"s**t, you too?" Valhalla sputtered and spun back around to look Fritz over as well. "Here, you should take some medicine, too... It'll at least dull the pain," he told him, taking a couple pills out, as well. "Is it just your ear? Both of you?" he asked, turning to Eric as well.
"If it's snapped, it'll have to be wired together," he called over his shoulder when Hesperis confirmed the broken rib he was worried about. "You won't be able to do anything without an x-ray. Or at least I don't know what we could do without one. And I don't know how to wire bone together." He was just a college kid who played baseball. Well, he was an overachiever so he knew first aid and such, but he wasn't a surgeon.
"Fritz, right...?" Valhalla asked, offering him a sympathetic smile and knowing how it felt to not be able to do anything. "After you're done getting that unpacked, could you help me find something to keep water in? Bigger than a bottle, I mean. A large bowl or something... Some kind of container. We'll be able to clean up without contaminating the pool, at least." They could clean out bloody towels and not ruin their water source, at least.
"Eric, could you help with that, too? Just something to carry water. Hesperis and Camelot will need a bowl to clean her wound," he said with a nod towards the green haired girl on the floor. "If we can find some broken tables or chairs, too, we can use the legs to help with making splints." He paused, glancing back over to the two knights.
"Keep an eye on her. Make sure she doesn't start coughing up blood. For now all we can do is wrap her up and not move her." Just... take it easy and all that.
"Valhalla, by the way," he introduced himself before he could forget again.

Eric nodded, popping pain pills in his mouth.
"RIght, something for water and any broken tables or chairs. I presume Im supposed to find chairs or tables that are already broken and not just break ones I find?"
He said this as he was moving away to look for what Vallhalla has asked him for. Granted, he didnt actually know where to look for these things, so he started a summary inspection of the room. It took him a little while, but he finally managed to find a sort of bucket and two broken chair legs.
"Here, this is what I could find."
He placed them somewhat apologetically in front of Vallhalla.
"I can check some of the other rooms for more, I dont think this sorry bit is gonna be enough."

Harmony was in a pretty bad way and judging by all of the people crowded around her she wasn't the only one that knew it. She was the center of attention, at least. As Camelot moved her to her new position on a sleeping bag she bit back a scream of pain. There was simply no way to do it that wouldn't cause her more discomfort. She hoped he knew it wasn't his fault.
It was hard to know who to answer first. She heard Valhalla and nodded, not really sure what magic had to do with anything. Her mother was the believe in magic type. She, while artistic, was a firm believer in facts over fairytales. It was her mother that believed in magic and wanted a knight to come rescue her. Thinking that brought a pang to her heart and tears to her eyes.
"If I don't make it...can someone tell my mom I'm sorry? Her name is Kyndall and she teaches drama at the Crystal Academy in Destiny City. Tell her I'm sorry and that I don't hate her."
If anyone was inclined to ask her later, assuming there was a later, she'd deny everything and chalk it up to trauma. She was delerious, after all, and couldn't be responsible for her words. They spoke about her wounds and she drifted in and out of the conversation, tears streaking her cheeks. She just wanted to rest and, damnit, if there was magic to be had she wanted them to wave a magic wand and let her breathe easy again.
No one else gave names.
Maybe it didn't matter. No one was offering explanations of why they were all here, either. Or what the hell kind of creature is a space whale. Other people had to have seen it, didn't they? She couldn't be the only one. She thought she was still slimy from it's saliva. It would be impossible to imagine that, right?

Fritz sent a sideways glance to the one named Valhalla, lifting his brows and smiling.
"No, I'm really fine," he said, waving his hands in a nonchalant manner. "My head won't explode, although if it does, well, then I think I might have a problem. As for my ear, it's just kinda that feeling you get when you swim too long and then get water in your ear. It'll go away soon!
...I think."
This was all said in a very cheerful, matter-of-fact way, Fritz rocking back and forth on his heels. He took the pills offered to him, however, and threw them back without asking for water, swallowing them easily. If anything, the pills would at least take the edge off of his throbbing head, which was slowly (very slowly) starting to dissipate.
...very, very slowly.
After a few moments of rummaging around in the bags brought by the bearded guy and Valhalla, setting things into one pile or another, Fritz's attention was drawn back to the brunette, blinking up at him.
"Oh," he said, and glanced around a little helplessly, though he was really quite relieved to be asked to do at least one small thing like finding something to carry water with. "Well, how about this?"
Fritz held up the bag he'd been emptying - a smaller sized duffel bag about two feet long, made of what appeared to be some sort of black canvas. He dumped the rest of the materials out (a little unceremoniously) onto the smooth marble floor and stood, making his way over to where Valhalla stood.
"It'll probably hold at least a small amount of water," Fritz said, holding it by the straps and levering it up and down to test it. "It seems sturdy enough."

Virgo hadn't seemed to be too happy to be transporting two chibi senshi and their cats to the deep reaches of space. It was probably in the tone she used, and her words ... and her expression that Hygiea picked up on, and her orders and her rules. Hygiea had rolled her eyes really.
And the veiled girl was off just like that, and right when the little senshi realized her most important question was left forgotten. Dammit, she was going to ask when she got the the fountain in the first place and then forgot! Hygiea grumbled a little as she adjusted her bag on her shoulders, trying not to jostle ********* who was still perched on her shoulder.
"We should go this way," she told the others, walking before they could respond, "I hear people and stuff over there." She smiled.
Sure enough, there seemed to be a growing crowd and sleeping bags and medical supplies and stuff all around. There seemed to be people who looked like normal people, and many really worse for wear. But what had really gotten the little senshi of herb's attention were the people in the not so normal outfits - and there was even one who looked familiar.
Hygiea picked up the pace to greet them. "Hi! Hihi! I'm Sailor Chibi Hygiea!" She announced proudly, "This is ********* and that's Sailor Chibi HugBell and thats ... Zirconia." Oh hey, she totally hadn't noticed the other cat having been there before.

Hug-bell hurried after her friend, "Hygiea." she said in a tone that was almost scolding, "Not so louddd, there's hurt people." She pointed out and sighed, this looked like a hospital.
She caught up to her brightly colored compainion and placed a finger on her lips. "Can't we use our inside voices at least? I'm sure there's hurt people trying to rest, yelling isn't going to help them heal."
The yellow clad senshi sighed, "Remember that's why we're here." She was playing pack mule so the child was slowed down with rather large and slightly heavy stuff. At least she was an eternal, she paused, "Where should I put this stuff? We got lots of it, food and medical stuff and.... well stuff." She nodded Zirconia had packed a LOT and even the eternal chibi couldn't keep up with what all it was.

Layton meekly stepped into the little area that a bunch of men ... and a few women? ... were talking in. At first she had just hidden behind one of the many columns in the room. Not crouching, in fear like normal. She just didn't want to interrupt. They looked very busy doing ... well whatever it was.
Holding her injured arm, Layton finally worked up the courage to at least say something. "C-can I help at all?" Too bad it was virtually inaudible, and completely mumbled.
So instead she stepped out from behind her little shelter and tugged on the sleeve of an older looking man (Camelot). Holding her injured arm, she said, "Can I help at all ... mister ..." She shied away for a moment before tugging on her braid a little. The habit made her forget about her injured arm, and she winced as the pain spliced her again. She wasn't in the condition to help anyone at the moment.
Biting her lip, she said, "I ... I think I'm the one who n-needs help a-actually..." She continued staring at the ground like it had a tv on it. He would help her, right?

Space was one of the few places where ********* could safely wander about in a form that was a little more useful than that of a simple manx cat. Obviously, while she was perched on the girl's shoulder, she was not about to change shape. Hygiea probably enjoyed having a shoulder that wasn't squished by a teenage-sized girl.
As the chibi senshi introduced herself and her companions, ********* took to looking over the situation. There were a few people about who did not seem to have any sort of power signature to them. There were also three who were not senshi, but still had power signatures. Perhaps they were knights like Niflhel?
"Thank you for that introduction, Hygiea. I am quite certain that you all have experienced some strange things..." The manx could only imagine that the civilians (Fritz, Harmony, Layton, and Eric) already had their minds blown by being in space, so adding a talking animal on top of that probably seemed mild in comparison.
Rather than remain on her perch, the feline then promptly hopped off the child's shoulder. Yet, the moment she landed, her form changed almost instantly, shooting up from the ground from a small tailless cat into a young teenage girl with silvery hair. Pulling off her hat, she offered a performer's bow. "I think I will be of more use in this form!" As she straightened herself up, she tossed a playful wink in the direction of the different knights. "So, please tell us, if you could be so kind... is there anything we can do to assist?"

The cat turning into a girl was too much. Eric staggered back, tripping over one of the other peope gathered around and falling with a loud crash to the floor. He tried hard not to take anyone with him, but he couldnt help bumping a few of the others as he went down.
"She- She!!!"
He stammered, pointing at her.
"She was a cat!"
Still, when she talked about helping, Eric frowned, blushing. It was certainly hard to tell what was going on around here, and adding more injuries to this situation didnt seem like it was going to help.
"Sorry..." he said softly.

Camelot watched Harmony and smiled very softly at her. He moved his hand to her head, caressing her hair and then resting his hand against her cheek. It was the most reassuring gesture he thought he could make, and he didn't let his hand shake at the possibility that she might actually die.
"We'll get you home, young lady," he said, with a tone of absolute certainty despite how very uncertain he was about how any of them would be getting home. It didn't matter. This was what they were here to do.
"You're not dying here."
He knew Valhalla was busy with Fritz and Eric, keeping them calm or helping them with their injuries, and he trusted the younger knight to do so expertly, despite how very in over their heads they all were quite suddenly. He had faith in his team, of course, and that wouldn't be shaken so easily.
Nodding at Hesperis' suggestions of cleaning the wound and bandaging it, he looked at the injury and tried not to visibly pale. He hadn't seen anything quite like that before, and he wasn't sure he wanted to see it again. He reminded himself, though, that they had to do whatever they could. And she had been right before, there was magic here. He was certain she would pull through.
He was trying very hard not to think about the fact that the girl they were trying to save was the daughter of one of his friends. He couldn't say that, he couldn't give himself away, even if she wouldn't understand until she did speak to her mom again.
And then the children arrived.
He looked up in surprise at the young voices. He looked at Hygiea, who he didn't know, and Hug-bell, who he did. He thought another one was speaking to him when he felt the tug at his sleeve but saw that she was hurt. His expression softened from confusion to warmth.
"Don't worry, miss," he said, seeing Layton's arm and frowning. "I'll help you with that as soon as I can." He and Hesperis were helping Harmony, and he wondered if the other knight could get her stable on her own. She was very young, and it was a very difficult task but she was very in control, and Valhalla was busy as well. He finally looked at the cat, *********>, and looked a little exasperated but trying to keep things organized.
"Let's keep the kids away from the... uhm... blood," he offered. "Do any of you know anything about first aid?" Maybe he could send them on errands and let them help without seeing any trauma. He couldn't help but feel it wasn't appropriate.
Oh, right. There was a talking cat and not everyone was used to that. He winced as Eric reacted to that as any normal person might.

Hygiea was still grinning from ear to ear even after she hissed an annoyed 'fine,' to the eternal chibi senshi beside her. She was still terribly excited, being able to go out in space and such and well the prospects of meeting a new cat.
She was taken a little aback when *********> did her amazing ability of turning into a human, momentarily smitten with glee from being able to see the form again and turned to Eric equally excited, "Cool, huh? Our Guardian cats are really cool! Have you guys seen another one? He sent out the message and stuff and I really wanted to meet him."
First attempts at finding Zue? Check. Hopefully something would come down the pipeline.
"I can heal, does that help?" She replied to Camelot next, more to make sure HugBell didn't get mad at her for not mentioning it. "And we brought stuff to help and all." The other chibi had already said it, but oh well, it was worth repeating.

"Cool. Yeah."
Eric responded, still staring at the girl who was only a moment ago a cat.
"So uh- Why can she do that? I mean, if its not personal, I guess."
The caveat came as sort of an afterthought, how would he know what these people felt like sharing? Still, it was worth asking, if only to find out that he wasn't supposed to ask.

"Drama teacher...?" Valhalla blinked, glancing over at the girl on the ground. She wasn't going to die... she knew that, right...? At least not from the wounds she had. She must have gotten her dramatic side from her mother. "You're not dying!" He called over to her, but turned to focus back on Eric and Fritz.
"These are good, thanks," he said to Eric, taking the chair legs and placing them neatly on the table for later use. He didn't ave time to thank Fritz for getting bag ready for water. He was suddenly distracted by the sound of... children...??
"Hug-bell? Ze-- uh... Zirconia?" he blinked curiously, turning to the other chibi as well. Hygiea, huh? And *********>, too? He remembered that cat from the camp, but he couldn't remember if he caught her name before.
"Go ahead and place that down with the rest of everything, sweetie," Valhalla said, kneeling down to help Hug-bell with the supplies. A little girl didn't need to be carrying this stuff around.
There was another girl, (Layton), that had entered, offering to help, but she seemed as though she was hurt too. "What's wrong...?" he started, when Camelot seemed busy. There was just so much going on at once, he didn't know what to do.
"Hey everyone? We're going to get this organized a bit, okay?" he tried, not liking how everything was starting to get chaotic. "Supplies go over here at this table, we'll need someone to sort the food from the first aid, so can someone do that, please? Um... Harmony needs to be taken care of and wrapped up. Camelot? Hesperis? Can you see to that? Just put enough gauze against the wound and wrap around it all. You might need to get her sitting up for a bit."
He glanced down at the chibi senshi when she said she could heal, offering her a sincere smile. "Really?? That's great! Can you please help Harmony, Hygiea? We think she has a broken rib, but we won't be able to get it set with what we have. Can you see if you can... do something?? Anything?" Her healing powers would certainly come in handy. -- Oh... she already seemed to be offering to help Camelot out... well... uh... continuing on.
"*********>, right?" he smiled awkwardly at the cat, but it wasn't like he'd never seen a cat change into a human before... and he'd seen her do that before, too, so... "We need to get this young lady's arm (Layton) looked at and bandaged. Hug-bell, can you help with that?"
Oh gosh... what else??
"Guardian cat," Valhalla offered a weary smile to Eric's question. "You're going to be seeing a lot of weird things... just be warned..." Who knew what mysteries space held...
"Did I forget anything?? Does anyone need something to do??" Hopefully that would get people in the right direction. "We'll need to get a space cleared for more injured... I'll start collecting more tables, if anyone wants to help?" Talk about overwhelming!! He could totally understand what Eric was feeling!

If she could accept space whales she could accept talking cats but it seemed a bit rude to be so theatrical while people were hurt. A simple introduction would have done well for *********>, she thought. Better to stick to the basics. This was hardly the time for chipper.
Somehow, Camelot was reassuring her. Harmony didn't have any uncles and didn't know her father or grandfather but he seemed to know what to say to make her feel a little calmer, like a father would. She smiled with his hand on her cheek and tried to stifle her tears.
"What's a cat gonna do for me? Lick me to health? And those kids...they shouldn't be here. God, I don't want them to see this?"
Ok, so she had a social conscience. Who knew? Of course, if you understood how she grew up you might understand why she wouldn't want to see kids exposed to this type of thing. She was ignoring the fact that she was only sixteen herself, seventeen in a few months but still not an adult.
It seemed mother and daughter had similar taste anyway, even if Harmony's infatuation was borne only of a desperate need for comfort and likely wouldn't last as she'd probably never see Camelot again once she got home. Still, she was craving something familiar, something known in this unknown and unreal world.
"What's your name? Are you really a knight?"

Layton just stared at *********. After everything that was going on out here, Layton's brain had decided to autopilot. She honestly didn't even notice the she-cat-thing. It was just another weird thing. Her mind was more focused on basic, instinctual needs.
A boy ... man? An older male came to her assistance. She shyly tucked away within herself, as he was asked her if she needed help. Before she could even get a word in though, he addressed the rest of the group in an orderly manner. Layton couldn't help but be a teensy bit impressed, but then, she was impressed by goldfish at the pet store.
Meekly, she said, "M-my arm hurts ... a lot ... but u-um p-p-please help other people first! I can wait!" She fiddled with the edge of her skirt nervously. Should she ask about her brother, or stay quiet?
Layton picked the obvious answer: stay quiet.
