He was really tired of this fox and the guy just kept pushing it with him. "Go back to the cave you didn't want to get wet its yours." He said and continued to walk threw the forest of the mountain. He wouldn't become tired and he knew it. He had been doing this for weeks in this mountain.

Taiat snorted loudly. “Harvest isn’t the type to just fall for flattery. That’s why I will help you even if I don’t like you. She does and she sees foxes as they are, not as they pretend to be.” Taiat nodded. “You’re right I don’t want to be wet, but I also said I’d nurse you if you were hurt so we’ll just walk until you drop and then I’ll nurse you.” He wrinkled his nose as water splashed onto it. The good thing about walking threw a forest meant Taiat would have access to herbs when Demon finally collapsed. After all injuries ate away at a fox the longer they remained untreated.

"Told you, your not nursing me or touching me. Go away now."Demon grumbled out. The dude was following him like you would a kit. He certainly wasn't a kit even with his attitude problem. He put on a burst of energy and darted out the forest and toward the rocky area of the mountain. Maybe Taiat would finally leave him alone.

“No.” Taiat used a burst of energy to try and keep up with Demon. Still the green fox was faster then him. Soon Taiat was using his nose and smelling for the singed fur and wound smell that Demon would have trouble hiding. The sharper rocks bit into his paws and Taiat slide and fell once. He got up and continued on not realizing his paws had been injured and he was leaving a small but noticeable trail of blood behind him. He called out repeatedly. “Demon? Demon!”

Demon could hear the other male calling for him but he really didn't care. Well that was until the wind blew from behind him pushing Taiat's scent toward him. Blood..he could smell it. He turned back and ran to the top of a hill where he could see Taiat. "Will you go back. You idiot you've cut your paws and your going to attract a big cat. With messed up paws neither one of us is a match. Just go home."

“Well if that happens just run away. You’re doing such a good job already.” Taiat winced in pain. He hadn’t noticed until Demon said something. “Or you can come with me and let me treat you. Then we would both be out of trouble and maybe just maybe you would come to your senses.” Harvest. I have to remember that I’m doing this for Harvest. Even if he is a pain and even if I want to leave him I can’t. She wouldn’t like it.

"Yes cause because its so easy to run away from a perfectly healthy cat when your hurt." Demon said sarcasm dripping from his voice. "Go back to your mate before you getting anymore hurt. I'll be fine or something." he would be maybe but he knew the other male should head back before to many things happened.

“You outran me and you blend into the woods. Care to retract your last false statement? Besides I’m not going back unless you go too. Harvest would not be happy with me if I left you to die no matter how foolish you act.” Taiat slipped again. His ire started to override his good sense and he curse aloud. Why wouldn’t Demon listen to reason?

Demon let out a snarl of annoyance and launched himself down the side of the mountain. His feet only hitting the mountain side three times before he made it to Taiat. He grabbed the other male by the scruff like you would a kit and hauled his a** back to the cave and deposited him on the dry cave floor.

Taiat did not enjoy being hauled around and on the way back to the cave he more or less told Demon exactly what he thought of Demon and his ‘foolishness’ it involved more profanity than Taiat realized he knew. “Well now you arrogant, selfish, stupid fox sit down and let me take care of your injuries.” Taiat was running out of breath for insults.

Demon rolled his eyes. "Now who is acting like a kit by cussing like that. I should find you bitter route like my tribe did for us kits" demon told him before heading back out to the forest. "Take care of your self"

Taiat told Demon what he could do with the bitter root of his and dragged himself to his feet. “I will take care of myself after I help you. I will not stop until you are on the mend. Harvest cares about you even if she doesn’t know what to say to you at times. So as her mate I have to take of you.”

Demon chuckled "Oh really you think you can handle bitter root? Fine you sit here I'll find you some and if you can and not make a funny face about it. I'll let you tend to my paw..."demon challenged him. He than left to find the root and any helpful herbs.

Taiat had no idea what bitter root was but this was the chance he was looking for. “Fine. Challenge accepted. I’ll eat the bitter root and if you can eat it without a face then I’ll go home to Harvest. Without complaint.” Taiat was sure he would not break.

Demon shook his head "Hell no I've eaten it before. " he thought about it for a second "Fine I accept," with that Demon spun away and dashed off into the woods. In about 5 minutes he came back and separated the bitter root from the healing herbs. "You go first,"
