"Seriously?" he questioned loudly as the woman made her way to the door. Sure, Tag had been rejected many times before - but never so late into the evening. Not when they were on the couch. Not when they were so close. And for what? Because the woman he killed for her wasn't enough? Oh, she knew how to get under his skin.
No, he couldn't let her win. He couldn't show vulnerability. He couldn't show weakness. He couldn't show care. That is what she wanted.
"Fine then," Tag shrugged, playing it off as if it were no issue. He too, rose from the couch and walked towards her. He even was so faux-chivalrous enough to pick up her purse from the floor and offered it to her. "If its a Senshi starseed you desire, then its a Senshi starseed that you will receive. And then..." He stroked the side of her face with the back of his hand until he reached her chin, where he then caressed her bottom lip with his thumb before taking back his hand. "I will have you."
He then motioned for the door. "Now good night, Gently."

"We'll see, pet," she said softly, watching him for a moment, lingering close for a moment before she moved away from him, bag in hand.
"Thank you for the lovely dinner. A shame my present was so underwhelming. Make it up to me, Mr. Swagger."
She teased him as she moved to the door and slipped out, pulling it closed behind her and leaning back against it for a moment. She took a deep breath, steadying herself. Her heart was thundering in her chest from the events of the night, and she was a little surprised by how caught off guard she was.
She smiled, though. Things were going to get much more interesting, considering how it was already going.
After a moment of gathering herself, adjusting herself so she was presentable and making sure she hadn't left anything behind, she moved away from the door. Already she was pondering their next encounter. Something told her he would not stop, and he would, eventually, get her that starseed she wanted.
