There was some silence between them as Kallichore mulled over her options. She'd already spoken with Polaris and for the time being, simply kept that invitation on the back burner. She was still part of the BMC at that time. But now, things were changing and Kallichore had to step back to analyze what to do from that point forward. Brown eyes stared down at the paperwork she'd worked so hard to create and found very little response for. Was this really the last straw she needed to leave? Perhaps it was. If the BMC didn't care much about educating its own, how could she continue to serve them?
"Pasiphae," she started, not yet looking at the person she was referring to. Instead, the super senshi looked up at the sky and squinted. Was there truly a destiny out there? "I've spoken to Polaris already. She gave me a great deal of information that set me on this path I am on now. But I am not sure I feel a connection with her. Not like I do to you and Europa. And perhaps even Ganymede. I firmly believe there is a reason that we keep awakening here - those of us from Jupiter. Perhaps... that is the team we need. Each other." The thought of joining Polaris didn't exactly thrill her since the eternal senshi didn't seem too keen on getting down and dirty with certain things. Kallichore liked to get things done, though perhaps now with less brutality since she'd experienced the BMC.
Looking back at the shame senshi, Kallichore nodded after mulling things over for a while. "I would like to meet others that may have the ability to tell us how we can, say... save those that have been brought into the Negaverse, willing or otherwise. This Knight Lina, you said, she was a general before? She may be the first person we need to speak to..." Trailing look, Kallichore looked away and furrowed her brows. "Followed by Europa. That is, if you're willing to belong to a team with me and the other Jovians?"

"I'm not really sure... I didn't know her when she was part of the Negaverse. It was before my time. But the way other people reacted to her... and the way she thought others could be saved made me think she had built close ties to them," Pasiphae replied, continuing to distract her hands by tugging on her hair. "So, if general is the highest rank... I would think so."
Pasiphae felt a little sheepish whenever her fellow Jovian continued to speak. Of course Kallichore had spoken to Polaris--why wouldn't she have? If she didn't feel connected to the Eternal Senshi, that didn't offend the Shame Senshi any. She had told Polaris that, for her part at last, she would be willing to help her out even if she wasn't, perhaps, seen as an official member. That was all that she could do.
When Kallichore suggested that they form a team of Jovians, and even more speficially suggested that Pasiphae join it... the Shame Senshi was momentarily speechless. She literally didn't know what to say. She didn't know what she could bring to a team, really. All she could do was protect herself... even if she tried to help, it seemed as though she got in the way. But... she couldn't, and wouldn't, deny the connection she felt with the Jovians she had met. She felt best as a Senshi when she was working with others towards a common goal. Even if she So, she stared down at her lap and spoke quietly, "If... if you can use me on the team, then I'd like to help. I don't know what it means, that we're all coming together, but... I'd like to think it's important."
She quieted for a moment more before, hesitantly, she said, "But... I still would help Polaris and her team, if they called me. I... I can still be on the Jovian team and do that, right?"

Kallichore chuckled, her shoulders rocking with the movement. "Ah, what kind of team would it be if you weren't allowed to assist others? I would do the same, Pasiphae. Even certain Blood Moon members, if they needed my help, would get it. Just nothing major, you know." Looking off into the distance, she started analyzing what was going on with a more severe lens. Much needed to be done and no doubt Europa would want to know about it. Kallichore could give her fellow Jovian a call later.
To assist Pasiphae as best she could, Kallichore started to explain what she knew about the Negaverse. "General is the highest rank, yes. I believe so, anyway. One would have thought that eternal was the highest for us and yet some have reached higher than that. I think it would be safe to assume the Negaverse has some kind of equivalent, though I really hope not." She shook her head, silently hoping Negaverse agents couldn't ascend to amazing heights and make their lives more miserable. "I've never met anyone higher than a general, I guess is what I'm trying to say. If possible, steer clear of them. Everyone is useful on a team and even if you don't think so, I think you'd be a valuable asset."
Another chuckle and Kallichore leaned back a little to stretch. "Even Ganymede could be useful, I bet. He and I butt heads quite a bit, ideologically speaking, but that doesn't mean I don't think he'd do well on a team. I don't know if he'd even be up for it." Turning to Pasiphae, her gaze turned to a worried one. "Ganymede doesn't even like being a senshi, which makes me both sad and nervous. I'm sure other Jovians would want to join up, but him? Him I'm not so sure about."

Pasiphae visibly relaxed at Kallichore's response, and she smiled approvingly. It made her feel good to know that she wouldn't be tethered to just one team. It was, in fact, something of a deal breaker with her. She believed in the Senshi cause, if not in herself, and part of that meant she believed in supporting any other Senshi that had need of her. To be told that she could help some and not others just wouldn't work. Still... she frowned in thought. What if that meant helping Senshi kidnap and torture Negaverse agents, as the Blood Moon Court had done? Or was that the advantage of working mainly with the other Jovians--that she wouldn't be asked to do such a thing? Still, there seemed to be one thing she and Kallichore could definitely agree on. "Yes... I'd always help Senshi in trouble, but if they asked me to hurt someone... I don't think I could do that."
The Shame Senshi nodded to show that she had taken Kallichore's warning against encountering Generals seriously, but she became sidetracked as the conversation shifted to Ganymede. She recognized the name; both Europa and Kallichore had mentioned him before. Pasiphae had never met him and couldn't judge his character one way or the other as a result. But... someone who didn't like being a Senshi was perhaps, not as shocking to her as her fellow Jovian may have thought. Pasiphae was a bundle of insecurities about her own place as a Senshi, her own abilities and whether she was truly the best choice to bear this responsability--even now, months after her awakening with *********. She took the responsability seriously, and she wasn't going to abandon it. But she could understand, on some level, not wanting it. So, she admitted, "I've never met Ganymede... but I think it's his choice, ultimately, if he wants to join. We'll talk to him, with all the Jovians... and we'll see what happens. That's all we can do, right?"

"So it's settled then. A team, even if only in name. And we're free to assist whoever we like for whatever reason. I think that's only fair." Kallichore said with a nod, some confidence finally returning to her demeanor. She liked having a goal in mind - something to work towards. It gave her a light of sorts of the end of the tunnel she dreaded so much. "But I think it gives us a sense of belonging that is so sorely lacking on our side. We don't have a queen to unite us, so we just have to do it ourselves."
Clutching a fist to her chest, the last of her research papers were gathered into manageable piles that could be carried under one arm. That's exactly where they went too when she stood up to stretch. Their conversation was an excellent one and it gave Kallichore much to think about - where she stood in terms of the senshi as a whole, not just the Blood Moon. The fact that more and more Jovians were showing up had to mean something in the grand scheme of things. Kallichore was more than convinced of this. Turning to her fellow Jovian, she gave a soft smile. "I think that's a most excellent idea - find as many Jovians as we can and talk to them. Perhaps form a coalition of sorts for protection and information, but we can still be loose enough to associate with others if we want."
Another confident nod to Pasiphae. "I have to thank you for giving me a bit of perspective I didn't seem to have before. Perhaps I've been too hard-hearted as of late. Different personalities help even things out, I think. Thank you, Pasiphae." Since it was getting late, it seemed like a good time to head on home, but Kallichore couldn't allow the formalities to drift by the wayside.

Pasiphae nodded at Kallichore's assessment. "We may eventually get someone to unite us. This Moon Princess or Prince Castor or... or something. I don't know. But until then... and even after then, it seems like uniting ourselves to some extent is necessary. I mean... it only makes sense, I think, that for Senshi to succeed they need to support their fellow Senshi. I think... I think we Jovians could be good for helping each other, acting as a base support group... it's always good to have someone to turn to."
The Shame Senshi smiled and blushed slightly, a slight peace settling over her as it seemed she had done something right. The feeling wouldn't last--it never did--but at the moment... it was a good feeling to hold on to in her sea of doubt and fatigue. "Always glad to be of help... when I can. Sometimes it just takes someone else to talk to to work things out... that's how I've learned as a Senshi, anyway. I've been lucky to have people help me out along the way like you."
She stretched and looked up to the sky, frowning at the sun's position. When had it gotten so late? Pasiphae got back to her feet, brushing off her skirt. "So... next time we meet, it'll probably be with the other Jovians? To talk about forming a team?"

The super senshi gave her companion a firm nod. She was right - someone may eventually unite the whole of the senshi somehow, but it wasn't for them to know just yet. What they needed to focus on now was how to unite the lot of them in the best way possible. Since Pasiphae had more of a connection to this Prince Castor, perhaps she could find out some more information and report back? But that was for another time.
"My lines are always open if you'd like to get in touch beforehand. I think our goal would be to communicate with the others as much as possible. I'd like to see how far we can get with uniting all the moons of Jupiter, the pages included." She thought of Valhalla then, and wondered how he would take to becoming involved with more of the senshi of Jupiter. He and Ganymede seemed to know each other well enough. Perhaps she could catch the two of them together and explain the situation. Pasiphae was sociable too, so her ability to speak to others would be even easier still.
Giving Pasiphae a bow, Kallichore turned to head home. "It's been a pleasure, as always, Pasiphae. I'm going to continue to work on my research and find whoever I can to talk about this team. I think it's one of the better ideas we've ever had. Have a good night." And with that, she started to walk away, a heavy burden finally being lifted from her shoulders.

Pasiphae nodded to show that she had understood, adding quickly, "You can always call me too... if you need something and think I can help. Hopefully... we'll be able to gather the other Jovians soon. I'd like to see Europa again and meet everyone else."
"Good night, Kallichore," the Shame Senshi called after her retreating form, waiting a few moments before heading off to her own home. All in all... it had been a good meeting, a very welcome change from the fighting she had been doing lately. A team... it was almost too good to be true, but Pasiphae couldn't help but be hopeful that it actually would come to pass.
