HASSAN'S FUN ANNOUNCEMENT!: I am sort of redo'ing my Dragon Quest I & II LPWhat's new? . Now with Tindeck account!(Basically, a music uploading site, so all my LP's will now have their soundtrack in it.) . The first part will be nice, clear images opposed to the clunky pixely ones from the old days . Comments will be remade to be more humourous (hopefully D; ) . New pictures . New details . More insight towards the series, I now don't assume you get every single Dragon Quest reference, I point them out as I can. I am going to go over all my LPs and add their OST, but that's still being worked on. Right now, I only have Chapter 1 of DQ I & II done, tell me what you think if you want, I'm curious!

As of right now, I cannot be certain when I will pick up my LP for Advance Wars again. Due to circumstances that were beyond my control, I have had to drop a lot of my game time and just try to stay calm through things that are going on IRL. That's made me ... well, not where I want to be in terms of studying, so I am trying as hard as I can to get caught up before finals come full on and slap me in the face.
So, my blind LP of AW is on hiatus until further notice. I'll get back to it probably when finals are over, at least.
Maybe even later, since I still need a job for the summer.
My apologies to all my readers. I wish I would have told you sooner, but the thought didn't cross my mind. I will update again though, when the time is right!

Okay, guys. I've finally mustered the motivation to continue my LP! I have wasted a lot of time doing distracting things (like reading articles on Cracked.com), and doing general job-searching. However, I have time to update at least once a week until I am able to finish LP Advance Wars! I am back in action, everyone!
I can't wait to show you later chapters, and to see your comments. It feels great to LP again, and this time I won't make the mistake of putting the emulator/game on my flash drive. I'll wait till I'm home (where I hopefully won't lose files).
tl;dr: I'm back, gaiz. I hope you enjoy.

That's Excellent, Sue! Now allow me to catch up.
I guess the logs I'm doing in FEF's draft tournaments are the closest I've every come to something kinda like a let's play. Though of course it is a log and there are no screenshots since I'm playing the games (FE7 and FE11 right now) on my own DS.
Yo Hassan, you considering joining any? It's not just the American FEs. There's one spot left in the FE4 tournament right now.
ANd I didn't say it before, but I think the tindeck account is a great addition. Especially since you've been playing games with great soundtracks.

I have an update of my own too.
So I tried using livestream to stream my LPs and then convert that into a youtube video, but it turns out running just that and the DS emulator consumes way too much of my CPU (probably because my computer has a tendency to heat up and burn off a lot of needed CPU, which is why I've resorted to putting a fan right next to my laptop to try to keep it cool. I may need to replace the fan and feed it more RAM). So I probably can't run Devil Survivor like I wanted to for that reason and because I cannot fix the sound and lag glitches in the game.
However, I am able to run DQIX perfectly fine using the settings I was using for Devil Survivor, which is a nice surprise.

I was thinking about joining FE4 for a little bit, but I'll let Mel take that spot and watch for this round. For sure if there is a second FE4 draft later on when I don't have to work three people's shifts at work. sad If someone makes an FE5 draft, I will join in an instant.
As for my LP/life update, I will have to put everything on hold until the high school kids who work at my supermarket finally go on summer break sometime in June. There are five people working grocery (me included) and two of them are high schoolers, one's strictly morning and the other one is Manager and is busy 9/10 of the time, leaving me to fill every shift ever. At least I'll have a yummy pay cheque to finally get that 120GB iPod and DWIV in the box if it's still at this local store~
so tl;dr- brb work lol, and I'll get the rest of everything done once I get some breaks in my schedule.
I have been playing Tales of Innocence for the DS and Gameboy Wars 1 & 2 Advance lately, AW is still as good as ever, even in a foreign language. cool

I have been playing New Mystery of the Emblem (In addition, I spent a fair amount of time playing Old Mystery of the Emblem earlier in the fall), and I found a screenshot that I felt accurately represented the feelings in your FE3 LP.

MU and Peg Knight Spammage? That's exactly what I'm doing! In fact, MU Is a Peg Knight! Well, a falcoknight. A beefy falcoknight. I don't think I'm doing too badly for a first-run-hard-mode-let's-see-what's-new-ooh-I-need-to-do-different-things-now playthrough. And I am thoroughly enjoying the game, though the story still smells of lost potential and MU is borin' and Fanficcy sometimes. The translation is a huge improvement over the FE3 one, though. The HoS did a great job, aside from some little typoes that escaped. Though my progress isn't going as fast as I would like it to be. School and all. I'm on chapter 13 as of writing this. Finals are going to be starting soon for me as well, so I won't have as much time to throw away. Except when I'm unwinding by drawing fanart for various Secret Santa exchanges, for the third year in a row. As for my classes, they're alright. The semester started off rocky, but now I've got everything under control. It's hard to pick up a foreign language after not using it for four years. I'm not the best with history either. I'd probably be no good with British History. I'm taking an Ancient World history class, and it's more like an overview. I'm doing well in it, but that could be because it isn't as political as more recent history, and a lot of it stems from analyzing sources, which is something I can do. Though next semester, my fieldwork and classroom observation period begins. So we'll see how available I am then. Tee hee "Shits and Gaggles."

Oh hey, I finished an LP a long time ago on SomethingAwful, and I forgot to share it. Let's Play Destiny of an Emperor!Basically, it is an LP of a rather obscure NES RPG pertaining to the Han Dynasty China. In this LP, I went all out, and used standard LP formatting, posted music, and even flexed my history muscles to the most that I could. I do urge that you read one or two chapters, as I worked very hard on it. Since I am back from studying in China myself, and have the Summer to do nothing, I am considering doing a short LP in the near future. Whether I post it here or on there, I will be sure to link it.
