With there being so many flavors, Jericho was having a bit of a hard time deciding as well. A lot of the things looked really tasty. He glanced over towards Levi as one of the flavors seemed to have caught her attention. Though she seemed interested in Flaming hots, there appeared to be something wrong.
Hm.
"Oh by the way, you can get two flavors if you'd like," he suggested. Maybe she would have an easier time deciding if she could have two rather than one.
"I think.. I'm going to go with rocky toads," he said while rubbing his chin.

Her voice didn't change much in tone, speaking rather calmly, but her tail once again gave away her reaction to Jericho's promise of 1+ flavors. The white tendril wagged in serpentine-like waves side to side. That's mighty kind 'a ya'. Hope it ain't troublin' ya much if I were ta git two then.
It would be a steak and flaming hots eyescream combo for her- the ghoul was set. Had the red picked out his choice? Rocky Toads? She peered into the container of frozen treat that held the flavor to find it was a dark and chunky blend of things. huh- sure looks interesting' ta me. It really did- but there was no way she'd go beyond the two flavors she had chosen.
Eh-... do we wait fer someone ta give it ta us ...or we just... ? She placed her hands on the bit of counter left to them in front of the glass viewing window and motioned that she'd jump the counter if this was a serve-yourself scenario. She had her doubts, so rather than jumping the gun, she asked him first; he'd at least know the proper protocol for buying eyescream in a formal (or what she perceived as formal) setting.

Jericho furrowed his brow some at Levi's question. It was... a little odd, but it wasn't too far off he supposed.
"..No. We order it at the counter, then they'll give us the eyescream," he nodded before stepping up towards the cashier, "Hey, I'll have two scoops of rocky toads please."
The dragon paused for the moment, then glanced to Levi so she could go ahead and input her order.

Alrighty! Following Jericho to the cashier, who now raised a brow at the ghoul, had acknowledged his order and looked to Levi next for hers as Jericho did. Oh- I'll have tha steak n' flaming' hots, please n' thank ya. Two scoops!
The undead cashier nodded and dragged its feet over to the various choices, piling the frozen treat onto two cones and returning to the register. He placed them in serviettes as black paper cone holders and stuck them into a tray for pick-up on the counter by the register for them. Tapping at the keys on the cash register, he announced "that'll be four silver."

That was a pretty interesting combination Levi had picked there. He hadn't really tried the flaming hots, but it sounded pretty good. Once the cashier rang them up, he placed four silver seeds onto the counter, then went to pick up the two cones.
Jericho also went ahead and grabbed a couple of napkins for the both of them before handing the Tatzel her things.
"Let's go ahead and take a seat, then I can continue the story if you want," he grinned.

Thanks. It was both a thank you for handing her the eyescream as well as the buying in general. Sure! She lit up; they could sit and eat as well as talk more about the dragon factions and days of old. She certainly wanted to pick more at Jericho's brain about the chromatics and metallics.
Taking the napkins and wrapping them around the base of the cone as well, Levi immediately began licking the steak flavor at the bottom as she walked to make a smooth outline around where it met the cone.
THIS was good eyescream.
The frozen treat was really an outside snack, so Levi's feet automatically took her back outside the eyescream shop to a black cast-iron bench just by the street. Mmm~ Her ears flickered down and she smiled as her tail curled around in her lap when she sank into one side of the bench. Tasty. Clearing her throat, she kept her free arm over the back of the bench and rested her knee over the seat so she could face Jericho properly. So- ya mentioned a name. She took a moment, trying to recall it, furrowing her brow slightly in thought. Talek... was that 'a leader er solider 'a yer kin?

Once they were seated, Jericho took a lick of his eyescream first while he tried to recall where he had left off with the story. Levi soon reminded him, though.
"Eh... not really much of either. Talek was not really well known for his fighting prowess. However, he did happen to be the younger brother of Sarkhan, who was a pretty good tactician," the dragon explained, "As you might guess, this ambush didn't sit too well with him, so he rounded up a few others to try and get revenge. They went on and targeted the Silver dragon whose territory Talek was struck down at, finding a way to lure her out before taking action."
"Things started off relatively small, but as time went on, it continued to escalate. More and more dragons got involved, and numerous territories became battlefields."

She nodded a lot while Jericho explained the happenings of these past conflicts. She had so many questions about this little bit of information, but the first thing that came to mind, she blurted out curiously. ... were yer reds related ta the brothers? Another question followed up randomly.
Did it play 'a big part in yer neck 'a tha woods? If enough time was taken to decipher what she meant, the question of if Jericho's home being majorly effected by the battling throughout the territories would be realized.
She licked away at the bottom still, not yet trying the flaming hot flavor.

"No to both of those questions," Jericho said before pausing to eat a little more ice cream before continuing his little story.
"Well.. I mean I guess it's possible those reds are some distant relatives but they aren't my ancestors as far as I know. The battle never hit my territory, but my grandfather flew out pretty far to other lands. He was a part of one of the bigger battles that lasted several months to end. Supposedly it was in that exact fight that he claimed this gauntlet," he said while holding up his right hand, "I heard he tore it right off of the other dragon that had been wearing it at the time. It's.. been a sort of family treasure ever since."

It made a bit more sense now. He wasn't sure if the gauntlet had been made by a red, but it had been found in draconic territory. It could'a been made by tha Metallic folk than, aye? They'd been fighting for a long while, it seemed. To have his own grandfather in the fight too- wow. Since family was a big part of Levi's childhood and education, she was pleased to hear Jericho had been one to recognize the importance of learning from your elders. ...do ya'll still feud any? I mean- more than yer run-a-tha-mill toss up? Were there any in the school? She had to wonder...
Licking at the top scoop, Levi's tongue tingled with the burn from the flaming hot eyescream. Blinking, she looked at it with awe. That was a good mix! It was certainly hot hot hot, but had a thick consistency that turned the jabbing sensation to a coated boil. Whoo-! She shook her herself for a moment. That's right tasty.

"It's pretty possible yeah. If not, the dragon could have gotten it made by someone else. Or found it somewhere," Jericho said while thinking it over. It was really hard to say where the true origin of the gauntlet had come from, "As for feuding... no not really. I mean I'm sure there's some scuffles here and there, and there's still bad blood.. but I don't think anything big has happened since that war."
Eating a little more of his eyescream, the dragon thought it over some more before glancing at Levi as she commented on hers.
"Hehe. Pretty good, isn't it?"

Well- good ta hear it ain't so reckless back home. We're always keeping' a good eye on cites tryin' ta steal our crops. Don't got much else than ourselves where we're at.
Yeah. Can't say I'd had much similar ta this 'ere! Boil~ She licked again, but this time took a bit of the steak with the flaming hot eyescream. It was a match of perfectly meaty and perfectly hot; a winning flavor for the ghoul if she had one aside from candy corn.
How'er tha' toads? Crunchy? Jericho's cone looked pretty good too, but she couldn't figure out the texture of it just by looking at the mixture. Toads were typically enjoyed crunchy where she came from unless specifically over boiled for stew. That could be a pretty good choice in eyescream too; again, she hadn't thought of making that before.

Jericho blinked at the first statement regarding Levi's home.
"Do people try to steal your crops often?" he frowned. Thievery was not something he looked upon lightly. Sure his ancestors might have been looters and the like, but that didn't mean he felt the same way! Though.. pillaging did sound kind of fun. Hmm..
"Oh. Very. Just the right amount of crisp without being too hard," he grinned toothily before eating a little more of his eyescream, taking a bite out of his cone now.

Eh? Oh- nah, they ain't really running' 'round 'lot up thar, but ya know how critters can be. Just ain't willin' ta give up our crops if they're gonna use trickery ta git what they want n' stead of askin', ya know? As was the case with Levi and her always-open dorm, the tatzel had no problems sharing what she had. It all depended on the manner in which it was asked of her.
Barging in and demanding certainly wouldn't fly with the tatzel.
Sounds good ta me. Just how I like 'em! Nodding in approval of the crunchy amphibians, she too offered a toothy grin before licking at her own spicy meaty combo. I'm likin' what they did 'ere too... It wasn't fish or anything, but a good steak and dash of hotness was always a welcome flavoring.

"Yeah I hear yah," Jericho nodded. No matter where one went, there was always that sort of thing, he supposed. Falling silent after that, the dragon nommed away at his ice cream before glancing up at Levi, looking more at her cone to be precise.
"Oh really? I'll have to give that a try next time I stop by here," he grinned.
