaunt his powers, and only those who knew him well knew he was gifted in his skills. Tobias trained with him from infancy to around the age of five. The man taught Tobias most of his hand to hand combat, and is known to tobias as Goken Sensei, after the archaic form of taijutsu his master used on him. Goken is a broad term, it is a term for all taijutsu based around breaking bones to damage vital organs. Tobias was injured nearly daily, but as he progressed in age, Tobias became more resilient, and he took with him to the Land of Waves, knowledge of his teacher's taijutsu style, and a regiment that would help him on his way to becoming a better weapon. --- Tobias was in the Land of waves from his sixth birthday until his eleventh. Tobias was trained by a woman who had dark midnight hair, and wore only shinobi garbs, often obscuring her face. The pain of this was immeasurable, Tobias wondered why he wasn't in so much pain while he had been with his old sensei. Tobias learned the ways of killing silently, and he recieved his prize weapon from this sensei, who affectionatly called him her sworn son. The woman only revealed her face once, and she looked quite a bit like Tobias. That was the day that Tobias was ordered back to the Land of Wind. Tobias had gotten a request granted by his master, the Kazekage at the time. The request was to train with the woman for one more year. Tobias trained with her from his tenth birthday until his eleventh, harder, and more quitely then he had ever done. The day before he was to go to his final home, the woman took him on a mission, and it turned out it was a dual sting, to obtain both tobias, and severe his ties to the Land of Wind. Needless to say, three squads from the Land of wind appeared, and killed the ninja. After doing so, the woman raised her body up from the ground, and threw her kunai at Tobias's left eye. " The Sweet Spot" as she called it. Tobias reacted quickly, and dodged the attack, but only narowly. The kunai slid across his cheekbone, narrowly missing his eye, and catching underneath the top of his eye socket. The pain was nothing compared to what he was feeling, but this woman taught him to supress pain, and even when it is at it's worse to so no evidence. Tobias could do that very well. The woman had broken one ofhis arms once, and he hadn't even flinched. Tobias pulled the Kunai from his eye, placing a hand over it. His other eye wildly swerving from right to left, his chakra seething out of his body. tobias blacked out momentarily, and when he came to, his eye was closed, and he had wrapped cloth around it. His hands were covered in blood, and the heads of all the ninja who were in the building, friend and foe alike were all littering the ashy floor infront of him. The building looked as if it had been struck by lightning, and the remnants danced along Tobias's arms and legs. A man stood there, just outside of the range of the blast. "Tobias my son... " " I'm not really your son... am I?" "No, you aren't... Fate is sometimes heavier on others. Yours is one such fate. " Who are you then? " " You've known me since the day of your birth... You can call me... Master Kazekage. " " As you wish... Master Kazekage. " --- Tobias was sent to an infirmary right away after coming back to the Land of Wind, more specifically, Sunagakure. When the medics attempted to show his eye, in order to heal it, he stopped them, raw chakra mixed with elemental chakra danced along his arm as he held it out, pointing it directly at the wall of cowering bodies. Tobias just got up and walked out, limping because of the pain of the chakra burns on his body. Tobias went out into the desert for several days, he had taken a large gourd of water with him, enough to last him a week. tobias returned, firmed and sculted, his skin red from the sun's rays, as well as the desert winds. Tobias felt actual pain for the first time in his life. A pain that wasn't merely that which had been wracking his body his entire life, no, it was the annoying pain of a sunburn while you slide between rough sheets, and sand. Tobias reveled in this pain, thinking to himself. tobias shut himself in his new room he was alotted until his fifteenth birthday. Then, when Tobias emerged, he no longer had the burns across his body, and he was much taller, much thinner, and much more lean and sculpted than he had been. He had been training his body and his mind. The only person who was permitted to see him during this time was his master, the Kazekage. Officially, there are no pulbic records of Tobias's existance, and he prefers it that way. There is however, a chest locked away in the Kazekage's office. The previous kazekage had the key, and on the day the Kazekage died, the key was buried with him. Tobias was one of the members of the mourning party. Tobias had come out of his shell afer his "Blinding" incident to only the Kazekage. Since that day, Tobias brought even more walls up between him and his peers, and even his superiors. Right now, he is the only person in possession of his complete files. he hasn't opened the chest they are in, but he has written a report of all the things he has acomplished in life, and all of his information that was known to him. This report is the only paper in his file that the current Kazekage even has access to, No one except for the exceptionally high ranking know of its existance, or even have seen that paper. ( This is the previous Kazekage, after he had left his office. )

Ichiseisouseiji ( The Ichi Clan )  History The Ichiseisouseiji Clan can trace it's lineage back to a certain set of twins, who sired quite a few children. These children met one another, and discovered that they carried a special trait. Their children who were born twins held the same traits as their grandfathers. This was a shock, but none the less they grouped together, knowing this was a great talent, and it should be preserved. Decades passed since the founders died at the hands of Konohagakure forces, and the clan flourished. however, not all members of the clan held their clan's known skill. Much like the Sharingan in the Uchiha clan, they were rare to find, and normally stemed from parents who had someone in their direct line who could use the technique. Recently though, they have become tired of printing out clothing to identify themselves as the Ichiseisouseiji Clan, and have just shortened it to Ichi clan, partially for kicks as people assume there is only one, but also because it has a ring to it, the One clan. Only those exhibiting the Clan's kekkei genkai normally go by the last name, but others aknowledge themselves as a member of the clan. Strengths Capable of being two places at once. Shared senses Capable of one tweak that includes having a significant difference. Capable of phasing in and out of each other. Weakness Shared senses Only one clan technique Absolutely no bonuses to stats Giving up their tweak Can only have one chakra type, reguardless of class, unless their tweak is used on it. Rules for Tweak The rules for their special tweak is that they are capable of having very different styles. One may be hardened by nature, and the other be faster than normal. ( This is of course a difference in attributes, which if the tweak is used, all attributes can be different between twins. ) This can go towards anything imaginable, even gender. This does however have three very specific limitations. 1. The user is unable to be a different class. No one wants to fight against a Gen/Ken user team who can share senses. This isn't fair, and no one is a main character, so aside from badass supporting character skillz, no one will survive this tag team combination. 2. The user is unable to use this special tweak if they use a mundane tweak and recieve an extra chakra tpye, or an extra tai/ken style. 3. This tweak can not be used to give each twin separate chakra types. Techniques S- Possession technique This technique is the technique of choice when it comes to possession. yamanakas even envy this technique. The user uses one twin to phase into the opponent, and is capable of controlling one limb at a time. The only problem is that part of the twin is exposed, and can be attacked directly. This results in the other twin being injured, as well as the host being injured. Only one twin can preform this technique at once, and it lasts only five posts. The technique also has a cooldown of 10 posts.

Raiton Sessen Gikou | Thunder Release Close Combat Technique
History
This technique originated with Tobias, although his Goken-sensei taught him the fundementals of fighting with a taijutsu style, Tobias narrowed it down to weilding his raiton chakra to attack his opponents. Most of these technique resemble some used by Konoha's members, and although the techniques are unnamed, they are easily noticed.

Name of Weapon: Paper Ring Blades
Who Owns the Weapon: Tobias Rei (Konaga)
Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Tobias recieved it for missions where he would need to be ready to take on a kenjutsu user, even after being disarmed.
Range: 20 meters
Weakness: The weapon is five individual strands of a reinforced chakra slate of steel. Any attack could potentially find the crasks between them and work them apart. They are also extremely breakable, any suden change in temperature will either make them brittle and breakable, or too flexible to maneuver easily.
Weapon Description: The weapon is actually five rings that are meant to be worn on he right hand. They respond to large amounts of chakra, and are capable of being manipulated. The rings while not in use look like children's paper rings, except that they are pitch black. The blades are paper thin, and therefore hard to notice. These blades take up a bit of finesse, making it harder for the user to maneuver because the rigns respond to the user's thoughts. The user would have to give them an order, then move subconsciously.
Special Properties/Abilites: They are five rings that emit a paper like blade of chakra reinforced metal that are capable of reaching severe lengths.

Purple Flame Clan
History
This clan grew from a group of fire using shinobi who gave their entire beings to the flames, making them a nearly unstopable force when it came to combating against areas which were easily burnable. The clan members learned that there was a way to manipulate all flames, much the way one would do to create a fire clone. This clan has perfected this art, and as a result, all of their flames have a physical quality, even non clan techniques.
Strengths
All their katon and clan techniques carry a fore, so even if someone were to block, it would still carry that force into the opponent, so the only ay to truely avoid damage is to either negate the flame completely, or to dodge.
All Katon techniques treated as plus 2 ranks in strength
Purple flame techniques only capable of being doused by techniques one rank higher in power.
Weaknesses
Unable to utilize any chakra types aside from Katon and non elemental.
Suiton technique douse katon techniques of one rank higher in power.
Easily burned by flame they don't manipulate.

Purple Guard - This technique allows a user to make a disk, about the size of a buckler on their arm, and allows for blocking of techniques equal to the user's rank. The reason this technique is so low leveled is because of it's small size. It is capable of blocking projectiles, and will melt them down if they are left inside of the guard. This takes on the physical hardness of a viking's wooden shield.
Purple Knife - This technique allows the user to make a short blade appear made completely out of purple flames. The blade itself is only about five inches long, however it catrarizes wounds it creates, leading to much more pain, but without the risk of killing an opponent as easily.
Purple Grasp - This technique allows the user to wrap their hands in purple flames, and reach outward, grasping an object within five feet of themselves. This technique is capable of even catching a projectile if the user has enough finesse to do so. this technique acts as an enlongated reach.

 Name of Weapon: Flame Breaker Who Owns the Weapon: Masoi Hugo Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it? Masoi had it made primarily to fight against Katon users. Range: 3 feet Weakness: makes the user weak against Raiton techniques. Weapon Description: The blade is vibrant red with an orange trim, It's hilt is made of a special metal that looks and feels like wood, and it is specifically made to attach to four other weapons which will be released in due time. The blade has several holes in the hilt for chakra infused items to be placed allowing for the user to activate them and use an energy slice. Special Properties/Abilites: This blade is used against Katon techniques, and is capable of having suiton infused chakra placed within, allowing for quick and simple usage of the energy slice ability of the Weapon master. It is also made to specifically attach to a docking site on the final blade that will be made. This blade is always damp. Rp Sample:

Take Over Bloodline http://images.wikia.com/fairytail/images/b/b2/Reptile_Beast_Arm.jpgHistory Long ago, a group of ninja, who are said to have branched off from the Inuzuka clan took the manbeast clone technique to the limits, using their own natural body in the transformation, and holding it for long periods of time. They started with their familiars, but soo nthey began to branch out, and use the parts of even more animals, until they had completely changed the technique in and of itself, and distinguished themselves from the rest of the shinobi world, the ability being written into their DNA. They were then feared for their frightful power... The power to turn into beast completely, and even to become capable of destroying a village singlehandedly. There are three types of Take Over type jutsu. Animal take over, where the user takes on animal like qualities, Beast Take Over, where the user is capable of utilizing unnatural being's attributes. And the final being Full Body Take Over, commonly called Soul. Strengths Capable of taking on the attributes of any beast they fight, even summons. Capable of increasing in size when transforming. Weaknesses Can only use non elemental chakra Has a reduced chakra pool ( -10 chakra at each rank. ) Treated as having low chakra, and is unable to gain any chakra benefits from cursemarks. Only capable of one Take Over at a time. Must have tasted the blood, or a bodily fluid of a Beast to take it's form, or have been on the team that defeated it. Unable to take on a Chakra Demon's form. All Bloodline techniques are personal techniques to the weilder. Techniques - Animal Take Over: This Take Over is a technique used to gain attributes of animals, although it can only be used one animal at a time, the tranformation is seemless, allowing users to switch from animal to animal without a hitch. These are available to learn, and cost E - C on the basis of how hard it is to replicate the animal's ability, andlasts for a numaber of posts equal to the diference in level of the technique and the user's rank x3 to a maximum of 9 posts. Beast Take Over: This Take Over is what one would utilize to take on the attributes of a summon. Be it a large animal's arm, or be it a summon's hard exterior. This is used as a way to surpass the natural world, allowing the user to be more than what nature allows him to be. These are available to learn, and cost D - S on the basis of how hard it is to replicate the animal's ability, and lasts for a numaber of posts equal to the diference in level of the technique and the user's rank x3 to a maximum of 9 posts. S rank techniques last for 5 posts. Soul Take Over: This is the greatest form of Take Over. This is where the user makes their whole body into the form of a single being. Most are S ranked techniques, but some are only C+ ranked. Most of those are small animal Soul, but almost all Beast Soul is normally around the A+ range. These are only activatable at A rank despite some being ranked at C. The duration of this technique is 10 posts, and has a cooldown of 5 posts inbetween uses. More than 2 uses in a battle reduces the user to near nothing as the body has had to rapidly mutate and reform twice.

Zeref Bloodline Hatred, Phantasmal, Death Bringing  History Long ago, back at the beginning of the shinobi world, even before the Six paths Sage taught all of chakra, there was a cult. A very powerful and influential cult who held their land with hatred and fear. This cult worshipped a dark god called Zeref. In the beginnings of this cult, the leader was a man named Zeref, who had an amazing talent. He could project his hatred out into the world and manipulate things with it. Now, the weilders of this bloodline know that this is known as chakra, and jutsu, but Zeref's time knew nothing of it. They thought of it as magic, and began to worship him. He had a single eye that allowed him to do this, as the theory goes. He died as an old man, his eye bursting into horrid evil chakra, which tainted all of his closest children. These children were all born on the same day as Zeref's death, and all were placed in a five pronged seal around him as he drew his last breath, as he had commanded. Zeref's eye tainted the children with his evil, vile chakra. Each child had zeref's eye, a dojutsu that allows them to project hatred in a physical form. These children were filled with all of Zeref's complete hatred of humanity, all of his agnst. They each formed their own cult, and eventually began to war against eachother. The five children were supposedly stopped by a monk who had the same ability as they had, but he used it in an odd way. His wasn't evil, it was more neutral. These children's hatred was so much for the man who had stopped their fight and began to fight them all that they immediatly bounded together and released all of their hatred onto the man, pushing him to his limits to survive. The children died, their hatred turning into foul beasts of vile, putrid, evil chakra. The monk vanquished the beasts by sealing them into himself. That is the tale that the Zeref Bloodline knows as truth. These children who created these beasts roamed the bowls of hell, searching and searching. They finally found their father, their god, Zeref. Once they found him, he absorbed them, regaining enough power to resurface ages later in the present, he forced his eyes upon a family, members of a clan that flourished. The people of the clan became filled with hatred, and knew that they must become stronger, and find a way to ressurect their god, Zeref. This is the Zeref bloodline, this is the power of Hatred.

Harlot  Cunning, Evil, Sexy History The Harlot Bloodline goes back as far as time can tell. It originated with a group of ninja who partook in the world's oldest proffession. It was used to make an opponent basically a slave as the Bloodline inheriters were capable of tieing a solidified chakra net around their oppoent's heart, allowing them to tighten it until it cut into the heart, causing nearly instant death. The ability wasn't at will, it just sort of happened whenever the person with the net around their heart disobeyed. This Bloodline has since then learned this secret, and now most who live long enough have a (begrudgingly) loyal following. Most are percieved as famous. Most tend to shy away from others of the bloodline as they tend to get into catfights. All members are born with a birthmark that only appears after their 18th birthday, where it appears is up to the RPer. Rules Must have Sexy or Cunning as primary and secondary. Order doesn't matter. Must have a flirty personality. Must be flamboyant. ( Not gay, but more feminine. Metrosexual. ) If you die, your Chakra nets are gone. All of them. Because of the nature of the bloodline's origins, no one outside of the bloodline knows of it's existance, atleast not anyone who is still living. Differences in level apply themselves as +/- 10% in the cvalculation of possession chance. Ability Members have both the Sexy and Cunning Combat ability, and can access their primary twice per battle. Capable of utilizing a technique to enslave people to do their bidding. Capable of seeing others of their bloodline as different from others, and the same as themselves. ( Basically they can tell eachother apart from a crowd. ) Weakness If their technique is resisted, they can't capture that person ever, not even with a jutsu of a different level. They can only give simple commands. NO SPECIFICS. Must repeatedly use techniques on Konaga as their heart tends to burn the net away nearly every twelve hours. When you give a slave a command, they can roll a 100 sided die to resist. if they get above 45, then they resist, and the net tightens on their heart causing the amount of pain as a heart attack. Three resists, and the user dies. The resistance number goes up by 5 every time, and if you fail any resistance then the net loosens. A target can not have more than one net on their heart. You can not take over someone else's slave. ( Well, it results in the nets contracting violently, and killing the slave, so most people don't exactly do it. ) Must replace the net daily, every time the slave has a chance to regect the new net. ( Follow same rules as per the initial capture. ) If resisted, they break free but can be recaptured after a week IRL. Characters with Strong willed as an attribute take 30% off if it is primary, 15% off if secondary, and 5% off if tertiary. Slaves must stay within the same forum for their technique to work. ( Aka, they have to stay in Suna if the user is in Suna. however they can't just elect to stay in a village unless they resist the command to leave. Can not use ability in a battle situation. This includes you commanding someone to deal bodily harm to themselves. You can command them to protect you. However this, like all commands, is up to the slave to interpret how they wish. Jutsu Contract Catch E-S This technique allows the user to use a contract of sorts to get the person's "soul". What the paper says matters not, but if the target signs the paper they must roll a 100 sided die. If they get below ( If you hit the dividing line, you have to re-roll ) the user's outputted chakra ( I.E. if I use an E rank technique on Cobra, and he rolls a 9, the target being above 10, he would be caught in my technique. ) then they are captured in the technique. Command C This technique is trainable at any level, but will always cost a C rank amount of chakra. The user can give commands that aren't using the net, after breaking their slave in, but during the process of breaking a spirit, this technique is what they use to give a nearly inrefusable command. It is purely instinctual, and if disobeyed then the user pulses chakra out and tightens the chakra net on the slave's heart. This technique has a cool down of 10 posts. This technique targets one slave, although the slave need only be specified by pointing and the use of the word you. Shot Catch E-S This technique allows the user to place their chakra in a liquid, that when injested gives off a chakra net that envelopes the heart. If the target drinks the liquid, they must roll a 100 sided die. Physical Catch E-S This technique utilizes a single non-harmful touch, such as a hand grazing another's hand. When their skin makes contact with the target they must roll a 100 sided die. Supreme Command S This technique is a stronger Command. it allows the user to make five short commands, and allows them to do this with all their slaves who are within earshot. This has a 10 post cooldown per slave commanded in this fashion. ( I.e. if I command 3 slaves, this technique has a 30 post cooldown. ) Corrupting Presence SSS This technique is the strongest of nearly any technique known to the ninja world. Not because of the damage it does, but because of it's power. Just to make the user capable of using this technique 3 S rank techniques worth of chakra is pulsed into the air. This blinds all using the Byakugan, and makes the user extremely tired. Then the user must push out however much chakra they want to make the technique as powerful. Once the amount of chakra ( I.E. E rank, C rank, A rank... ) Then everyone who isn't under the user's control already, and who hasn't resisted the user's techniques before, has to make a save based on that.

Physical Description: Kamui has long purple hair, far longer than most men's hair ever grows. His hair is a vibrant purple that seems to glow in the light, and his eyes seem to suck in light with their paleness. He wears a body suit with a hard shell for his torso, and a light metal fiber lining on the rest of the body suit. Over this, he wears a traditional Ukata, which is white with purple edgings around the sleeves. He wears his hair normally in one excedingly large ponytail. He also wears a headset designed specifically for him.
Personality: Kamui is like most Samurai, and has a hard external attitude, but unlike most samurai, he has a completely soft side that is normally triggered by upbeat music that he can dance to. Kamui has a strong sense of loyalty, and even a slightly broken promise means either Hari Kari for himself, or death to the offender.
Behavior: Alone, Kamui tends to listen to music and dance to it, often training while he does so, even though he was taught to never dance and fight without the intent to kill an opponent. With Others, Kamui will be self reserved, or energetic enough to be dancing. it all depends on his current mood, and if there is music playing. In Battle Kamui will never dance unless he intends to kill an opponent. He keeps a calm around himself, rythmicly dodging attacks with slight flourishes, and twists.

Bijuu Abilities: Being a giant turtle, Isonade is tough, and being an aquatic animal, it gives it's weilder some benefits.
Ninja Class: Samurai
Special Ability: [CHANNEL] , [KI STRIKE]
Members of the Samurai Ninja Class can utilize the [CHANNEL] ability. Typically, ninja are not capable of using all of their energies, both Stamina and Chakra to their full potential, but being cunning warriors of both body and mind, Samurai are capable of fusing the two using their inner Ki strength. For a Samurai, values of Stamina and Chakra are interchangeable. They may channel physical stamina into chakra to fuel their ninjutsu techniques, or vice versa, channeling chakra to enhance their stamina for use in Taijutsu.
The Samurai Ninja Class also gains the ability to use a channeled energy blast, called the [Ki Strike]. The Ki strike is a channeled energy blast brought forth from the Samurai's inner strength which can be channeled through a focused melee taijutsu attack. The Ki Strike costs an amount of chakra equal to a technique one level higher then their current rank and is regarded as a jutsu of that level in terms of strength. (Higher level ninja, Chuunin +, can modulate the power of the Ki Strike to act as a lower rank, reducing the cost and power of the technique.)
The Ki Strike has several effects:
- The strike counts as a combination jutsu, carrying the strengths of both of the elements under the Samurai's control.
- The force behind the strike is immense, equaling about the same amount of force as an explosion tag, meaning that any opponent struck by a Ki Strike will be sent flying backwards at least ten feet. (The force increases with rank, to 2 explosion tags at Special Jounin, and 3 at Sannin/Kage)
- Anyone struck by a Ki Strike will be unable to utilize Ninjutsu or channel chakra properly on their next post. (and will obviously be rather hurt by the force and element of the strike as well)
Tweak: One Chakra type for one Kenjutsu style
Because he is born into a family of Samurai, and when his entire clan was wiped out, he was raised by a traveling Samurai who taught him everything he knew as a Samurai.
Attributes:
Primary Attribute: Agility
Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin . Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.
Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute is able to invoke an 'Evade', whereby, even in the most impossible situation, they are able to find a way out of an attack or grapple hold, maneuvering their body nimbly in such a way to take almost no damage from an incoming attack and either completely avoid it, or maneuver around it to their advantage. (Cannot 'Evade' an attack from an opponent 3 ranks of speed higher then your own.)
Secondary Attribute: Speed
Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.
However, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.
Tertiary Attribute: Strong willed
→ He is a Samurai, and all of them must be exceptionally strong willed in order to be capable of doing what it is they do.
Kamui is Agily because of his seemingly constant dancing, and quick because of his necessity to be so during battle, as the fastest is commonly the one who lives longest. He is also strong willed because of the hardships he has faced through life, and his loyalty to his code of ethics.
Specialties:
Offencive: Offensive Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Kenjutsu all act as if they were +1 rank stronger, but have a 1.5x increased chakra/stamina cost [rounded up] as well. In addition, all techniques require 1 extra post to learn.)
Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.

Briefly explain how unlocking tails works and what the risks are for using more tails than your character can handle: You'll have to attain a rank, then learn five techniques. On the sixth, you are able to roll a 100 sided die, if you get a twenty or below, you fight yourself in your mind with the next stage unlocked. surviving against this person allows you to access that stage.
Why do you want to have a bijuu? Because none of the bloodlines correspond to what I have in mind for this character.
Why do you want THIS bijuu? Because, it is one of the few open, and being from the village hidden in the mist, it just makes sense. Besides, who wouldn't want a bit of protection?
Give me an RP sample of your character fighting in stage one and another RP sample of you fighting in any stage other than the first or last one.
Genin Samurai Suiton
Kamui stood on the water's surface, his eyes closed. Kamui was well aware he was at his opponent's mercy, fighting a Hoshigaki on water, such a thing was unheard of. But then again, Hoshigakis were only mere tiddly winkes compared to Kamui. He as a demon, A demon of the deep no less. Hoshigakis were known for being the spawn of the deep, but He housed the pure force of the abyss, something that no Hoshigaki could ever counter. " Well, are you going to attack? " Kamui asked, a smile crossing his face as he opened his eyes just as his opponent reared her big blue head out of the water in an attempt to come out of the water and drag him under. her last ten attempts had failed, and she wasn't strong enough to pull him down while he was using his water walking technique. Kamui easily side stepped, twirling as he did so, bandishing his katana from it's sheath. Not Dragon's Lotus, but his secondary weapon, just a normal Katana. The water from the Hoshigaki splashed over Kanui, dousing him quickly. Kamui's arm straightened out, clashing forcefully with the Hoshigaki's blade, sending her flying across the lake.
" You hit very hard, I like that. I'll be sure to watch out for that force. " The Hoshigaki said, slowly fading back into the water.
" You know, this isn't very fair, you hiding under the water. " Kamui said sighing. She was an entire rank above him, and there was little to no way he could catch her without using Isonade. I grow tired of you, I'm sorry, but only one of us will be going back to the village. " Kamui said, closing his eyes. ' Isonade, I'm tapping into your strength... Will you dance with me? ' Kamui thought, waiting for a reply before he even moved a muscle. ' Fine, but you'd better kill that fish. I'm hungry, eat her too. ' Isonade said, in a slow drawn out voice one would expect from a turtle. " Aye. " Kamui said, his skin prickling, and his eyes opening slowly as they turned yellow, green overtaking his skin from his eyes, until his entire body was a pale green. Closing his eyes, Kamui sunk intothe depths, as he slowly canceled his waterwalking technique. Kamui's eyes shot open as he brought up his katana to protect himself as the Hoshigaki slammed into him with amazing force, sending his skidding backwards through the water. Kamui looked directly at the Hoshigaki, a smile spread across his face as he began to dance. " Come now, comw now, demon spirit me away... " He began singing, an old song that his grandmother taught him when he was a child. It was a tale about Isonade, who had come and taken Kamui's grandfather as a host, and claimed his life, absorbing him as he lost control of Isonade the day Kamui's mother died. Kamui was still an infant, and his body was capable of housing the demon, and so Kamui's grandmother had merely sealed Isonade inside of him. " Take me to Grand pa pa, where we can both play... " He said, shooting forward almost instantly to the Hoshigaki, who parried the katana strike. " Bring me to the after life, and show me grandpapa's face... " He said, spinning quickly, kiccking the blade of the Hoshigaki's katana, cutting his ankle only slightly. Kamui took the opportunity of her blade sliding away to use his favored attack. Chakrging his Katana with chakra, he slashed the Hoshigaki, cleaving her arm completely off. He was actually aiming for her torso, but she was slightly faster than he was. " Bring me glory and fame, until the day I die... " He said, still dancing as he slid away from the Hoshigaki, staying in close range with a newly injured Hoshigaki wasn't the greatest idea, Kamui would survive, but it was always a good idea to be careful, especially in a life or death situation.
" Gah! You b*****d! We are only training! " She yelled at the top of her lungs, even clearly audible by Kamui. " I'll end you, you little a**! " She said, raising her blade and charging it with chakra. She swung the blade downwards, launching a slash of pure chakra at Kamui.
" Please protect me from my enemies... " He said, spinning on one foot rapidly to the side, dodging the attack. Kamui stopped suddenly and launched himself at his opponent, not as fast as last time, but still faster than the average Genin. Kamui stoped directly infront of his opponent and tilted his head to the side. He was farther toward her arm that was gone, and was past the tip of her blade rendering most possible attacks unable to even pierce his skin with his increased hardness. Kamui smiled, bringing his arm back, and pushing it directly into the woman's open mouth, at a downward angle. " Isonade, Turtle so large and grand. " Kamui simled, laughing lightly as the woman's body began to float upwards. Kamui withdrew his blade, and stood ontop of her as she floated up. once he brokethe surface Kamui grabbed her body and headed for shore, using driftwood he made a fire, and had himself some fire roasted fish tha night. In the morning, Kamui set out for home having finished the entire fish, bones and all, like a good turtle should. ' You know I hate that song right? ' Isonade said, yawning at the early dawn Kamui was waking up at. " Be happy you got the bones too, those'll do a number on my inestines. " Kamui said laughing, beginning to dance as his head filled with music, and happiness overwhelmed him.
Jonin Samurai Suiton
Kamui stood above the waterfall, his body covered with armor from Isonade. The outer sides of his arms and legs had a severe covering of bony, extremely hard shell. The inside parts were armored with the armor of his last stage. Kamui's eyes were a golden color, and he smiled with glee at the worms he was facing. " Come now, you can't seriously hope to defeat me. " Kamui said laughing. " I am the weilder of Isonade, the demon turtle! " He said, jumping off of the end of the waterfall, pulling one arm backwards. The armor weighed well over what he should normally weigh, by atleast tripple. this sped up his decent, and allowed him to reach a much higher speed. Kamui hit the water, his fist he had drawn back shooting forward ot hit one of the ninja squarely in the face. The ninja's jaw shattered with a sickening crack, and he shot down into the depths, a hole in the water where he had been. Slowly the hole filled with water, and Kamui stood, two tails both heavily armored fell from his back. " Come now, let us dance. " He said smiling, and beginning to twirl.
" Y-y-you b*****d! " one of the other ninja said, running at him over the top of the water. The ninja strung together multiple handsigns, and the water around Kamui froze, making a solid platform that was thick enough he couldn't hope to break it, and several mirrors all around him. " I'll never let you leave this place. " The ninja said, her image appearing in every single mirror.
" Oh, I haven't seen this attack before, let's see what you've got. " Kamui said smiling, swishing his tail at one of the mirrors, it bounced off as soon as it touched it, leaving only a scratch. " Oh, so these mirrors are fairly strong I see... I'm much tougher. " Kamui said, still dancing. " Suiton: Water cannon. " Kamui said, inhaling and pointing his mouth at the floor. Kamui smiled as the scalding blast of water tore through the ice, and made a hole that was large enough for him to reach into and pull out water to douse himself. He looked at the mirrors and smiled. " I wonder, how many more holes until this entire thing sinks? " He said smiling. " Trust me, if I'm going to go down, then you sure as hell aren't going to be leaving this dome either. " Kamui said laughing.
" Shut up you impudent worm! " The ninja said, shooting from mirror to mirror, throwing projectiles at Kamui. The ninja was fast enough to cause a cloud of senbon that seemed to come from every single mirror, and clouded Kamui's vision for a single instant.
" Kamui quickly shut his eyes, hoping that he wasn't to late. Luckily, he wasn't. He felt the senbon hit his eye lids which were protected by the second stage aromor that Isonade granted him. ' Thank you Isonade. ' Kamui thought, opening his eyes and laughing as he saw the ground littered with senbon around him. " You can't pierce my skin with such a thing. " Kamui said laughing. Kamui sighed, thinking to himself for a second. Kamui opened his eyes once again, and laughed. " I know what technqiue to use. " He said smiling, spearding his arms out. " Suiton: Rising Blast. " He said smiling as he created a dome of water over himself and his opponent, the dome settled, the sides of the lake high enough that the entire lake was refilled to it's former glory, and the ice area was covered in water. " Heh, You can't swim as quickly as I can. " isonade said laughing. He looked around, and noticed the ninja attempting to leave the area. " Oh like hell! I said if I went under you weren't leaving! " He said, shooting from his area and catchign up almost instantly to the ninja. Grabbing the ninja with one armored hand Kamui pulled her close, looking her in the eyes he whispered the last words she'd ever hear. " Suiton: Depth charge. " He said, the area around his body compressing for one meter. Kamui closed his eyes, but it still hurt like hell. if it wasn't for his armor, that technique would have killed him as well. " ow... That hurt. " Kamui said, floating to the top and coughing up blood. The shriveled broken body of the woman floating up right next to him. Over on the other side of the lake, blood rose to the top, and the man whose face Kamui had destroyed rose to the surface, small predator fish still pecking at him tearing off bits of flesh.
" You monster... " The last ninja said. He was much younger than the other two, so Kamui thought that he would be fine laying there for a coule of seconds. " I'll... I'll... I'll... KIL YOU!" He said, his body growing larger as he began to transform, a mark on his neck glowing ominously. The boy, who was now the size of a giant, ran across the water directly at Kamui, driving a fist directly into his stomach.
Kamui's eyes opened instantly, as all the air in his lungs shot out, and he was sent directly to the bottom of the lake. " Holy... Crap... I thought... He was... just a student to those others... So he is the one I was supposed to kill... " Kamui said, remembering that he was supposed to kill the strongest of that group of bandits who had branched away from a ninja village. " Ughbleh! " He said, coughing up large amounts of blood, despite his armored appearance. " That's it you b*****d... Prepare to die. " Kamui said, dancing a little jig, and then looking up at the boy. " Kamui began to float upwards, standing at a perpendicular stance to the boy. " Suiton... Great waterfall technique! " He said, pushing his hands forward, Kamui released a torrent of water that launched the boy high into the air. HThe boy would go up maybe one thousand feet before he landed back on the water. Kamui wouldn't give the boy the satisfaction of surviving long enough to land on the water and die. Kamui shot through the water, spinning himself along with the vortex of water. He saw the boy at the very top, and smiled. The boy was just about to launch out of the top. " Impact in three... two... one. " Kamui said, reaching the boy with an armored fist just as both were launched from the top of the cyclone. Kamui's rough fist, mixed with the spin easily cut through the boy's skin, and even through his spin. Kamui stopped spinning as soon as his shoulder hit the boy. " I told you you'd die. " Kamui said, turning back around as he removed his arm from the boy, downward kicking him off to the shoreline of the lake. Kamui fell back to the lake, but before impact he smiled and said one last technique. " Suiton: Water blast technique. " He said, forming a shark made out of water, which jumped up and enveloped him, turning into a sphere of water. Kamui hit the surface of the water, his sphere taking all of the force, and freeing him. Kamui stood on the surface of the water, smiling. ' Thank you Isonade. ' Kamui thought as he danced back towards the crumpled slightly exploded body of the boy. ' Just don't ever underestimate a child again, you should know that. ' Isonade said, yawning. ' I'm taking back my power now. ' He said, as Kamui went back to normal. ' Good, i don't like not being able to use my blade. ' He thought laughing as he fell onto his back, and fell asleep next to his target's dead body.

Dragon's LotusName of Weapon:Dragon's Lotus Who Owns the Weapon:Kamui Gackt Where it Was Found?/ Who Made it?Kamui took it from his home's burning wreckage before he left. Range: Average Katana length Weakness: The range of the blade is very limited, and the user must draw blood, enough to coat the blade, before he can use the blade's abilities. Once drawn it must have blood covering it before being sheathed. Weapon Description: Despite the name, this blade doesn't depict a dragon anywhere on it. The blade is made from a very strong iron, which is capable of withstanding immense pressure. The Hilt has a slightly purple-ish coloring to it, and the Blade itself shines with a pale purple light. The sheath that the blade is housed inside has a latch on it that locks the blade in place, lest it be drawn. the edges of the sheath where the blade enteres is bloodstained, as the blade needs to be covered in blood when sheathed. Special Properties/Abilites: The Blade is a blood blade, it must have blood whenever drawn, who's blood isn't important, but it must have blood coating it atleast once when drawn, and coating it when sheathed. The blade is used in several Kenjutsu specific to the Gackt clan, as they had a specific chakra affinity. The blade seems to let out a low screeching noise when it isn't covered in blood, however you must have your ear next to it. The Blade does have one trait that makes it exceedingly special. The blade has a slight Kama Itachi effect, where when it grazes the skin, or the winds of the blade whisper past it cuts lightly, like paper, and causes immense pain, and draws a small amount of blood. I'll apply for the Kenjutsu techniques later, for now the Kama Itachi ( About 1 inch from the blade is the Kama itachi's radius of effect. ) Rp Sample:Kamui stood looking down on all the other humans, no, these were lesser than human, these wretches were the ones who killed his mother, causing his grandfather to go berserk and kill his entire family, his grandmother giving her life to seal the demon inside of Kamui. " I will kill them all... for you mother... father... granpapa...Grandma... " Kamui said, closing his eyes as he jumped from the building's rafters. Landing squarely infront of the door, Kamui smiled, his allies knew he could take care of the impudent worms inside, so they had sealed off every single exit from the outside. " All of you against one Samurai's wife... Pitiful dogs. " Kamui said, running up to one of the bandits and drawing Dragon's Lotus, swinging the blade upwards, and stopping just at the bottom of the man's jaw, less than an inch away from his neck. The man let out a gargling noise as the front of his torso and neck seemed to just peel away from his body, with a sickening suction noise." You b*****d! " One said, standing up, bringing his sword up and attempting to make it crash down on Kamui. " Isonade! " Kamui said, instantly tapping into only the first stage of his powerful ally. Kamui's arm shot up, blocking the man's blade above his head, only a slight cut. " Tch... Insult me by not even coating your blade with chakra? Or can any of you even do this simple task? " Kamui let out a howl ,twisting and bringing Dragon's Lotus cleanly through the man's torso. Kamui smiled as he looked at the circle of blood welling up on his arm from that spin. He sighed, wiping Dragon's lotus off on the man's clothing and dragging Dragon's Lotus along his arm, several scratches appearing on his arm, but none deep, or even making him bleed. Kamui covered the blade with his own blood, and smiled, his blade emiting a haze of purple smoke. " I'll show you the true power of the Beast that you all provoked. I'll show you what a true master of Isonade is capable of!" Kamui said, sticking Dragon's lotus into the ground, Kamui doubled over, unlocking himself to the third stage, growing slightly, and two tails falling from his back as his Yukata ripped, and his body was covered in a shell of pure hardness." I will kill you all! " " I will kill you all! "Kamui said, Isonade's voice resonating with his own. The purple mist filled the room, and only the golden gleam of Kamui's eyes could be seen, along with elegant sprays of crimson as he made his way aross the room multiple times, ripping the opponents limb from limb.
