Rin shared the sad look with the stallion, it was a shame that one would harm their own family, when family is one of the few precious things left in the world, “It must have, or must be hard, to keep remembering that moment, but one thing I have learned in all my years is that when you face a difficult situation where the outcome changes your course of life, embrace it and keep living each day. For life itself is a precious thing that we should not throw away on past memories or what if’s of the future. It is something that should be with us in the here and now and not taken for granted,” Rin realized that she may have spoken out of place, “Sorry, I did not mean to lecture you. It’s your life and not mine; I should not have said what I did.”
The pink winged mare stared down at the tiny hole that Syn said he could hear breathing in, “Hmm, perhaps the little bugger is hungry. Do you think he will come out for some fresh fish?” Her eyes cast themselves over to the river, she was sure there would be some fish in that water.

~He listens to her lecture he didn't mind her doing it. What she said made sense to him~ " It is alright, i gress I needed someone to say that, thank you. The question is now what do I want to do, I can't go back, moving foward it seems to be the only way for now. It seems it is here that I'm needed, but to find someone and raise a family, a unreal for the time being." ~he looks around, plus there was only one way he would proclaim his love. The female he choose would have to fight him, beat him and steal the arrowpoint around his neck. It was there that jewel in the center of the arrowhead would be dripped his blood then her's uniting the bloodlines as one. Not many mares would be up to fighting him. It was a wired kind of courtship his herd beleived in, as eldest son he should have already had a mate. But many seemed to reject him, most of the mares would mock him, and hated him for his birth and those eyes.~
~returning to the task at hand he smirks~ " He might, he could be lonely as well may we should, call and wait. Maybe he will come out." ~He smirks and looks at hole then Rin~ " how long have you been chasing after him?"

Rin took in a deep breath of the fresh air, the scent of the crisp grass filled her nostrils, this place was so calming, even if she was supposed to be doing a job, she was enjoying her time here in the valley, “It will seem that way for a while, but soon other concerns will take precedence and then everything else will fall into place,” she smiled at the stallion, Rin knows what the stallion was feeling, for she had to pick herself up after the destruction of her family and find for herself a reason to live. Ever since that day she has dedicated herself to training, honing her skills so she can protect those who could not protect themselves.
“Might as well give it a try,” Rin lowered her head closer to the hole and in a voice that is usually reserved for cute little creatures, Rin sang in a rhythmical voice, “Here kitty kitty! Why don’t you come out and say hello? Come on you fat ball of fur. We want to take you back home to your mommy.” The mare stopped her cooing and turned to the stallion, “Well I haven’t really been looking that hard for him, since I had a few other things come up, but two days…” Rin winced, could that be animal abuse? Not searching right away for the blasted cat? O well, she shrugged, at least she finally found it with the help of Syn.

~He nods again~ " I hope so." ~Rin was the first one that got through to him. He smiles again~
~Watching the hole as he hears something moving towards opening after Rin called, it was working the cat was coming, at least he hoped it was the cat she was looking for~ " That is not to long, do you know how long he has been missing?" ~ He watches as a fat cat head sticks out of the hole a little as the cat looks around to see whom has been calling him. Syn smirks at Rin then looks at the cat.~ " There he is, he is sure taking his sweet time."

Rin Asougi smiled brightly at the stallion who had been through so much in the past few months. Her attention turns back to the hole where the extremely fat cat is taking its sweet time getting out of its hiding place, “He sure is… but then I think that goes for all cats, since they believe they rule us all.” The grey cat finally removed its self from the recesses of the hole and did a long cat stretch with an added yawn in there. Using the thin wire Rin always kept on her, she created a makeshift leash to drag the cat back to its owner. Rin frowned at the cat, “Even though we found him and have tied him up, he still has that feeling of contempt emanating from him, it’s like it was his idea we found him. Cats.” She shakes her head.

~Syn nods his head and watches her leash on him. Watching Rin he smiles, then looks at the cat again.~ " Yep, cats seem to be that way. Or at least they seem that way. What are you doing after you bring him back to his owner." ~ He smiles again and looks around he was going to stay here for the rest of the night and maybe the next day to give him time to think.~

She laughs, which makes the cat look perturbed, “It appears so, they all have that ‘greater than thou’ personality.” Rin looked away from the cat to the stallion next to her, “I’m going to go home until someone else seeks my help. It’s a nice little glen that has a waterfall similar to the one back there, but not quite as big and it runs right next to a cave that has a curtain of wisteria covering the entrance.” Rin smiled as she remembered the new place she called home, she has been living there for many years now and it has grown into a place she looks forward to seeing. “What will you do now that you helped me find this fat ball of fur?”

~He smirks when she laughs. He nods agreeing with her comment about cats.~ " It's that what you do, just wait around until someone needs you to help with something? your home sounds nice." He watches he and fuffs out his wings a little bit~ "I might stick around here for a little. tomorrow I have to go and train with a friend. She is learning how to use her wings." ~ He smiles, looking at the fat cat, he was great that she found him and now he got to go home.~

“Pretty much, or I stumble into someone while I am in-between cases or sometimes on them, and I discover that they need my help. Usually their situations take precedence over say, a lost cat. Those cases are usually strange, for one time I had to help a stallion find out who he was,” her smile went to the side as she remembered how much trouble she got herself into trying to help this stallion figure out who he was. Rin bowed her head to the stallion, “Thank you. Perhaps you can stop by some time? I’ve enjoyed our conversation.” The mare looked around the beautiful area, “Well this place is a lovely place to spend a night. Oh? That’s great, tell your friend I wish her the best of luck as she gets accustomed to her wings,” Rin Asougi smiled at the grey winged stallion.

~Syn smiles and nods~ " That must have been kind of fun, I mean helping a stallon regain his memory of who he is." ~ He watches her bow and bows back, feeling the bangs slide to the side of this face as he brings his head back up. He looks at Rin with his eyes and smiles, for some reason it didn't seem to matter to him if he showed his eyes to her. Maybe they were friends now, since they had talked, she seemed to understand him a little, or at least where he was coming from.~ " Your very welcome, I might do that. I have too." ~Watching her look around he smiles~ " Yes it is, not many will bother me here, yes, I met her and her herd a couple of days ago, her herd members are all wingless including her mother. So I decided to teach her. I will, thank you. Maybe one day you could join us? You could have more input then I do for her." ~ He smiles back~

Rin nodded, “It was definitely interesting, there were many obstacles in our way that attempted to prevent us from discovering the truth.” The mare watched the stallion after his bow and noticed how when he lifted his head, his eyes were clearly revealed; she was again struck by the amazingness of his two eyes. She knew that they were something that he did not enjoy because he constantly hid them from the world to see, she was speaking before she could clamp down on her words, “Don’t hide who you truly are to the world,” she smiled at him, “your eyes are the window to your soul and your eyes are truly beautiful.” Rin did not tell him that very time she looks into his eyes she sees something she had not seen in years, but she could not place what it was exactly yet.
“Yes, this place is secluded, but not enough that you feel disconnected to the world. Oh? I would like that, although it has been awhile since I have learned to fly myself, now everything is in auto pilot, but it would be something different,” Rin brightened at the idea.

~ Syn listens to her tell about her helping the other stallion. It did sound interresting with obstacles it also had to be hard and take a lot of time.~ " Obstacles are good sometimes, they make you or break you." ~He watches her looking at his eyes and blinks at her words~ " My eyes are not so beautiful, they are a sign of the cruse I was born with. I hide them because it makes most others uneasy around me. I don't know why I showed them to you." ~he smiles saddly~
" yes, Roza would welcome another teacher. She is young and shy." ~He smiles, Roza was a little overprotective of him because she could since his saddness and was trying to help him heal. He blinks and watches the cat as the fat blob trys to get lose~ " I think you better take him to his mommy. Before he gets lose." ~he smirks as he watches the cat~

He was right, obstacles do make or break you; Rin knew that with what they had discovered about the stallions memories would cause the stallion to make a choice: to live with the knowledge he now possessed or to end his life. Rin had believed that the stallion had committed the latter, until he showed back up in her glen telling her thank you for what she did and he was also asking her for a job.
Rin Asougi stared at the stallion, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Where you see a curse, I see a blessing; your eyes connect you with this earth, they are a power you have yet to unlock,” Ring ace a small smile, “I don’t know the reason why you showed me your eyes, but I am glad that you did.”
A tug on the chain brought her attention back to the fat ball of fur, “Oh no you don’t!” Rin pulled back on the small metal chain and glared down at the cat. “Stay.” The meowmfed at her and laid on the ground with a plop, clearly annoyed at the prospect of no longer being in charge, “Good kitty, he will behave now.” Hopefully.

~Syn looks at Rin and blinks. What did she mean by power it could mean a lot of things. He undersood what she said about beauty is in the eye of the beholder.~ " What power, I have none, the shaman told me that all soquili have a connection with the earth. She is our mother. My healing powers are less, because I'm a mixed breed, my mother was a unicorn my father was a mixed breed like me. As for the curse I will tell you as i was told later, maybe you could help me solve it, there seems to be a quest part of it. to break it I mean." ~He looks hopeful~ " Maybe the reason I showed you my eyes is so, you could help. break this curse, I feel that I can trust you. That is if you feel up to helping me?"
~He watches the fat cat again~ " he seems to be subborn." ~watching Rin pull on the small metal chain and glare at the cat he smirks.~ " Nice comand." ~He smirks again~ " Yeah,hopefully he will, if he knows what is good for him."~ He eyes her and chuckles~

Rin cocked her head to the side and flicked her ears, “Your shaman is correct, we are all connected to the earth, and you should feel closer to it for you as a whole represent all the elements that keep this earth thriving; earth, with your green eye, fire with your red eye, wind with your wings, and water with your blood. I did not mean that kind of power, I meant power of choice and a power to show others who you really are.” Rin smiled at the stallion, “I would love to help you break this curse, although I will need to know more about this curse.”
She let out a sigh, “He definitely is, I don’t know how something so small could be such a pain.” A smirk forms on her face, “Thanks, the cat needs an iron hoof of command. Oh he does, he is going to be flown home, so he knows he needs to behave now.” Rin would not do anything to the cat while in flight, but the ball of fluff did not know that.
