Sophia nodded, "Yes i do, but they wanted to stay with my parents pack when i didn't. I don't even remember the name of the pack they were in it was so long ago. I love my siblings but I'm happy on my own."

So that was that. Leaving one's family mustn't be that bad, after all, if she'd managed it -- and done it when she was younger than he was, if he had to guess. That made him feel better, although he would never admit he was the least big nervous about going on an adventure. Never nervous. Disdainful, sure. But not nervous.
"Alright, well. Then it's settled. We'll follow the others out and when they get lost in some desert somewhere we can have a good laugh at them, and then go find a more sensible place to live."
He nodded resolutely. Aislin and Cue had spoken big words about "everybody having a purpose" and following the orders of some sort of god, but Fubar hadn't paid much attention. He'd believe all of their claims when he saw them.

Sophia nodded and looked back up to the sky. "Who knows maybe they will find a nice place, and you won't have to leave them."
In truth she could see he loved his family a lot and didn't want to leave them al. So she hoped that they would find a nice place where he could still be with them.

"Well...I suppose that's not impossible," he conceded. He allowed silence to fall for awhile as he considered this, and stole a sidelong glance at her. He couldn't help himself from stealing glances. As much as he hated to admit it, he was growing rather fond of her, perhaps because she had never been repulsed by him even at his ugliest moments.
"...Anyway. I guess I should get going. If we're leaving, I should go try and make a showing of saying goodbye to the rest of my family. Or at least my mom. She probably won't even notice I'm gone, mind you, but it's the right thing to do."
The thought had also occurred to him that possibly one or two of his many siblings or cousins might want to tag along, and if that was the case, he wanted first crack at them before Novacaine or Aislin got to them, so he could get all the credit. "You'll be around?"

"I've made a temporary den through those trees right under the fallen log. I will probably be there." Sophia said and rolled off of him and smiled happily.
She rose to her paws, shaking out her fur and looking around. "I can't wait to meet the rest of your family. I hope they will not mind a loner tagging along." She said and looked down at him and licked his cheek affectionally. Then Sophia trotted off towards her den to get some rest.
