There was a soft sigh from the girl as she did her best not to think about the rainbow road and everything that had gone on out there. Sure, there'd been a single point she could look on with almost fondness, but the majority of the events that had taken place on that bright walk way were nightmarish and painful. They needed a distraction, she needed one.

Thankfully Felix provided, and she looked up at him when he asked if she could see any two beds that were next to each other, and more importantly free. Humming, she glanced out at the rows of beds, then frowned when it first appeared as if there were no two close together and open. Then, along the far wall beside a window she spotted a pair. It brightened her mood instantly, and she gave Felix a little tug, pulling him towards them. "There, in the corner."

Finally, something was going right! Admittedly surviving the initial attack from the whale and the bats could be considered a step in the right direction, but here was something that didn't bring stress along with it.

When they reached the beds the girl sank down to perch on the edge of the one closest to the wall, pulling Felix down to sit beside her before giving the mattress a little bounce. "These actually don't feel to bad." She hadn't expected the beds to be comfortable, but she was pleasantly surprised.
