Telling Souppi to stop eating sweets once he ate something sweet was like talking to a rock. It was no good. He only stopped once his stomach distended and no more berries could possibly fit inside him. Mirroring Lo, he collapsed on his back on the ground. "Sooo deliciousss..." He had a feeling he'd pay for this later, but right now, he thought it was worth it.

"This spots great for naps too. Nice warm sun if you feel too cool, then shade from the bushes if you feel to hot." Her little tail bobbed back and forth, as she rolled over onto her stomach and stretched. "I don't think Ive seen anyone get that excited over berries before aside from myself.... Your alright in my book. " She said raising a lazy paw to pat him.

Souppi was embarrassed to be seen like this in public - he was trying so hard to be polite and serious - but Lo didn't care, so he was happy.
She was right. The soft grass on his back and the warm sun on the belly made this an especially comfortable spot. "Thank you." Being told he was alright was satisfying. "So, we'll play after this?"
He started purring when she pat him.

"Pffft. Dont mention it. Always happy to help." She said smiling. "Hide-and-seek right? Did you want to hide first or be it?" Lo blinked when he started purring.
".... SO CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTE!" She coo'd, hearts practically in her eyes. Her tail spazzed, bouncing back and forth at a rediculous pace. "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. Thats the cutest thing ever!!" She snuggled the smaller gladier.

Souppi really wasn't used to so much attention, especially when it came in the form of Lo's snuggling, but he liked it. It made him feel special.
He wasn't sure how to respond, though. She had given him a compliment, right? "Thank you?"
Oh, yes, and he should answer her question while he's at it. "Of course I'll be the one hiding. That part's the most fun!"

Lo blinked then quickly let go.. "Ehehehe.. Sorry. My friends say I can get alittle to excited..." She said, tapping the side of her head with her paw and sticking her tongue out.
"Ooooh You'll be a tough one then... You can hide in darker areas...Whooo! This is gonna be fun!"

After Lo let go of him, Souppi fell over like a sack of potatoes. He sat up and laughed. "Oh, no, it's fine. Really. No problem at all."
"I'll try my best! You're going to cover your eyes and count, right? I'll go hide right now them." After that, he ran off behind her.
It was really hot out, so he wanted to hide somewhere where there was some shade. He managed to narrow it down to either behind a big rock or up in a tree. The rock would be the easiest one, but then, he'd be spotted if anyone looked at it from the wrong angle. The tree would be a harder hiding spot, he might not even make it up before the countdown ended, and if he didn't, then he'd be just as visible as he'd be as if he hid where the rock was. He decided to risk it and if he failed, then he could just hurry up and go behind the trunk instead...

She nodded and began counting to a predetermined number as he ran off.
"Alright ready or not! Here I come!" She yelled once the count was over. Lo stuck her butt in the air, nose to the ground. Even if she wasnt using her nose, she still thought this was fun to do. "Im gonna fiiiiiiiiiiiiind you!" The female chirped as she began to look around.

Souppi could hear Lo's voice from his hiding place. He barely made it up the tree in time. He was on one of its lowest branches. He liked it up there, because there was shade and it felt comfortable in comparison to the ground where the sun relentlessly beat down on him. Now that he was up there, he realized he didn't blend in at all. All these leaves were green and heart-shaped, while he was neither. He thought, If I crouch down and stay quiet, then I won't stand out too much, right? So, that's exactly what he did.
The leaves tickled his face and he had to hold in his laughter. He also noticed that there were a lot of bugs up here, like butterflies, wasps, and bees. This must be their home. A blue morpho butterfly flew over and landed directly on his back. He disliked the feeling of its legs combing through his fur, but he had to stay both still and quiet, so he couldn't shoo it away or shake it off. Please go away. Please go away. Please go away. I'm not a flower. He grew increasingly frustrated and his body began twitching unconsciously.
