Sure as hell looks that way. Odd, though, because all of ATI's other guns are made in Turkey, to the best of my knowledge.

GSG stands for German Sport Guns...the 522 SD I had the mp5 look a like had made in Germany right on the side.

I've been considering what I want to get for a .22 pistol, and I think I'm going to get a Mosquito, since I don't want that weird stick-barrel shape like the Ruger and Buckmark have. I'm seriously debating whether or not I want the pink one, though. xd
yeah, other then the sig mosquito having the extra safety and slightly smaller size its just like a sig p226

but the GSG 1911 has the same feel and some parts swap with a 1911

yeah, the ruger looks somewhat of a toy to me...why i've been looking at the GSG so much.

You know, I knew that, and it STILL never occurred to me. I guess I just assumed it was referring to the fact that the MP5s are German.

@Recon: It's the Nambu profile. It doesn't look like 99% of other guns on the market, so it looks more like a toy.

I believe you'll love just how ridiculously light the triggers are.

Never mind. I'm kind of tight on money now. If you want to hang on to it, I might still go for it in a couple months.

that one isn't going anywhere unless it really has to. I still have it's (close) twin cause I have both a 43 tula in laminate and a 43 Izzy in laminate...but I'll never sell my Tula's.

I wonder what it is about the Nambu that makes it so hideous to me. It looks very similar to the Luger and I think the luger is a very sexy gun.

Probably the straight blowback action, instead of the Luger's toggle. And the Luger also has a little bit of frame forwards of the trigger, whereas the Nambu has to curl the trigger guard back again to meet the frame.

for me it was the shitty skinny grips, trigger guard, hideous ultra thin barrel, and it's out of place too-large looking knob at the back

looks nothing like a luger to me.
