For a ghoul who didn't eat, the idea of a second sandwich was so out of sorts it boardered on the obscene. But the Boil who offered it was nice, and he was quiet, and she enjoyed that; she had a lot of loud, energetic friends...it was good to relax. So the ghoul smiled at him, a strange blush on her undead cheeks. So she took the sandwich, pondering over the name Ren. She knew a Ren, or had at least seen him places. Hrrm...
"Thank you, very nice of you both." The little ghoul at least knew her courtesies (some of them, Lizzy was still doing her best with her), and she dipped her head a little in a greatful nod. She settled in to slowly unwrap her second sandwich, deciding that silence was the best course of action at the time being.

Jove blushed brightly at the compliment, and rubbed the back of his neck, a gesture he had picked up from his brother. It really wasn't anything that needed thanking for, it was all Ren's fault he had so many sandwiches in the first place! If anything, he should be thanking her for helping him get rid of it before it spoiled.
He blushed and blushed in silence, determinedly looking at something on the ground, ears down, and tail wagging slightly. If he was more of a gentleman he would say something, but he was more like an awkward little boil who didn't quite know how to talk to ghouls. Some would argue he didn't quite know how to talk to anyone, but that was a terrible rumour. He could speak very well, he just... didn't want to.
