Agile little bugger, indeed. Sinon would have proudly told him that she had been part of the track team for a few years—but then she quit because running laps around a track kind of got boring after a while. Running and skateboarding around town was much more interesting.

His comment stung, but she tried to not let it get to her. Unfortunately, it proved to be enough of a distraction for Alunite to land in a kick. Again she fell down, but this time she scrambled for his leg in an attempt to topple him over. "No use regretting, don't you think?"

Oh ? That was interesting. Maybe worth exploring. He filled that mentally. "Well, you'd have to tell me. I have nothing to regret."

He needed some work on timing, through. Sinon hit and managed to throw him off-balance, but did not quite throw him down, through he had to fight for his balance.

Still, a precious few seconds wasted for him that she could use to her advantage.

Nothing to regret. Sinon found it difficult to wrap her mind around the idea of having nothing to regret. “Nothing? Absolutely nothing?” The questioning tone in her voice was sincere as she watched the threads begin to tangle around the other senshi. She took the time to scramble to her feet and move her way through the tangled web to aim a fist at his face. “I’m a bit envious of that, to be honest.”

"Well, not about fighting at least." Of course there were things he regretted, words he wished he had never said, things he'd wished he had never done.

But being here, fighting her tonight, in the state he was in, was not one of them.

He hadn't noticed the threads until they started to tangle - that is, too ******** hell.

He had just fallen into his own damn trap, and he was helpless for her assault - the impact didn't free him from the threads, unfortunately.

He could teleport, but then he wouldn't be able to fight, not really. so he settled to try to break free instead.

Ah. Fighting. Just fighting. That made more sense to Sinon. Having no regrets in battle was realistic—a bit rare, but realistic nonetheless.

It pleased the super senshi to see that for once, her attack was doing a decent job of tangling its opponent in the web. She stepped back from the web—if she wasn’t careful, she could easily become trapped in her own attack. However, as she continued to watch him struggle, Sinon became curious. Couldn’t Negaverse teleport? Were corrupted senshi not able to teleport?

“You’ll need to put in some more effort if you wanna tear the web,” she admitted. Why was she telling him this?

Alunite could very well teleport, but what senshi did not realize was how much energy teleporting took. He could have teleported out of the webs, sure...

But then he'd pretty much be attackless and she would be free to hand him his a** at her leisure.

He didn't really like this, so teleporting would be his last resort.

He tugged at the strings some more. How long did this damn s**t last ??

((I can have him teleport out next post if Sinon/the treads get too threating for his tastes. Looks like a good end point <3))

The more he struggled, the more Sinon grew amused. She cocked her head to the side, softly grinning as she continued to watch attempt to free himself from the web. “Maybe if you had a knife on hand you could escape—it would be pretty easy that way, actually.” For most people, it was more difficult to tear the threads with pure strength, but it could be done (more often than she preferred).

Ah,. sure, Rub it in. Of course, she had no way to know his own issues with his status, but it didn't matter at the moment.

The damn threads were getting tighter and he was making no headway on them, so this was where he called it quits.

It wasn't worth it, though she had basically handed him information on a silver platter...

Suddenly, Alunite was gone, leaving the threads to fall limply on the ground as they had nothing to hold onto anymore.
