The dragon nodded.
"They are certainly intelligent, perhaps a little too intelligent."
The dust bunny in his hand let out a soft churr sound as he scratched behind its ear seemingly quite content. Hmm, Demi offered a good point, gaining and keeping the creature's trust was a good idea, though he would think he already had that from its behavior. He had offered it a spookie before, a treat it had happily devoured.
Blink, blink.
"Alright, but be gentle with it."
He held out his hand to Demi, the sleepy little bunny barely stirring, though it may have given a small grunt of protest at the fact the scratching behind its ear had stopped.

Even if it was exciting, Damien still felt the uneasy sensation of panic bubbling up from inside. He already came close to being a dust bunny chew toy and now here he was tempting fate again.
"Too intelligent indeed, now if only they could do our homework for us." he said with a wry smile. After the cute sound that little mini was emitting, his tail was already swishing at how thrilling it was.
The hound held out his own paw in turn , the little bunny slipping into his own grasp with a grunt and a tiny purr of content.
"Gentle is my middle name." he replied back with a smirk to the dragon boil and the bunny that was still trying to wobble out of its glass confines.

His tail twitched, watching Demi as he held the bunny. Sheridan wasn't sure how fragile the creatures were, but he did not particularly want to find out, not with this bunny. The other two, he doubted he would miss those, but this one he had grown quite fond of.
As Demi was holding the bunny, Sheridan took the moment to scribble out a few notes on the eyePad he always carried with him. Aggression seemed more common in dust bunnies, though there were those that were far from it just as there were those who took the term to extreme. Intelligent, problem solving, and clearly not intimidated by other creatures larger than them.
"Are all of yours aggressive?"
Was his sleepy dust bunny really so unique? Or were they just unlucky to attract the aggressive ones?

It was.... not moving. Sure Damien should have expected that after how Sheridan cradled it like porcelain, but it was still so endearing to have the bunny in his hand, just snoozing away, dare he say, it was cute. it rustled slightly, only to nuzzle itself deeper into his palm and the heat that radiated from the surface and it make the hellhound want to take a nap with it in his own four legged form.
The hound thought about the question for the briefest of moments before staring at his own pile of bunnies. "No, just as surprisingly, I have one who's relatively calm." he indicated over to the jarred one that was watching them and the sleeping bun with a gaze that could be considered creepy.
OwO <- yeah, fairly creepy, like "I can see your spirit" kinda creepy.
"And the other which is ... kind of special." no even bothering to point out the chatterbox that was still spinning around in circles in its jar. he was just a little bit special.
Just a little bit. He cleared his throat softly as to not disturbed the sleephead in his hand before continuing "its safe to assume that they are not all aggressive, but are fully capable from learning habits from one another, wouldn't you agree?" he asked Sheridan, placing the bunny in his mess of a hair while he took the time to write his own set of notes about the behavior of the strange creatures from under the bed.
And he was not going to get distracted by the happy churrs of the bunny that seemed to be enjoying his makeshift nest of hair, like a warm blanket.

Sheridan looked over his notes thoughtfully before scribbling down more as Demi spoke. Interesting, so perhaps the creatures were not so aggressive in nature as they had thought, maybe it was just that the vicious ones stood out more. And yet, they had both caught rather vicious bunnies, that certainly meant something. If nothing else, one should always be cautious when dealing with dust bunnies.
"It seems they as different from one another as they are from other minis."
He scribbled several more notes on the eyePad, pausing a moment to tap on one of the jars, observing the reaction of the creature inside. The creature lept toward his hand, only to be stopped by the glass barrier.
"However I for one would not want them living under -my- bed."
Well unless it was his one sleepy bunny. But even then...no, he didn't want it under his bed either for fear that it might reproduce under there, resulting in a small army of vicious monsters. But in a cage on his desk, yes, this one would make a good pet.

Damien watched patiently as the Dragon scribbled away furiously at his pad, the mini in his hair was happily snoozing away blissfully. "Yeah but then again, they all act the same, at least when it came to their curiosity." he said in retort as he scribbled his own set of notes and observations. "Think about it, they had no qualms about exploring anything that wasn't under that bed when we first met them." he said in thought, chewing on the eraser that spent its own time wriggling furiously at the action. It was quite as sight, recalling how the little energetic things wanting to climb and investigate everything.
"i don't blame you for not wanting them under your bed, i don't want them there either." he replied back the idea of a mass of those things living under there doing Jack knows what....
yeah, do not want that.

The dragon nodded.
"They do seem to be naturally curious, and not easily frightened."
Or maybe they followed an instinct, one that drove them to search for something. Though what that something might be he was not sure, unless it was to bite anything else that moved, especially those with tails.
"However, despite the fact that most of them do seem to share similar behavior traits, this one proves that there are certainly exceptions."
He had paused to indicated the sleepy dust bunny currently nestled in Demi's hair.
"And I would imagine they are trainable as well."
A pause in his scribbling of notes as he recalled the creatures' behavior in the classroom, how they had all answered the professor's call. Though how much work it took to train them he was not sure of, he had not dared to attempt it.

It took a lot of restraint, but Damien managed not to freeze up at the bunny using his ear like a kind of pillow. "Right, wonderful exceptions." he said back rather stiffly as it let out an audible yawn in his aforementioned ear. A cute little yawn that made his cheeks flush at its cuteness.
"You got seriously lucky with this one Sheridan, its too cute for words." Already feeling comfortable with the dragon boil as a study partner, the hound gave back his little bundle by crawling back over to the scaled student a plucking the narcoleptic mini from his hair nest. "here ya go, we should probably present our findings to our instructor, before she decides to pour water on us for taking too long." he muttered aloud, dusting off his pants from whatever particles the mini's might have left behind on him and in his hair.

Sheridan let the dust bunny rest on his shoulder, pausing to pet it once more before writing a few last notes and them placing the eyePad back in his bag.
"That would be a wise idea."
Ugg, he had already been drenched twice by Professor Savage, it was not something he cared to repeat a third time. It wasn't that he disliked water, it was that he disliked having water -poured- over him without warning.
Gathering his other two dust bunnies still safely locked int he confines of their glass jars, he placed them in his bag, careful to arrange them so they would not break. The third bunny he allowed to remain on his shoulder, its empty jar returned to his bag along with the others.
"Shall we then?"
And after an easy matter of printing the notes he had taken, they would be on their way to Savage's office, and hopefully be rid of the rather vicious and creepy creatures currently inhabiting his bag.

It didn't take long for the hound to pack up his own two jars in his bag with a soft clink, the two residents were already trying to chatter at the close proximity. The third one was oddly quiet and not so threatening as before, but still had his gaping maw wrapped around one of the bars like a teething toy.
Other than that he was set as the bag rested on his shoulder and his own supplies were tucked away neatly. "Yep, lets finish this up and see if Savage wants the little buggers back or what." he replied back with a yip and put one foot in front of the other. All in all, he really hoped they would be able to keep just one, with three in each room, it just seemed like a dorm disaster waiting to happen.
