Maia grinned happily at ********* words, then all of a sudden her happiness turned into utter confusion as ********* was knocked away and Zirconia when all territorial.
"Hey, hey," she said quickly grabbing up *********. "Zirc that was not at all called for. Not only that she did not do anything. Why so angry?"
She gave ********* a soft stroke before placing her back on the ground and looked to her, "What were you going to do anyway? Um, what is it time for?"
She looked between the two confused and poised to break up another cat fight. She did not want them fighting, they were on the same side right?

********* was definitely caught by surprise as she was rather suddenly knocked away from her current target, letting out a tiny "Eep!" The moment of impact caused a second cat to get all puffy, though nowhere near the same level of fluff that came with Zirconia's fur.
If anything, Zirconia had definitely ruined what could have been a wonderful and personal moment between ********* and the Senshi.
Fortunately, she didn't have to deal with the other cat's yelling in her ears too long. Maia reached in and plucked little ********* out of the pile of puff. The manx did indeed look rounder than usual, but the spotty cat did have a bit of a start just a moment ago.
Though ********* was placed on the ground, she didn't stay distanced too long. She padded forward again, but then sat her rump down. "I would show you what I was going to do, but alas... Zirconia seems against it." Despite the attack and her words, her tone was just as playful as ever.

Zirconia could only pout as Maia scolded her and picked up *********. Then she got kind of mad and sad and took the hurt feelings route as she felt all four eyes on her and she just dramatically turned her back and sulked. FINE, they could have their personal moment and her, the rejected one, would just be over here. Rejected. And alone. And sad. And alone.
Not that she would actually say anything because Zirconia actually cut through the bullshit and say what she was thinking? Never.
Just sulky sulk sulking.

Maia frowned and pulled Zirconia into her lap, "none of that now." She gave her friend a pet and turned her so she could look at them both.
"We're all on the same side, no matter our differences, White Moon, Blood Moon, Parallel Court, the Zodiacs. In the end we got the same end goal right. So for now lets all get along."
She put ********* down and gave a smile to them both, "Okay so now that is said and done, why don't you both tell me what it is that has you so worked up. I would really like to know."
Maia had a curious smile and her eyes were alight with curiosity as well. She had a feeling, but she wasn't about to overstep any bounds.

Oh no no no, this would never do! For the moment, Maia's words went ignored, and ********* was already padding her way to Zirconia. Even though Zirconia had just attacked ********* moments ago, such actions seemed to be forgotten as well as ********* attempted to rub up against the other cat.
"Come now, Zirconia... I didn't mean anything by it," she said in a low tone only for the other cat to hear. Daring to get even closer, ********* attempted rounding the front and giving the other cat a lick to the face.
"...We can both do it together if you want?"

Being lifted up again, the twenty suddenly went limp as a stuffed animal again, but still fairly pouty. Enough to gloss over Maia's little thing about the Parallel Moon and the Blood Moon and the White Moon all being after the same thing.
Part of her, inwardly, was quite certain that wasn't true, but now wasn't the time for that.
She took a deep breath, ready to answer Maia's question in the most dramatic and theatrical way possible but snapped her mouth shut when ********* licked her face. She didn't find it gross, just a shocking and somewhat unwelcome show of affection.
She pulled back and one eye had clenched shut while the other stared wide at the manx for a second, shocked she even had the gall to do such things.
Stupid *********. That was all she could think as she relaxed and just kind of glared at the other cat with a look that clearly denoted a foul mood, except for the fact she returned the gesture, licking the side of ********* head, though, still with her very frowny face. It could've been a 'I'll show you' or a show for Maia or just an example of Zirconia being Zirconia, but it was still an awkward contradiction.
"Fine," She huffed. She didn't really want to share, but she had realized she had never upgraded a White Moon senshi before, and she should probably have a failsafe just in case it turned out she couldn't, or that the White Moon had really weird, mutant starseeds.

Maia laughed and cuddled Zirc close, yeah this cat was just never going to change and she loved that about her. It saddened her what she knew she would have to tell Zirc if Birhan had not already said something. Zirc seemed like she did not know.
She sighed thinking on it and was determined to tell her after ********* was gone. "So ..." she said prompting the two now overly curious about it as it had caused a little huff.

When she received a lick in return, the smaller feline let out a giddy giggle. Where as her companion was all frowns, the manx was all smiles. It was okay that Zirconia was frowny. That was the way some people and cats were.
Having received the other guardian's agreement, the manx then wandered back to what she had been doing prior. With a gesture of the head, she called back "Come on!" before settling her paw over the other girl's heart.
She waited for Zirconia to join her.

Zirconia didn't need much of an invitation. Her paw was next to ********* almost instantly, over Maia's heart.
Together in tandem, the two cats unlocked the senshi's power, and Zirconia herself, at least, felt a surge of pride and long forgotten familiarity that came with a senshi reaching this stage, and being allowed to unlock their power. How many years had it been? Way too many. Maia wasn't from her universe, but Zirconia felt the same being allowed to have a hand in this as she would with any of her own senshi. Maia was her senshi now anyway, current member of the BMC or no.
"Maia Eternal Make Up," The larger feline said suddenly. "Say it," About as gently as one could hand out a demand.

Maia was a bit confused about what they were doing, as she had to kitty paws over her hearting, unlocking her power, the next level of senshidom. It was amazing and she felt really lucky to have her two favorite kitties giving her the honor of being, of being an eternal.
Maia grinned at Zirconia's words, happy to do just as she said and even happier that her life did not be endangered this time around. "Maia Eternal Make Up," she practically sang out smiling as the light glowed and changed her.
She grinned when the light faded to reveal her triple skirted, butt winged glory. She was practically vibrating with excitement as she hugged ********* and Zirconia close and whispered happy thank you's.
She looked down at the two, dual colored eyes shining. "I think this calls for a celebration. Stay here okay, there's a diner close, open 24 hours. I going to go get cake."
Maia put them both down and hopped up.

Squish went the smaller kitty as she was scooped up quite quickly into Eternal Maia's arms. She couldn't help but allow a few giggled to escape her, nuzzling her face against the girl's bosom as she hugged. Her eyes widened at the mention of two words.
Celebration?
Cake?
"Mmmmm... I like this! We need to upgrade more senshi like this so we can get more cake!" ********* eyes glanced to the other feline, a grin spreading across her maw rather fast.
