Lily smiled, she really adored Eamon, she couldn't help but to nod at Lian's statement. "He's quite a pamper pooch. I really think he think's he the king of our new home."
Lily's eyes went slightly wide at Lian's answer to her question, "that amazing. I wish I could have had so many, but I don't think that's a good idea right now." She wasn't entirely surprised, she knew when you loved animals it was hard to turn now a new pet.
"You can tell me about them. I don't mind. What are their names and how did you get them?" She wondered briefly if Lian had ever volunteered at any of the animal shelter in Destiny City, it seems definitely plausible with his love for animals.

Lian snorted. “King?” He wasn’t sure if he wanted to label that cute, amusing, or ridiculous. Perhaps a combination of all three.
He shrugged his shoulders, finishing off his sandwich with one large bite. A hand covered his mouth as he leaned back in his seat. Once he managed to swallow, Lian answered, “My family loves animals, so we don’t mind. Since my mother’s a vet she can’t really bear to leave behind an animal in need.” He wouldn’t be surprised if their collection grew, but he knew his mother was trying to prevent that. Lian shook his head. “If you don’t want to hear it I won’t explain. I’d rather not, anyways.” It wasn’t that he didn’t want to talk—okay, maybe it was—but all of the stories combined were rather lengthy. He took out his phone to check the time. It was only time for him to head over to the clinic to help out. Lian looked up. “Are you almost done?”

Lily laughed lightly, "yeah, he's such a ham." She told him so on a regular basis, to which he just barked at her most of them time.
Lily nodded when he explained about his mom being a vet and not wanting to leave animals behind. "I understand totally. I think if my schedule wasn't so hectic I might have lot more pets to spoil."
Lily looked confused at his next statement, "I didn't .." she started, but stopped when he checked the time. When he asked her if she was done she nodded and started to gather up the trash. She didn't really have anything to rush for, but it seemed he might, so she gathered up her things as well making ready to go.
"I can take yours if you like," she said hand out for the trash, "I should probably get going home. Eamon is waiting to be walked, Im sure he'll demand it as soon as I walk through the door." She laughed lightly.

“To spoil, hm?” Lian said it more to himself than to Lily. He didn’t want to say he spoiled his pets because his image of spoiling didn’t get match up with what he did. The man didn’t often indulge his pets nor did he talk to them on a daily basis—though he couldn’t say he had never confessed certain things to the animals. It was impossible to ignore their wide eyes and curious pawing.
He began to crumple the sandwich wrapper into a ball. “I see. Well, I have to head to the clinic soon so I’m afraid I’ll have to leave,” he explained and shook his head. “It’s alright. I can do it myself.” Lian slung his back over his shoulder and began to gather the rest of his trash. “See you later, then.” With his hands preoccupied, he half-nodded to Lily instead and headed for the trashcan before finally rushing toward the clinic.
