“In certain ways, yes,” Fukalite lamented, “When one is so used to just having fun and living as a regular citizen, it’s rather jarring to have to be submitted to numerous training, but it can’t be helped.” She shrugged, as if to admit defeat.
She dryly smiled. “Not a big fan, indeed. A real shame, though. Sprinkling in a few compliments here and there can do wonders for performance, don’t you agree?” The lieutenant let a moment of silence pass between them before searching through her pockets for a watch. She quirked an eyebrow at the time. “I should probably turn in my quota before my captain becomes too irate.” Fukalite cracked a small smile as she gently grabbed Dahlia and set her on the floor. “I hope to meet you again, Dahlia.”

"I'm sure we will" She mused softly to Fukalite's farewells, stepping off of the girl so that she could indeed stand and leave as she wanted. The small cat didn't leave quite yet though, seemingly contented with watching the girl go.
"You did promise I could visit after all. I'll definately take you up on that."
Her tail swished softly as she watched the girl leave to do her duty and turn in her quota. A new friend, a new ally.
