Lily was shocked to hear he was majoring in history. Just as Lily's father was to remark and handsome boy around 19 joined them.  "Mr.Kydd, Lily. Its nice to see you after so long." the boy looked at Vincent. "Zane Marshall." he smiled and turned to Lily. "Let's have a dance, for old times sake. After all, you never actually broke up with me." he said, then whisked Lily away to dance. Lily looked at Vincent with a plea of help, but Henry started to talk to Vincent again. I know your wondering about Zane.He has been with Lily for a long time. Her helped her a lot when her mother died. They were together for about 5 years, and then Lily left. Zane was devastated. He still loves her though. But a history major, thats brilliant.

Lily saw him leave, and tried to go talk to him, but couldn't. "Zane, Im with Vincent now. You have to leave me alone. I don't love you anymore." "Lily, I loved you. Why didn't you stay? I was with you the whole time you went to Juilliard, and when your mother died. He was never around for that. I was." "I don't care." Lily got free from his grasp and left to talk to Vincent. "Vincent?" she said as she knocked on the door.

Vincent felt guilty and hugged Lily "its ok and i like it here cause im here with you" he said smiling "may i have this dance?" he asked

She hugged Vincent and smiled. "Anything for you." During their dance, Lily remarked. "I forgot to tell you. My dad likes you. As for my stepmom, and ugly stepsister, not really. But they don't matter." She said then kissed Vincent on the cheek.

Vincent smiled and kissed Lily "i love you Lily" he then looked into her eyes and smiled again "your dad likes me?" he said trying to start a conversation

"Thank you. But if I am pregnant, I can't have the baby. It wouldn't be right. How would I take care of the baby? You're in collage, and Im only 18 years old. I have my whole life ahead of me, and I really would like to enjoy it." she said, not enjoying the party any more.

Vincent lifted Lily's head "its ok ill take fewer classes thats all." he said smiling "dont worry ok." he said as he led Lily to the balcony

"No. I don't want you to do that. I want you to do the whole thing. Don't stop for me or the baby. I don't mind. I've already went to collage, and I want to go again. I've been accepted again to Juilliard, and Im going for early admission." she said while sitting on a bench.
