.::Stark & Rem & Luna & Geisha & Drift & Will & Mako & Siegfried::.Stark sighed, and motioned the team to follow as he stepped down from the table. He walked over, and glanced at the candles. So many were lit, though how many were indicative of the fallen was difficult to say, judging by Solaris' suggestion. A spark flashed out of the corner of his eye as Mako lit a small flame with his claws, lighting a candle in reverence for the dead. Stark shook his head. How many of these must I light when all of this is over...? He shook his head, then turned away. Will and Luna turned toward him in confusion, but Geisha and Rem shook their heads. Geisha mouthed something that included the word, "Alone," as Stark slowly walked away. Stark blinked back tears as he walked across the courtyard. Is all of this just... pointless? Are we all going to die here? Is there any chance of victory? If you're talking like that already, maybe you deserve to die.Stark blinked in shock. The voice sounded in his head, so it wasn't that unusual. The unusual thing was the voice itself- he had never heard that voice before. ...Boros? he thought cautiously. Uh... not me, boss. How about you stop using "special" talents and use your Arceus-given senses? It's a lot easier than chasing your tail, scoffed the foreign voice. Immediately after that, a long clear note on a flute sounded out from above. Stark jumped, then looked up at the wall. A Pokemon lounged on the wall, leisurely jumping across notes in a complicated melody. It was too far away to tell what kind of Pokemon it was, however. The melody ended on another long note, and the figure stood, straightened, and leapt from the wall in a delicate arc to the ground, landing with a tiny thump. He straightened to reveal: The Lucario looked over Stark for a moment before scoffing. "And here I thought meeting the famous Stark Dravin would be exciting," he thrummed in a deep, raspy voice, completely at odds with the delicate nature of the flute he now tapped against his leg. Stark blinked. "Famous? Me?" he said in confusion. This was apparently the wrong thing to say, as it prompted a deep sigh from the Lucario. "You must be stupid- have you even seen Warrior's Plateau since you came? Kenshin won't shut up about you- it's actually kinda pissing me off." He sighed, then crossed his arms. "Apparently, he was mistaken if the 'Hazard of the Plateau' is sulking over a few dead people."Stark's breath caught at that. "Now, look, you. It's called 'mourning,' you heartless b*****d! We've lost a lot of good people--""Who knew exactly what they were getting into when they came to this Guild! When they chose to fight our so-called "fate" to die and vanish away! When they decided that they would rather have a spine and stand for themselves, rather than be massacred by monsters like Eridanus!!" The Lucario was shouting by the end, an odd-blood red Aura sparking about his fur. He took a deep breath, his Aura calming, then continued. "You have a lot to learn about combat, still. About life. You are but a child- and you must be taught maturity before your insipid 'grieving' kills everyone you care for." And without another word, he turned on his heel, and walked away. Stark watched him go until he turned, and coughed suggestively. "My name is Alastor Argonne. And I suggest you follow- if you know what's good for you. He then continued on his way. After a few dumbstruck seconds, Stark followed him. His curiosity had been piqued by this unusual visitor. --- ((Traded my Bug recruit for Shawn's Fighting one. Thanks!))

xx xx xxx xx x xx Andrew && Rani && Thomas && Judas && Isanna && ArdenxxxxxAndrew glanced all around him, damnit. No hands. The jolteon did the honor and fetched three candles off the back table, bringing them all back at once. Isanna gratefully took one and worked with him quietly to set them in their stands. "Thomas, would you do the honor?" the poochyena's voice ringed near silently. The topic nodded and leaned forward on the table, sending out a few short streams of embers, the three candle's were lit with flames and started to create small drops of wax running down the side. And so there it was; 3 candles, one for Claire, one for those others who had died that tragic day, and one for those that had come before them and would surely soon come in the future. Arden closed his eyes and sighed, entering a some-what trance. Rani leaned over and began to talk with Judas.
Isanna flicked her ears as she noticed a new body come in, a somewhat familiar pikachu, or at least, one she had heard about. She glanced around, if they were all in this together, then they should stop keeping to themselves. Getting up, she shoved Thomas and had them stand, the two of them began to wonder around the halls. Andrew's gaze followed the pair leaving but said nothing and focused on the flickering candle.

XXX XXX XXXXXXX—¤÷(`Nadia & Luke & Roxana´)÷¤—A lone Vulpix walked through the entrance awkwardly. She looked up to see all the Pokemon that already been to the event early, all their faces mostly show grief. No person that she could think of have died from this except Nadia. She's not dead, just dying, which is close to dead. She worries her, for if she was to get hit by another Judgement or another move that is almost as equally strong as that, she's doomed. She shook of that picture in her mind and sat on an empty table. She looked at the surface of the table, how exhausted she is from hearing all the terrible news spouting every day. She lowered her torso and let her head rest on the table. She wanted to help somehow but knowing that she isn't a very good fighter, she wouldn't make any difference on any battles. Although, there is another place that needs some help, the Infirmary. Its natural to suspect that the Infirmary is loaded with severely injured Pokemon and they needed help. She knows a few healing tricks and that might help them in the healing category. Maybe she'll volunteer there after this and go see her Mightyena captain too.
A voice made her ears twitched and raise her head to see who it is. From the entrance she saw a limping Mightyena accompanied with a Lucario-Umbreon Hybrid. "I....I'm fine.." Anyone could barely hear her voice. Even the ones with high-enchanced ears might have a difficult time hearing her words. But it couldn't be helped, her throat is broken and damaged as hell. Bandages circling her throat that covered the damage proves it. She wiggled slightly to escape from Luke's grip of her and started limping towards Roxana's table. She didn't look back to see the sigh of her teammate, she doesn't want to see it. She carefully and slowly climbed up the chair beside Roxana. Her legs hurt slightly from trying to climb it but she shrugged it off afterwards. Soon later she noticed that the Lucario took a seat in front of her and she looked down to avoid seeing his eyes. She really wanted to participate in here even if it means she would experience pain along the way. She braced herself for expecting that the Lucario might comment on her for being reckless enough to go here and all that but she didn't hear and words came out of his mouth. Slowly she looked face-to-face to the Lucario, not scared of what he has to say to her anymore.
She looked at the crowd and spot a familiar Pikachu. It was Era isn't it? She was glad she's still alive. Even if she doesn't hang out with her a lot, she's still glad. She was nice. She listened to Solaris and shifted her position to look at the unlit candles. It was a decent few feet away and she doesn't want to move. Going to this table was enough. Luke saw her face looking at the candles and so he stood up and brought a few candles to the table for her. Nadia smiled a thank you. She then thought who to light it for. Instantly, she thought about the incident and all who died there. Even if its not related to the situation in the guild, they still died. There are so many who died and she can't lit all of them. So she settled on three people; Alfonso {Her dad}, Rosa {Her mom}, and Abriana, an older sister of hers. She never talked anyone about her. She was horrible yet she still loves her. Sometimes she may be cruel but she's still her older sister and that's that. Now, how do you lit candles? "Roxana...c-can you..lit them for me?" She asked, forcing a smile.
The Vulpix nodded and glanced at the three candles sitting in front of her. Soon after flames burnt on the tip of the candles. All three watched the flames dance around gracefully. The fire was unusual than the other flames. It was Roxana's signature flame, every fire she makes always is always in the color of the rainbow, or at least colorful enough to look like a rainbow. "May you all...rest in peace.."

((Reposing, the roll prior obviously not counting toward my number of posts required. Replying to Tommy and Shawn so... reposing is easier.)) Epitaph -- Ver -- Freya -- Alice -- Saileithe -– Rufus -- FangQuiet, meaningless chatter from the table ended immediately as Solaris began to speak. A few of them looked over while others preferred to look off elsewhere as not to provoke uneasiness though overall, everyone was attent and listening. Ver’s gaze left the Espeon in favor of the candles at their mention. His stern expression weakening to some extent as Deca came to mind. She was so damn annoying and he almost missed it. He did miss it, who was he kidding? His ears lowered and Freya gave the Flareon a quick glance, catching the motion out of the corner of her eye. She didn’t say anything, she didn’t give him some sort of gesture that all would be fine, she simply looked back toward Solaris again in silence after a few seconds as he left his post and approached the table. It was then that she took action. She looked back at Ver again and gave the dazed Fire type a gentle push before promptly hopping off her seat. Ver sluggishly looked back at her, hesitating for a moment before getting up himself. The two dismissed themselves toward the candles in silence. Rufus was quick to chase after them to avoid any awkwardness. He didn’t know Solaris. Not personally, at least.
The others remained where they sat. All except Sai, whose attention quickly drew to the sound of footsteps. Finally turning her attention to Solaris, the sickly Glaceon gave a silent, greeting nod before leaving her post and chasing after her team, leaving Epitaph and Alice alone with the approaching Espeon. Naturally, he took the seat Sai sat in prior as Alice had been on the opposite side of the Flareon. The Kirlia gave a questionable smile at their newcomer, not feeling entirely herself, as expected. Then she merely looked down. On her lap rested an egg. Nothing special about it coming from this guild. Just a simple, blue egg. Ver found it and left it in the team room. Alice was the first to take note of it and hadn’t allowed it to leave her sight since. Why it was here wasn’t odd considering how uneasy she was. It was something for her to simply look at and block all else out with a smile.
It was Epitaph that smiled then, feeling the weight of her friend’s head atop of hers. She said nothing; she just sat there, staring off with some pathetic smile. Her head carefully lowered to the table as not to disturb the Espeon. Then she merely closed her eyes and gave an exhausted sigh as all suddenly seemed settle after a second. She didn’t respond to Tempest at all aside from a simple twitch of her ears. When the Pikachu left and all felt silent again, Epitaph finally spoke. “You did fine, Solaris. Just relax while you can… I—“ The Flareon trailed off into a slight gasp then, it was almost a yell. Her body jerked responsively as something suddenly crashed into her seat. Her mind was entirely elsewhere, leaving the off guard Flareon in slight panic as she immediately sat up and glanced over her shoulder at the Eevee before them. She yelled, making Epitaph blink in confusion. What happened? Did she do something wrong? “I-I’m sorry? …Could I help you…?” Her ears lowered and her expression quickly saddened. She was too tired for this.
Shortly after the events took place, and Tempest took off on her own. A Raichu came running into the garden. Was she pissed or worried, it was hard to tell having been blurred by panic. Where the ******** did that Pikachu g—oh. Of course. The old Raichu skid to a halt and stood back on her hind legs, glaring off at Tempest who’d begun poking at Era. How she even got this far was beyond her, but she didn’t stop to wonder in favor of running over. “I-I told you she was fine… I’m... already losing her.” Fang skid to a halt, remaining on her four paws as she sluggishly walked beside Tempest in a hard pant. She was way too old for this. Why her heart hadn’t given out yet was beyond her. “Damnit Tempest, I told you to wait for me.” Fang sighed as she sat on the ground. Assuming she could rest now… She probably couldn’t.

ImitiqwertOliverqwertyChuckOliver glanced over when he heard the sound of the flute. He couldn't see what was playing it until it landed on the ground in a fairly impressive fashion. Oliver got off the chair when he saw the Lucario straighten up. He gripped the handle of his remaining knife where no one could see it. It wasn't as if it was considered to be polite to bring it, but what with recent events he'd rather be prepared. If this was another attack...well, it'd better not be. "Anything wrong?""That Lucario over there..." Oliver pointed to said Lucario, who was by now shouting at that Absol with the black/white fur. "I'm just going to make sure nothing's wrong. Given what's happened recently I'd rather not have anything else on our hands."He walked over to Alastor and Stark. "Excuse me, is anything the matter?"

  Albus & Laura
Albus gave a curt nod to the Espeon. It was not a show of respect, but acknowledgement. He turned his head to look back over at the two Pikachu. "A leader does not bear shame. He bears only the grief of loss, but he does not show it. In a guild like this... if it's members cannot understand what the leader bears, then they aren't worth being led." There was almost a certain resentment in his voice; obviously, it was something he felt very strongly about. The Flareon silently walked away and seated himself at an empty table. It wasn't long before his team arrived in it's entirety. The only loss the team had faced was that of Pluto Eclipse, which though it was a heavy burden it only deeply affected the young Flareon. All the same, there was a certain sense of responsibility and kinship. Much of the team was directly involved in the conflict. The rest were empathetic. Those who were not involved were... weak. That feeling of helplessness was laid bare with every attack in each of them. The small wisp of flame darted out from Albus's breath and faded in the air, but not before setting the sole candle ablaze. A small prayer came to the minds of each one except for the Scyther. He had seen what was on the other side, and he had no souls to pray for. What rested heavily on his mind was the slow, encroaching possibility of defeat. He would have to shake it, somehow. It was best not to dwell. It would only distract him. At the least, I suppose I should offer my condolences. A few had died at the last attack, and as the leader that fell on him. His eyes searched carefully through the room, trying to track down the teams that had been involved. There was one... They had lost their leader, if he recalled. A certain Dratini. He remembered reading it in the report. The scyther gently pushed his chair back and stood. "Excuse me." With barely a word, he walked over to Team Serenity.
"Pardon me. You are Team Serenity, are you not? My name is Tolin, I'm a member of Rebirth. You have my condolences for your loss." His right arm remained at his side, but his left arm swept up and across his chest as he bowed ever so slightly. However minute, it was a show of respect for the dead.

 William
The Togekiss held his silence as the prayers were given, but even with his own quiet prayer he felt very much out of place. He existed only as a guest within these guilds. He did not put his life on the line, yet he also did not help... he wasn't like Lia or Tolin. He was only there because he had nowhere else to go. It was where he made his home. It was for that reason that he offered his prayers and his wishes to those both gone and present. But he could not share in the sorrow or the remorse that everyone else did. "Pardon me... I'll be nearby." The Togekiss turned from his seat and with one push hopped off and silently took to the air as his wings unfurled. He floated for a moment before deciding where he was to head to. He had noticed the young Eevee dart away from the Scyther, so at least he had something to talk about. The Togekiss lowered his head slightly in a quiet show of respect. "Pardon me. I assume the young Eevee over there is yours?" He didn't want to say anything specific... He wasn't really sure what their relationship was. "Oh, um, yes... My name is William, pardon me." The Togekiss hurriedly tacked on the introduction, hoping to try and maintain some semblance of manners.

Harumi - VictorA soft sound of metal rubbing against hollow shell sounded as the Scyther rubbed his head with the tip of his scythe. Rolling his eyes a bit at Harumi's antics with the Pokemon whom she obviously didn't know she was related to, he turned on his heel and faced the area where the ceremony was occurring. Victor closed his eyes and bowed his head in reverence. He himself had suffered no losses, but knew of the pain that the other Pokemon who had were going through. No parents of his own and whatnot.
"Sleep well, those I never knew..." He muttered before a nearby voice caught his attention. The Scyther lifted his head and looked to the Togekiss, making his best attempt at a warm smile. A warrior Pokemon like a Scyther wasn't too good at smiling, their mouths didn't really bend that way. "Oh, no..." He replied softly, not wishing to ruin the silent prayers as Harumi nearly had. "To be perfectly honest, I'm hers. She's one of the Eclipse... I'm her bodyguard."
The Scyther let out a soft chuckle, scratching the back of his head with that odd hook in his scythe that many Scyther possessed. "Yes, a pleasure, Mister William," Victor then said, bowing his head in respect. "I am called Victor. Victor Lynch." Being a Pokemon raised in servitude, the bowing as prefixes were all totally necessary. He didn't mind it, he enjoyed being polite.

 William
The Togekiss hushed his himself to try and keep in voice in level with the Scyther's, who he now knew to be named Victor. "Ah, yes. A pleasure." The Togekiss's voice mirrored surprise as he returned the bow as best he could, considering he was floating in the air. In the end it looked more like he was very slowly nodding his head, but it was the best he could do. He hadn't thought there were any other eclipse members. He had quite carefully read on the family when he arrived and he made sure to keep up with the news... In fact, where would such a child even come from? Aside from Venus, all the members of the royal family were either dead or without a partner. "She's one of the Eclipse family, is she...? I wasn't aware that any of them had had children recently. If I might ask, who are her parents?" She seemed a little young and he seemed a little to courteous, but if they were con artists they were bound to be good actors as well.

Era & Eon Era and Eon returned Solaris' nod with slight smiles, nodding in return. The Espeon didn't deserve to be treated that way in front of everyone else and by a family member nonetheless; no one was perfect, and emotion wasn't a sign of weakness but one of strength of the heart. The two listened to Albus' words quietly without speaking out against the Flareon again, although Era's gaze was tinged with regret as he walked away. It had never been her intention to hurt Albus' pride, only to defend her Guildmaster's. Neither Pikachu wanted to hurt anyone with their opinion, but it was a sad fact of life that for everyone helped, another almost always had to be cast to the sde. Era's gaze trailed after Albus as he stalked off to take his seat and she considered heading over to apologize but before the prospect could really be thought over Solaris began to speak. They listened dutifully to the Espeon's words and felt the gravity that they held which seemed to hang over the atmosphere of the place for just a moment before the mingling began.
The pair sat lost in their own thoughts for a time, each pensively thinking of the prior events that had led to this ceremonial gathering. After a moment Era broke the silence, "Eon, we should do it now." The male Pikachu nodded in understanding and the both of them carefully transferred the item that they'd each brought to both paws. They held a flower each, Era a purple bell-shaped one, and Eon an indigo one. Eon had brought one at Era's bequest, the female Pikachu not wanting to be alone in what she did. Era had approached Avaria immediately after recieving the letter, and asked her if perchance she could have some flowers from the Shaymin's garden to bring to the memorial gathering. Avaria's gaze had softened upon hearing her request, and the Shaymin had brought over to the flowers that she grew so carefully to give her the two that Era and Eon now held. The Shaymin's words still echoed in her ears as Era stared down at the delicate flower in her paws. Most people aren't aware that flowers have their own sort of language, it's a long forgotten art that few people can still understand. I, however, am familiar with it, and I will give you the flowers you desire to convey your message. This purple flower here is called a harebell flower, and it represents grief, grief for the dead and dying and those who will die, but this one beside it, the indigo iris flower, you should bring with you also, for it represents hope, hope that they will find peace where they sleep, and hope that the future will be brighter. Now as she looked down at her flower and over at Eon's, Era found that it was perfect, exactly what she wanted to say although she couldn't put it into words. "Now," she said softly, and simultaneously the pair threw the flowers to the air, and Era spread her wings and flapped them several times to create an updraft that carried the flowers into the air where they met a breeze and began to float away. The Pikachu pair watched them until they weren't visible any longer, their thoughts and sadnesses carried away with the flowers on the breeze.
As they continued to look upwards the silence that they maintained was interrupted by a voice, and a light touch of a paw that tapped Era's shoulder. The Pikachu's ear pricked up at the voice and in an instant she had spun around, scarcely able to believe her ears. Eyes widening with an odd combination of shock, relief, and dismay, Era leaped down from her chair to face her older friend. Although she'd agreed with Fang to visit the older Pikachu sometime, they'd never managed a time, so Era had never seen for certain that her friend was alive and well, or how terrible she looked. "Tempest..." she said, her voice quavering with that same mixture of conflicting emotions. Then, without hesitation, the smaller Pikachu hugged the older one, careful of the many bandages and wounds that were all over Tempest and gentle so as not to hurt her. "Fang said you were alright but I never got to visit," she said, "I-I'm so glad that you're..." Era didn't need to finish the sentence, the meaning was clear.
Eon quietly watched Era greet the other Pikachu and jumped quietly down from his chair also. Clearly this was the friend who she'd thought for dead, whose glasses she'd kept with utmost care when she'd come back when she'd come back and told him the news. The male Pikachu knew it wasn't his place to be here now, and so he quietly headed over toward the table in the back which held the candles. Jumping up onto it, for his short height prevented the possibility of merely taking one, Eon looked amongst the candles and carefully selected four, two long and two short. The long ones were to honor those in general who had passed on, and those who had been martyred for the sake of the Guilds' cause. The two short ones were for his twin siblings, Indio and Ceria, who were also gone although they remained as ghosts. Jumping lightly down, the four candles clutched in his paws, Eon looked about for someone who might be able to help him light them. How he would carry them all when they were lit, goodness knew, but he would settle for one problem at a time. Tris Tris listened quietly to Solaris' short speech, filled with regret over not having been able to be there at the last battle. It must have been horrible considering this sudden gathering that had been made, and he'd let the Guild down by not being there... The Ditto morosely made his way over to the table and grabbed a candle, which he held in his hands tightly. Glancing this way and that quickly he exhaled a quick puff of fire, just enough to light the candle. He wasn't certain if anyone would question a Whismur breathing fire, although he had seen stranger things, but still he felt it better to err on the side of caution.
The Ditto sighed, best to look for someone to talk to since he was here, despite his unhappy thoughts. A Rattata nearby a fallen oddly colored Pokemon caught his eye, and he warily took a few steps closer before freezing up. Oh Arceus, that Pokemon was a Zorua...a Zorua like Maestro. His partner's attitude had been enough that Tris was slightly frightened that it was a trait of the species, and Maestro had never said anything to prove him otherwise. Swallowing a bit difficultly, Tris realized that he couldn't turn back now, he was staring at them like an idiot, if they hadn't noticed him before they had to have done so by now. Gathering his courage, Tris made his way forward, slipping into the persona that he'd created for this Whismur. "H-hello," he said as he approached, the stutter, he was proud to think, sounding quite real, "I j-just saw him l-lying there and I w-wasn't sure if you two needed a hand." It was a question more than anything else, and he made sure to stay back, slightly fearful of what might come next. Arceus, what if this Zorua was Maestro, Tris had seen him pull of stranger disguises before. The idea made him flinch slightly but he waited, still holding his candle, to see what the reaction would be despite wanting to bolt.((Grass recruit given to Conners ^ ^))

& & & & & ) ( Red & Blue & Purple & The Raven & Jay & Vertigo )"Old man!" "Imbecile" "...Old man!" "Excessively fur-dyed freak" "OLD MAN!"
At this point, they were just trying to insult eachother. Well, Jay was trying, Purple didn't even have to. He sat on top of the fox like a king, and it seemed like the Zorua had forgotten that he was able to use his legs by now.
"Why did I even come along?" he mumbled. Purple sighed, "Because we don't trust you enough to leave you without supervision. Besides, You already are the bane of Alaisdairs existence, why would we leave you alone in a room with him?" The Zorua only yawned, nah nah nah, no one ever let him have any fun!
Purple looked up, why was that Whismur staring at them like that? Maybe it was looking for someone? Purple turned around, no one behind him but the chairs. Oh, wait, he was coming over here. Well, that wasn't much of a bother.
"Oh, hello! Its fine really, I got him tamed for the time being." he said, stepping off of Jay. The Zorua jumped up, "FREEDOM!" which was accompanied by an elbow to his arm. "Huh? Oh, fine"
Purple looked at the Whismur, a kind smile on his face. "I apologize in advance for him"

  Solaris---Tempest
Just as he'd closed his eyes to relax the Flareon whose head he was using as a pillow suddenly jerked upward. The result slammed his chin up in his top jaw and sent the Espeon reeling backwards in response. Off balanced, it didn't take long for the Psychic to wobble his tail right off the chair and onto the ground with an, "Oof!" Now positioned on the ground and therefor eyelevel with the tiny Eevee who'd attacked Epitaph's chair, Solaris allowed his eyes to narrow as it spoke. What a rude child! "Little one, I think you are sadly mistaken." He began, pushing his paws underneath him to stand back to full height and easily tower of the Normal Type. "It is you who ran into her chair, and I believe you owe Epitaph an apology for such as well as another for being so disrespectful." His eyes burned with a calm smolder, he was angry but would not allow it to show. This was a peaceful event, this was meant to soothe the pained hearts. They did not need this loud and arrogant little Pokemon here. Solaris paid no mind to the royalty portion of her speech, whether it be some make-believe game of hers or if she just viewed herself s overly important, it didn't matter to him. Epitaph had been treated in an undignified manner, he'd defend any ally who suffered as much, but with her it was worse. With her he felt a personal stab and a rage like a thick ball of cotton wedged itself in his chest. It knotted, matted, he couldn't break it loose, but he could contain it at the very least. "Apologize." He repeated, voice stern but lingering with a silent threat.
The guildmaster's eyes widened for a fraction of a second before her expression calmed and she attempted to return the hug, although somewhat awkwardly. The braces on her limbs did not allow for much free movement, how she'd gotten out of bed and here to begin with was a shock. Fang certainly had her work cut out for her. "Relax, kiddo. I'll live. Gonna take a lot more than an Eevee with a god-complex to kill me." Technically it wasn't the Eevee that had nearly ended her. It was the Judgement he sent at her guild that almost took her out. Left for dead, the Pikachu had been fortunate enough to have one of the support beams fall over her, propped against the wall like a shield. It had held up the rest of the guild as it all came crashing down. Very scary, but she walked out fine. Well, okay, she was carried out by some Garchomp but same thing. The Pikachu glanced at Fang panting heavily next to her and she gave a broad grin. Braced arms and wounded side and she STILL outran the old Raichu. OH my, so much gloating to be done later, but right now... "I want to light a candle, not sure I can hold it steady though. Gimme a hand?...the guild collapse killed Banquo."

~Aidan & Nadia ~Kyle
With a lack of better things to attend to, the remaining members of Team Kusa weaved their way through the crowds towards a quaint area set up in the back of the gardens complete with a table filled with candles, some already lit and drooping into a waxy mesh of sticks following suit of the lot around them which also were paying their respects through this way. Nadia being more than glad to take initiative and swipe up a candle for her team proceeded to hold the formed wax just under the muzzle of her Flareon companion; her gesture being enough for the vulpine Pokemon to understand what she was requesting and begin internal preparations for a very light Ember attack. Aidan would have stepped in and proposed a more appropriate means for lighting the candle for what he assumed to be for the fallen of their team, or just the fact that his sister thought it looked fun, such as holding it to one of the already previously lit ones, but he knew well enough that once her mind was set there was no sense in trying to help it. It was in that moment that he spotted a pair of Pikachu nearby and proceeded to lightly tap Nadia on the shoulder, directing her with a simple point towards what he had his eyes on. He knew he recognized them from somewhere before but if it wasn't for the fact that they were all he heard about for days from his sister, he probably would've long forgotten their faces by now. The fact that at least the male had participated in the saving of his own life and all, having been properly beaten into him by his sibling, did seem enough for some sort of gratitude. Granted Nadia's reaction to come should have been anticipated... Turning away from her task at hand to see what her brother was directing her towards, the Riolu had in return moved enough for Kyle's Ember attack to not be as dead on as it was originally intended. Sure it had gotten the job done of getting the candle lit but the charred bits of grass at the Flareon's feet now setting up into a small blaze weren't exactly part of the original plan. The quadruped Pokemon frantically trying to stomp out the fire while remaining as unnoticed as possible. Why did these kinds of things always happen to him? "Eon!" Nadia called out in a voice that was perhaps too loud for the occasion, taking motion towards the set of Pikachu while remaining completely ignorant to the mess she left for her Flareon teammate to deal with. Aidan would have stepped in to give aid at this point, having been a bystander to all that had happened, but rather chose it best to appear as if he was in no way involved from the beginning, taking off at an appropriate speed after his sister. In one fluid motion, Nadia had ditched the candle she was holding back off at the respective table and made a bow towards that which she had hopefully got the attention of with her earlier shrill voice. "I just wanted to thank you again for all your help..." Her tone became more attune to the atmosphere as it finally set in with her that the team which she was interacting with may be in attendance for reasons similar to her own; Aidan, close in tow, added a nod towards the two Pikachu also as if to add his approval and seconding of Nadia's words rather than bothering to put in his own. "D-Did your team hold up during the attack?" Her following inquiry was perhaps a tad blunt and poorly worded, but there really wasn't any other way to get to that point. She knew well enough that she would've felt a whole lot worse about all that had happened if she became aware that someone was injured in her presence and she was a potential hindrance at the time, but this was a risk well taken as it would be a load off of her mind if things were better than she presumed.
