"I was born with them. I have no control over how they look." Tsuzuki blushed as she traced the patterns in his wings. This was the strangest experience of his life. This random vixen he had just met was being so familiar with him.
"Ah!" he gasped in surprise as she buried her face in his wing, "What are you doing?" He blushed as red as a fox could. Tsuzuki felt dizzy, like he might faint at any moment.

"I'm gauging how fluffy you are," Aella said, face still buried in Tsuzuki's wing. She pulled back with a phwah sound as her face cleared the last feather, and she wrinkled her nose against the tickling sensation that all those brushing feathers had created.
"Nope, you're really and truly fluffy." She watched his feather settle back down into their original pattern, and shook her head. "I just don't get how it does that." Finally she looked up and noticed Tsuzuki's face. "Hey, you're all red now. You alright?" Aella reared up on her back paws to give herself more height, bracing one foot against Tsuzuki's shoulder while she tried peering into his eyes as though she was trying to diagnose the cause of a suddenly red face.

"Mm..." Tsuzuki looked down at the vixen in astonishment. She was gauging how fluffy he was? What did that mean? He had wings of course, he was a phim, but he wouldn't call himself fluffy. Other foxes had always said he was on the odd side, but he didn't think anything compared to this female fox when it came to strangeness.
"I...I'm fine..." He looked away so she couldn't see his face. "Aella.....are you always so..like this?"

"Like what," Aella asked, tilting her head. "You mean all happy and inquisitive?" She laughed, falling back down on her four paws and shaking her head. "Nah, not always. I mean I tend to treat a lot of people the same way as the first time I meet 'em, but I can get scary too." She grinned and looked up at Tsuzuki. "You don't wanna see that though, it might make you think I'm a meanie all the time."

"You scary?" Tsuzuki shook his head, "I don't think you could be scary at all. You're way too cute." He offered her a charming smile. Suddenly he stopped as he smelled something sweet in the air. "What is that?" His eyes went wide, "I smell....I smell....Blackberries!" He squeaked as he bolted into the trees and only stopped once he found the bush.
"Mmmmm sweet sweet blackberries." He groaned as he looked at them his mouth watering.

((Pffft!! He reminds me of Petrie from Land Before Time XD))
Aella giggled madly. It was soooo sweet of Tsuzuki to say that, but he really had no clue just how much her moods could fluctuate. Well chances were that, with his own personality, he'd never do anything that would warrant Aella showing him her claws and teeth.
When he paused to sniff at the air, Aella followed suit. She could smell a faint sweetness, but definetly not enough of it to make out what it was. Then Tsuzuki shouted something about blackberries and took off running. Aella giggled again, then followed suit just because it was fun to run.
She giggled even harder, which turned into full-out laughter that had her on the ground for a moment. It was just so funny, watching Tsuzuki staring at the berry bush like it was a lost treasure. "You're funny," Aella said, once she got herself under control.

"Do you know what these are?" He looked at the bush, "They are only the most delicious sweet in the entire forest!" He exclaimed excitedly, "I have been looking everywhere for this bush." He leaned down and took a big waft of the berries, then moaned in ecstasy. "Ohhh yeah..." He made a face as he licked his lips.
"Do you like berries?" He looked down at the little vixen. To say that Tsuzuki had a sweet tooth was the understatement of the century. He was addicted to anything sweet, and when it was taken away from him or if he was told that he couldn't have it he pouted like a little kit.
(lol have you ever seen Decedents of darkness? he's based off a character in there.)

Aella cast a glance down at the bush. "Well I know they're blackberries, but I could be cheating since you told me what they were already," she said, giggling. "I also happen to know that they can grow like mad, and that the thorns reeeeeeeeally hurt but if you got a bush with lots of ripe berries it can be worth it."
Aella looked over at Tsuzuki, and couldn't help but giggle some more. The look on his face was just too funny! "I like berries, yup! I think I like blueberries and strawberries more though, cause they're easiest to get to when you reeeeeally want to eat 'em and you don't have to work around all the prickers."

Tsuzuki looked down at the berries, "I guess why that would explain how my tongue keeps getting pricked. I thought I was biting myself in my sleep." He smiled at the female, "Well I will be sure to be more careful now that I know that." The male chuckled as he leaned in and let his tongue wrap around one of the berries, then pulled it into his mouth. Of course however his tongue was pricked by the thorns again, him being too eager to get it in his mouth that he didn't pull slowly enough.
"Mm!" He swallowed then stuck out his tongue, "Owo owo...owo...." He moaned in pain as he pouted.

Aella knew she shouldn't, but she couldn't help the giggles that bubbled up from her throat. "Silly," she chided. "You shouldn't stick your tongue in there. Course you're gonna get prickered!" She looked closely at the blackberry bush and carefully place her paw in a chosen spot. Delicately at first, but with more force as she found the best way to apply pressure without sticking thorns in her paw, Aella began to shake the plant.
Instantly she was rewarded with the plopping sound of ripe berries detaching from the bush and hitting the ground. She kept it up for about a minute, then stopped and crouched down to the ground. She put another careful paw under the bush and lightly pushed up, moving some of the branched so she could reach under with her free paw and scoop the ripe berries from the ground into safer, pricker-free zones.

"But i was hungry...and...impatient..." Tsuzuki pouted as he looked at the berry bush. "Stupid bush....why do you have to be so delicious...." he leaned into the bush again, drawn by the sweet smell of the blackberries. "I'll just....have....one....more...." He leaned in to stick out his tongue again but paused instead. He remembered that it would p***k his tongue so then he pulled back and placed his paw on his face.
"Hmmm....how to get the berries off without the p***k." Tsuzuki was plotting when he stopped and looked at the small vixen that approached the bush, "What are you...." He watched amazed as she managed to retrieve the berries without being hurt. "That was incredible! How did you do that?!"

Aella laughed and winked. "Cause I'm patient," she said. "And cause I'd learned from the beginning that a blackberry tastes a lot better when you don't have stickers in your tongue," she added cheekily.
She nudged most of the pile towards Tsuzuki, but kept a pawful for herself. "Big fluffy guy like you, I bet you could learn the trick too. Having all that fluffy makes it harder for the prickers ta get ya if you don't move too fast. Unlike a tongue, which has no fluff at all."

"Fluffy?" Tsuzuki looked down at himself. "I'm not flufy..." He tried to see the part of him that she was seeing. All he saw was feathers and fur. But none of that seemed really fluffy to him. He shrugged and decided that it didn't really matter anyway so why bother about it.
"I am not very patient....especially if my tummy is rumbling...then I get very anxious to have food in my mouth." He nodded his head, "I don't know if I can do what you did." He gestured to how she retrieved the berries.

Aella nudged the pile of berries meant for Tsuzuki a bit closer to him, then flopped down on the grass and started on her own smaller pile. "I can teach ya," she said brightly, looking up at him. "If you eat so your tummy isn't so talkative, it'll be easier to learn." She paused in talking to munch on some of her berries, then looked at at Tsuzuki with a huge (slightly black-ish blue) grin.
"I could always follow you around and get the berries for you so you never have to p***k your tongue again, but I think you'd scared of me." Her grin faded into a smile, and she tilted her head. "I've scared lots of people before. Apparently it's a shock when I my personality shifts around."

Tsuzuki quickly shoved all the berries into his mouth, then looked at her, "Scawred of wou?" He tried to talk but it was too hard with the berries not allowing him to make the sounds that he wanted. The phim started to chew at an alarming rate, then hurried to swallow the juices before they slid out of his lips.
"What I meant was....that you don't scare me Aella..." He shook his head. "So i don't really care if you decide to stick around...." Tsuzuki's eyes went wide, "You would be my berry fetcher?!" He gasped, "Really?"
