Joi dipped her banana and pulled it out, but no rainbow. "Mine no do that! why does yours?" she was giggling and then reached over and dipped her banana in his pudding. Maybe he had special pudding? Nope, didn't work. She pouted her bottom lip slightly, but the sight of her mom distracted her.
"Joi! Who's your friend?" Dizzy asked cheerfully. At least the kids are clean still she thought. She wondered to the fridge and pulled an apple out for herself and joined the kids at the table, sitting down with a lot of effort actually. This pregnancy was different than the last one and she wasn't quite prepared for the new aches and pains and even mood swings it brought with it.
"Mommy, this is Rain! He lives with us now. Can he be my brother instead of the baby?" she turns and asks her mom, her eyes hopeful.

Rain nods, a mouth full of banana and pudding and a gives a wave. He makes a rainbow move across the table like a slinky

Dizzy watches the rainbow and the little boy sitting at her table. She has absolutely no idea what to say to the children. Obviously Joi had been talking about her 'plight'. She was definately her father's daughter, bringing stray children home. She giggled slightly at the thought. "Rain, where are your mommy and daddy? I'm sure they miss you and would be very sad if you lived here." She looked to Joi. Waiting almost for another tantrum.
"His mommy no like him and he no know where his daddy is. So he lives here." Joi was estactic at the thought actually and said her words with such a relaxed tone, you'd think it was normal and okay for a child to be lost in the woods and their parents to just shrug off the sudden disappearance of their kid.

Rain nods "Mummy not like me, brother, well he growed and I didn't, he not see, and daddy not at home... I look and not find, but find Joi..."

Dizzy shakes her head slightly, "I don't think your mommy doesn't like you rain." She sighed softly. Poor child. "Who are your mommy and daddy Rain? Your brother?" She wanted to see if maybe she could figure it out and find his parents to let them know where he is. She was sure they were both worried sick.
"Mommy! Rain's brother is JET! Jet got beeeeeeg! I wanna see a big Jet." she dips her banana in her own pudding, frowning slightly that there was no rainbow, but eating it anyway.

Jet? It took a minute for the name to register in Dizzy's mind. Oh gosh, Jazzy and Thom's boys. They must be a nervous wreck! "Rain sweety, your mommy loves you. I'm sure she's worried about you right now." She needed to go find Jazz or Thom so they wouldn't be worried. "I will be back down, I need to go get Daddy and let him know we're going to the beach, ok?"
Joi's eyes lit up. "Rain, we gonna go to the beach!" She turned to her new 'brother'. "I can show everyone my new brother!" She bounced lightly in her seat.
Dizzy sighed and tried to stand, pushing herself up from the chair with a lot more effort. She groaned slightly. "Don't make too big of a mess, baby." She patted Joi's head as she waddled past and headed upstairs.

Vale was heading down the stairs as Dizzy was heading up. He cocked a brow and pulled her aside, asking for the four one one on the situtation as she had seemed to be in a bit of a tizz...
When he got it, he faceplamed, yeah, Joi was definatly his baby alright. He waited a few more minutes before heading down the rest of the way.
"So, what's this I hear about a new brother?"

"The beeacchhhh" Rain whined with a frown, he didn't want to go back to the beach... AGAIN "I would rather stay here and play" he wrinkles his nose causing all the bandaids on his face to crease

Dizzy followed Vale in, maybe he could handle it better then she could? She didn't have the energy to be flying to the beach today anyway.
"Daddy!" Joi squealed when Vale came into the room. "Rain is my brother instead of the baby. Now you no need to bring one home!" She grinned, quite excited that SHE solved the 'problem' all on her own. "He lives with us and can share my room with me."
Least she's not opposed to sharing her room.... Hearing Rain whine, Dizzy sighed again. "Vale, maybe you could go get Jazz or Thom and bring them here?" She said it quietly to him hopefully the children didn't overhear.

Vale shook his head, not at her but at Joi. He sighed, and flashed Dizzy a hand sign that meant affirmative. He walked over to Joi and ruffled her hair. "Joi-joi love, it doesn't work like that. Rain has his own mommy and daddy and siblings, you can't just keep him..." He chuckled. "Besides, the baby is going to come weather Rain is adopted by us or not..." He huffed and stood. "I'm going to go see if I can find his parent's... Dizz.. watch them please..." And with that, he headed out to sweep the isle.

By this time Thom had returned home and found Rain missing, gotten his father and were at the manner with Thom's grandparents and Ala
Rain made a face about it not working that way... far as he was concerned it did

Dizzy smiled and waved at Vale and sighed once he was gone.
Joi pouted. "Rain still stay here and then we BOTH get a new baby sister or brother. But mommy? Rain says no brothers, ok?" Joi turned in her seat to face her mom better. "Rain be a good kid, just like Karma." that reminded her ... she hadn't seen Karma in a while. "Where is Karma?"
Dizzy sighed. "I don't know baby, I haven't seen her either. Maybe her parents were worried and looking for her, so she went home?" she was getting a bit stressed, not a good thing for her lately. She wiped her forehead a little, suddenly feeling very warm. "I'm gonna sit in the livingroom, baby. Can you two play in there so I can keep an eye on you?" Dizzy felt like she needed to get off her feet for now.

Vale of course headed for the one place he knew might know where Rain's father was, Sol and Estra's Manor in Dragnid. He landed at the door and knocked, tapping his foot and sighing rubbing his temples. He hoped the two didn't upset Dizzy, it seemed she was getting closer and closer to term and he didn't want her to over stress and premature the baby... or babyies...

Rain nodded and hoped down licking his lips, it may be more aparent to Dizzy now just how many bandaids Joi had put on him as he runs into the living room
Estra walks to the door and opens it "Well hello Vale, long time no see, what brings you to the manor" she asks and steps aside motioning he can enter
