Flora nodded at Callum. At least they were listening to orders instead of panicking. She was actually feeling rather pissed off after the color effects wore off, wondering why she had to lapse into emo mode when she was perfectly accustomed to being serious in battle mode. "Get to my Princess' side. You," She addressed Keren. "Beside me here. Basically, those who are hurt," She pointed at Felix, Jade, Carolyn, Kes, Grant, Regina, Anandi, and then frowned. "Stand besides the Princess. There are a lot of you, though; we'll have to split you up according to severity of your wounds, I think. Those who aren't really that hurt, stay with me. Don't wander off!" Who knew if the space whale would return again? Still, Flora wasn't moving to usher them into the impressively large Zodiac Castle behind them, intent on keeping them only as far as the holding room.
"We call it the Surrounding." Chronos said quietly, in reply to Callum. "I have no idea who brought you here, but I will send you all back home soon enough." Then, as Flora pointed out the injured, Chronos straightened up, cerise eyes analyzing them. "I'll take those five first." She waved a hand towards Anandi, Carolyn, Kes, Grant and Regina.
"Take my hands and form a circle." She instructed them and waited for them to do so, palms outstretched. "Flora, make sure the rest are okay; I'll be back soon for the others."
"You guys okay?" Flora asked Theodore, Ava, Szczeonsny and Joshua, trying to take inventory of everyone who had fallen in their boundary. There were thirteen of them, and so far, only a few seemed mostly unharmed.((** NOTE: Everyone is assumed to have landed by this post!))

Kes managed to stand up, she was bent over and still clung to her chest. It hurt so much... so damn much. She looked at the senshi and wondered exactly what it is she should be doing. Then it clicked what the senshi said and she got up and headed towards where she was told to go. Walking, well more staggering over to Chronos she went and held her hand looking then to the others who had been motioned to.
"What are we doing?" She had to ask, she was in so much pain she wasn't sure how far she would get with this pain. She just wanted to curl up somewhere and sleep for like ever if possible. She was just wanted to stop this pain and sleep seemed like a good option.
She needed a hospital, she really needed a hospital. She still wasn't sure what it was that was wrong with her, it just seemed that a broken rib might be it. Couldn't that like pierce your lung or something? She didn't want to know... The last thing she wanted to do was die. Oh god oh god... She looked at Chronos again as if that was going to stop her from worrying.

Grant looked around, to see if there was anyone hurt worse than he was, just in case he was pushing someone else out of the hospital trip. He felt bad if he was, after all, and he couldn't bear the idea of not helping someone.
Through letting someone else help them first.
He hadn't stood yet, not sure that he could, his world still spinning from the mind bending fall and the bone splitting landing. The fall, in comparison, hadn't actually been that bad. It felt like flying. Granted, it might have been more enjoyable if he hadn't been cartwheeling the whole time, but beggers couldn't be choosers.
And anyway, he was sure there was a good reason they had all landed together, and was confident the lady in the beautiful outfit, who had invited them all to the hospital, would take care of them very well. She seemed very nice, after all.
Not that Grant was capable of seeing anyone any short of 'a nice person'. It just depended on if they were so on the outside or just on the inside.
He nodded at Flora's order and wobbled his way over toward the Princess. She certainly looked like one, and for now his ability to rationalize his surroundings was taking a back seat to all the other, more pressing matters. Instead, he was very simply just accepting things as they came, so he could be as calm as possible.
"Hello. I'm going to hold your hand, as asked to, if you don't mind," he said politely as he approached. Reaching with shaking fingers, he took Kes' hand with his good one, then held out the one attached to his broken wrist with a preemptive wince. He looked toward Regina and Anandi, who had landed near him, and smiled reassuringly as he offered his hand.

One second he had been trying to hit the damn whale again, then the next he was airborne, and now too sure what had happened in between point A and point B, beside his colors going back to normal.
For a moment, he thought that was it. It was over, he was done for, he was just gonna float here forever until he died...
...Then he landed. Right on his left arm. The strained cry and the pop of his arm from his shoulder was quite telling of the fact that, no, Joshua wasn't fine.
He remained there, unmoving, for a long time - strained breaths hissed in through clenched teeth, less he just start screaming again. Damn, just... damn...
This was the worst. thing. ever. The adrenaline was no longer doing much to stave off the pain at this point.
He only realized he hadn't said a thing when Flora looked at him, and he forced himself to look back at her.
...Dude, the green-haired chick had fairy wings. None of this made sense anymore, and Joshua was no longer looking for it.
"My arm..." His left was now hanging uselessly where he's shoved it in his best as an impromptu sling. "...Really hurts. I think it's broken."
As if they hadn't already gathered that.

Everyone else so far seemed into the idea of holding hands and finding safety. Regina? She still wasn't all too sure about things. She was hurt, frightened and nowhere near anyone that she had come to think of as 'familiar'. The Princess and her handmaiden seemed to have an idea, though... Maybe they weren't so alien after all.
Carefully Regina placed her uninjured hand on Grant's knuckles, not quite holding his hand, but at least initiating some sort of contact. She hoped it would be enough to complete the circuit; more importantly hoping that someone else would be just as delicate in touching her own broken wrist since she couldn't quite lift it on her own accord with her shoulder not quite in the right place.
"I think a few of us are broken now, kid (Joshua)... But they said they're going to help us. It just means we have to have a little faith." She put on her best smile, hoping it didn't look nearly as weak as it felt as she looked over to the young man, trying to somehow inspire confidence (if a nerdy girl with nearly broken glasses could truly do such a thing).

The woman (Regina) was right - they'd all gotten quite a number done on them, it seemed. Unsurprising, in a way - a bunch of normal people fighting... Whatever the ******** space whale had been.
Beside a space whale. "Yeah..." He answered her with a tiny nod, and tried to get off the ground. He did get to sitting before nearly stumbling back, his vision blurring in and out of focus, his valid hand darting out to support his head.
He... could stand to wait here a little longer. Really. After the first group there would be another... right ? He wasn't even sure what to expect, or what the assembling group was even doing, really.

As she stood, oh wow she was standing, Carolyn took a better assesment of her injuries as she moved closer to the spring senshi and her princess. Her ribs were fractured for sure but they weren't nearly as bad as she'd thought upon first impact. Smiling awkwardly as she reached the 'injured' group she looked at each person's cradled and slung arm or wrist and winced. Yeah, she wasn't nearly as worse for wear as these guys were. It hurt to breathe every once in a while but that wasn't anything that serious, was it? She imagined it hurt much less then a broken arm.
As long as she was being honest with herself, what hurt the most was the parched mouth and increasing anxiety and irritability that came with not having a stiff drink in her hands.
Standing back a step away from the crowd she'd been summoned to, she shook her head. "I'm not as banged up as these guys are," she managed to breathe out. "All I need is to get the wind back in me and something tight to wrap about my middle. I can wait." It was a vastly different statement then the one she'd just made a second ago, but these people-- These kids were in pain and it broke her heart. If her waiting meant that other people were getting treated first, then she would wait until her breath stopped completely and she was blue in the face.

"Getting you all back." Chronos told Kes, squeezing the girl's hand slightly. They didn't belong here. They weren't supposed to be put into danger like that. But she could worry more about the why after they had all been brought home safely. "Don't worry too much."
"Alright." Flora said, nodding at Joshua. "You should be in the next group then."
Chronos smiled at Carolyn."I'll take these three back first then." At this, she took Regina's other hand gingerly. With a nod towards Flora, who returned it briskly and then return to figuring out who else should go next. The Princess of the Zodiacs closed her eyes and concentrated and then...
She disappeared. The grip on Kes and Regina's hands were gone; none of them had even felt anything, no pull whatsoever. They just stood there, the circle incomplete and the nearby Handmaiden paused from her head count and stared at them perplexedly.
Flora didn't even have time to say anything before the green-haired girl popped back to where she was last standing, looking puzzled. "It's not working." Chronos said, brow furrowed. She took the two girls hands and tried again, to no avail; Chronos was the only one who made the trip back to Destiny City, utterly confused as to why the others were not standing there besides her.
"Oh great." Flora said. She would have probably suggested to try transporting one of them back herself, but if her Princess couldn't do it, what was the use? "What do we do now?"
"I'm calling Virgo." Chronos replied, summoning her cellphone.
"Allo Princess!!! What is wrong?"
"Virgo, can you transport the civilians back? It's not working on my end."
"No, I can't and neither can Leo." Chronos didn't know whether to think whether or not it was a relief that it wasn't only her that couldn't bring them back. "I'm taking them to my outpost and then trying again. "
"Alright. I guess we'll try to find supplies to take care of the more injured ones as well." Alll they could do was to deal with the situation as it was.
"Maybe Zue can put out a bulletin to the other senshi? Asking for help and especially for healers?"
"Good idea. I'll contact him once we've brought them in to rest. Call if anything happens!"
"Of course, Princess. Take care!"
"The rest are having trouble as well." Chronos told them after she had hung up. "Flora, we'll be bringing the injured in to rest. There are some living quarters on the first floor, and they're probably dusty, but we'll have to make do. Anyone needs help walking?"
((Those who aren't that injured are free to walk on ahead into the circular holding room which is mostly bare, with banners with each Zodiac symbol hung on the white pillars which hold up the balcony above. The banners seem to have wear and tear in them, and so does the carpet on the floor. A singular long red carpet bordered by gold runs to the large double doors at the end of the room.
The doors are open, leading into the large indoor garden with a fountain decorated by the depictions of the Zodiac signs. The flora and fauna now seem overgrown with weeds, fallen into desolation due to having no caretakers, vines curling around the old fountain, with only a little water trickling out from the spouts.
Past the garden is the Castle! Beside it is a completely cut off building; a Temple with rubble leading from it to the Castle, the ruins of a collapsed walkway. Feel free to stare up in awe at it, but do not go into the Castle or the Temple (which is inaccessible, by the way) itself until Chronos tells you to do so. ))

The promise of home was taken away almost as quickly as it was given. Callum, had lined himself up, eager to go home the second that the first group at left. He was bit like a puppy, excited to return to his office and get back to work. So much so he was getting impatient that it was taking so long. Really, injured people got to go home and he had to wait? He couldn’t wait! How long would it take? This was his first time in space, what if it took a long time to get home from here?
Except that the first group didn’t go anywhere. Only the so-called princess had gone, and come back. As her telephone conversation when on, Callum’s hopes of returning home were gone.
“What? We’re STUCK here? But you said… I don’t want to stay here. Or go in there. How can we trust you!? What’s in there? How do I know there's not another space creature waiting to eat me inside...” Callum’s mind wandered at the all the horrible things that could be inside that castle, or who his current company even was. His heather eyes loomed on the Zodiac castle in front of him. There was nothing very scary about it other than how dilapidated it was. For being in good condition, Callum was very worried about what might happen next, given the state that everyone around him was in.
“What if I don’t want to stay here? Can’t I go and find my sister at least?” He turned an unsure gaze at his current companions. The princess and senshi seemed sincere enough, but... after what everyone had been through before, Callum was a little weary of anything. He used to think rainbows were safe, but not anymore.

Anandi had barely made it to the circle when it was called - her arm throbbed so much that she thought her vision was blurring. She could only take up someone's hand on her left side, as her right arm was hanging limp. She couldn't even lift it if she wanted to. The green-haired lady with fairy wings was saying something about getting them home, but then she poofed away? Wtf? Anandi was tired and beyond confused. Apparently, Callum was voicing everything she had wanted to say, and then some.
She made a whimper. "So... so we can't go home? Or to the hospital? We just have to stay here? With more whales?!" Omg I cannot handle another whale. Maybe unless something like cyan makes you pass out because then I might be able to handle it, but no way else! The castle looked big and abandoned and creepy and probably quite dangerous. Sure, the lady in white with fairy wings was being nice to them. That is, until she poofed. She poofed back again and Anandi squeaked her surprise. In retrospect, space whales and fairy-winged princesses were par for the course, considering.
She turned to Flora. "...are there more whales in there? ....baby whales?"

Grant walked slowly, aiming to be the last in line for care. Not because his wrist didn't hurt like a b***h, as it very much did, but because he did not want to put himself before anyone else.
He looked around.
"Such a lovely place," he said kindly, as it was a very different place to anything he had ever seen before. True, it wasn't in the best shape, but that didn't make it any less impressive and wondrous for a man born and raised in a small house in the Destiny City boondocks. He looked around as he followed the lead of the Princess and her cutely floral friend. He had distantly heard the name 'Flora', but he hadn't let it sink in that it was, in fact, her name. So he thought he was fairly clever, coming up with that description for her.
Floral was a much better word than flowery, or something like that. Vocabulary work out, level one.
He heard Callum sounding rather upset, and looked thoughtful. "I'm sure we can go home," he said, as Anandi leaped in. "Just not right now. When the time is right, we'll be home. Don't lose hope. Anyway! It gives us a chance to get our bruises healed, which I think is fortunate... it might be a good thing that we're not rushing off some place else, don't you think? Considering everything that's happened. But I do understand your worry..."
He looked at Callum specifically now, eyes soft and expression warm.
"When we're able, I wouldn't mind helping you find your sister, if you'll let me."
Always optimistic, and feeling much better now that the weight and darkness of whatever cloud had formed over him was now gone, Grant could not get down, even when things were looking less than their best. Broken bones and stuck on some planet in space for god knows when? If there was a silver lining, Grant would find it.

Felix stepped back as part of the group formed a circle with the princess, but a few seconds later, they were still there—save for Chronos. She reappeared, baffled, then disappeared again, then reappeared again. He refused the temptation to release a disappointed moan. So, an entire flock of civilians were stuck in space. That was lovely. What about his work? What about his family and friends? Grimacing, he held onto his injured arm and vainly attempted to cover the bleeding, but only stained his hand even more.
He sighed at Callum’s complaints. “Would you stop your panic attack? Since they’re trying to help us, I’m pretty sure it’s safe to assume that they’re at least somewhat good. If you don’t want their help, you’re welcome to survive out here on your own.” To emphasize his point, Felix half-motioned to the rest of the Surrounding. At the mention of Layton, Felix paused. Despite Callum’s apparent paranoid tendencies, he was old enough to look after himself. Layotn, on the other hand…He shook his head. Fretting wouldn’t do him any good—not when he lacked a way to find her.
“There probably aren’t any whales in there…probably.” Felix turned toward Flora for the final verdict.

Holding her hand out so the guy could take it was painful as it meant Kes couldn't support her ribs and the pain it caused was too much to describe. She was so looking forward to being in a hospital bed, to lay down and just relax while doctors fussed over her so when the princess vanished without them she nearly cried. She didn't cry but nearly.
Kes had to give the princess credit, it seemed she really was crying and when Callum started moaning she wished she didn't have broken ribs so she could slap him one like she did earlier with Anandi. It seemed slapping people got them to shut up but instead she let go of both hands and hugged herself again as if all her body was about to fall out due to a rib being broken.
"What do we do now? Most of us are hurt... like badly..." This needed to be pointed out here. Kes wasn't in the best of moods now and she wasn't the only one with a broken something who was then stuck in space with nothing to do and nothing to help them. Not only that no one had actually told them why or how they were even here.

Jade heard orders given. She turned her head and watched the princess and the other girl who was apparently her 'soldier' as well. (Jade still wondered why a soldier would dress like that. The outfit was, in her opinion, too impractical for a combat. Well, maybe it had it's own purpose, like distraction or something.) Slowly she stood up, using her healthy hand as a support to pull herself up and walked behind the princess. After she had chosen the first group, Jade settled down and watched the circle forming which looked like some kind of ritual of magic performance or something. Maybe there was really magic in this world? Jade had never really believed in magic after growing up from childhood but after witnessing recent events it was hard to not believe.
Whatever the princess had tried to do, her attempt to do so didn't work out. It was rather surprising to see her disappear and appear again. It was a little unsettling to know that plans were ruined and now, they had no choice but to stay at this Surrounding place.
"I can't say I'm surprised," she quietly said, taking a short glance to Flora and the Princess. "Whoever brought us here must have prepared for that you try such thing."
Jade shifted and started to make her way towards the castle building. In the mid-way of her walk, she stopped and looked over her shoulders to others. "I suggest we move inside." Her voice was serious and calm. She didn't sound scared but neither she had much hope in her voice. It was kinda cold, analytical voice. "I'd rather wait for another attack safe inside these walls rather than outside.... I believe the next one is coming..." She waved her un-wounded hand over the horizon. "... from there and not..." She nodded towards the castle. "... from here."
Jade turned her back to others and continued to make her way inside the castle, walking elegantly even though her outfit and whole appearance was more or less a mess. She hoped she could find a shower or some other place where she could clean herself and her clothes. The situation was not desirable one but she knew she could make it as long she would keep herself in control.
She was Jade Sorah and she could make through this. She could make through everything.
