Mitsu's eyebrows knitted together as she looked up at the reaper. "It doesn't always have to be that way....does it?" She certainly didn't want to see him continuing to hurt himself like this.
Seeing him sway though had Mitsu quickly going to his side to help prop him up. He must have been working out for a while.....he was all sweaty....ew. But Mitsu didn't budge from his side determine to get him back to the dorm to rest. "C-come on. Let's get you back to the dorm." She tried to herd him in that direction hoping he would just comply and walk with her.

Again, Shun didn't respond right away. A part of it was his fatigue while the other was just in the fact that he was still conflicted and confused. It didn't help that his exhaustion was making it harder for him to think as well. And when Mitsu went to help him remain steady, he couldn't help but lean on her to some extent. He tried not to, but it was inevitable.
"I.."
He didn't know what to say and the next thing he knew was that she had started to walk. The Reaper didn't really want to go, but his body was complying anyway.

Mitsu did her best to keep Shun upright as he leaned against her. He must have been really exhausted. She was also thankful he wasn't fighting her. If he was willingly coming this would make things much easier. "Come on, we can get your hands treated and you can rest."
Leaving the fitness club Mitsu put her mask back into place before she started toward the reaper dorms. "I can always go get you something to eat and drink too...you probably need the energy.." She said looking up at Shun through her mask.

As they were moving, Shun was still breathing pretty heavily. He was pretty quiet otherwise, though once they stepped out of the fitness clubroom, he paused, trying to keep them from going. It was a pretty weak effort however.
"Wait.. no.." he muttered. It seemed that a part of him was still fighting to continue training, even at this point, "I need.."

Mitsu came to a halt as Shun paused wondering if something was wrong. "Shun?" She questioned as he seemed to hesitate. Did he really want to go back?
"You need to rest..." Mitsu urged trying to move him along again. "I'm worried about you...please don't hurt yourself further." She said softly her voice wavering a bit like she was bordering on being upset.

Letting out a sigh, Shun's head lowered while he was being urged along once more. Too many things were going on through his head and it wasn't making his situation all that much better. At some point along the way, the Reaper ended up outright stumbling, collapsing to the ground more or less. Groaning, he let out a huff while starting to try and push himself back up.
However, his body was thinking that the floor felt really nice right now.

Mitsu had been doing her best to keep Shun upright and going but when the reaper stumbled and fell there wasn't much the lycan could do about it. Going down with him since she had been hanging on, Mitsu let out a squeak of surprise landing on her hands and knees.
"Shun? Shun, are you okay?" She asked once she had somewhat gathered her thoughts on what had happened. Reaching out she tried to help Shun up but it seemed his body was lagging. "Y..you really did push yourself way to hard." She whimpered.

For a moment or so, the Reaper closed his eyes, trying to collect himself. When he reopened them, he stared up at Mitsu, heaving a heavy sigh.
"Perhaps.. I do need a short rest.." he murmured. Shun was only thinking something along the lines of fifteen minutes however, which likely wasn't enough for his body to recover from the stress he had been putting it under. Wincing, he slowly pushed himself to his feet with the wolf girl's help.
"Yeah.. just a short one.." he repeated.

"I..I think you may need more than a short break." Mitsu said trying to help Shun to his feet. Though she doubted if Shun laid down that he would get up again. His body was trying too hard to keep him down. The lycan was already trying to plan on what to do if he managed to collapse. Who all did she know that she could possibly find? She had a few phone numbers...maybe she could give Mot a call...or Levi. Surely they could help her drag Shun to his dorm room. Levi had carried him before.
"You need to take it easy. You could make yourself sick." Maybe she should stay and make sure he rested once they got back to his room. It would do him no good if she left him to rest and he only managed to get up to do this all over again.

Given his current state, the walk towards the Reaper dorms seemed to take an eternity. They were only about halfway there as far as he could tell, and the slowed pace he was going at wasn't really helping with the feeling.
"If I get sick.. just means I need to work harder," he murmured, "Means I was took weak to resist it."
With the things he was saying, his state of mind was probably fairly apparent. His drive to improve had gone way out of whack.

"I....I don't think that's quite right. If you push yourself harder you will only make yourself weaker." He was on a path of destruction. How was she supposed to help because he wasn't really listening. It was like the things she said only enforced what he already believed.
"Please...you need to take better care of yourself." She was trying to urge him forward toward the dorms again but was too leery to move him quickly. Should she make him sit and rest? His body was so worn down. "How long have you been at this ...training anyway?"

Those words didn't make a great deal of sense to him. It was hard for him to see why what he was doing wasn't quite the right thing. If he slacked in the past during his sessions, he was just reprimanded for it and was told to keep going.
"Few days..." he replied quietly.
At least for this session it started a few days ago. In general he had been at this sort of thing for quite some time, however.
Now at the door to the Reaper dorms, Shun glanced up and stared at the handles. There were still a swarm of thoughts going about. He'd have to try and sort everything out later.

"A...a few days?" This idea seemed to worry Mitsu more. No wonder his body was in such a mess.
Opening the doors to the reaper dorms Mitsu made her way inside with Shun. "You really shouldn't push yourself like that. Everyone needs rest." Technically they didn't need rest per say but the creatures of Halloween needed time to recharge their FEAR. Shun wasn't allowing his body time to do that.
Once they were finally at Shun's door Mitsu waited for him to unlock it. She really needed to get him inside so he could lay down. If his leaning was any indication he was about to drop at any minute. Honestly she was lucky she had made it this far with him. "You still have a first aid kit right?" He had bandaged up her hand the first time she had met him having been attacked by the demon cat. If he didn't have all the needed supplies though she could always go grab her own. She had certainly needed it at this school.

Thankfully, they didn't need to take the stairs up. Shun might not have been able to climb them properly at the moment, which meant he was liable to end up toppling down them instead. Once they were at his floor, he found himself leaning against the girl a little more heavily.
"It'd be better if I didn't need to," he murmured finally in response to her.
Upon reaching his door, he stared at the handle. There was still that small part that wanted to fight against all of this, but the exhaustion was winning. Reaching into his pocket, he grabbed the key and unlocked his door.
"I do," he replied, "Don't... really need it though.."

"D..Don't need it?" Mitsu asked in disbelief as she helped to move Shun through the door. He was leaning really heavily and she was having a hard time keeping him up right. The bed! It was so close but so far. "Y..your hands are bleeding." The lupine continued. "They need to be looked at."
So close so close, please don't fall. She kept mentally mumbling in her mind. "Let's just get you to the bed so you can relax." Mitsu was trying to brace Shun the best she could hoping he wouldn't go down.
