Name: Theodore "Teddy" Altman
Age: 15
Class: Freshman
Powers: Theodore isn't quite sure why he is different, but he attributes his powers to have some similarity to those of Bruce Banner, the Hulk. They both turn green and get huge, right? And they're both really strong...but Teddy has control over his anger, and he controls when he 'hulks out'. Plus, he can shape shift and heal pretty easily. So maybe there's something a little different about Teddy.
Appearance: Teddy can, for all intents and purposes, appear any way that he wants. But, when Teddy isn't a large green guy with wings, he's usually a tall, well-built, blond haired, blue eyed cupcake with a penchant for piercings.

The History of Hero High

Hero High was founded in 1937. The first Headmaster was Vandal Savage, and his Deputy Headmaster was Denny Colt. Savage convinced the US Government that its growing population of young metahumans needed a safe place to learn how to use their powers for the good of all mankind. With the threat of war in Europe, the US Government agreed, and so the school was created in Midvale, as suggested by Savage.

Notable students from the First Class of Hero High are Jay Garrick, Namor Mackenzie, Zinda Blake and Steve Rogers.

Unknown to the governement, however, Savage had a different, sinister plan for creating Hero High. He intended to drain the metahuman powers of the students and give them to Nazi agents to help win the war for the German National Socialist party. When the truth was discovered thanks to some time-traveling students from the future, the Nazi base underneath Hero High was dismantled. Savage vanished and Denny Colt became Hero High's new Headmaster.

The school prospered after the war, and became the proving ground for all kinds of students, many heroic and even a few that were villainous. Following Denny Colt's retirement, Professor Charles Xavier became the school's headmaster. The late 70's-early 80's saw a boom in Hero High's enrollment, and many of the students who attended at the time stayed on as teachers and administrators for future generations.

Students who attended Hero High in the late 70's-early 80's include Emma Frost, Barry Allen, Diana Prince, Bruce Wayne, and Steve Rogers (it's complicated).

Charles Xavier vanished under unknown circumstances near the end of the 80's, and Hero High entered a dark period. The Headmaster, Nathan Summers transformed the school into a violent, dark place and the school became nicknamed Anti-Hero High. Often, the sounds of guns blasting and other EXTREME activities could be heard from within the closed-off Hero High Compound.

Notable students of the time include Al Simmons, Jeff Terrel, Frank Castle and Steve Rogers (it's REALLY complicated).

As the new millennium rolled around, the former students of Hero High, now adults, banded together and ousted the new, XTREME regime and sanity was restored at Hero High. Emma Frost was named Headmistress with Bruce Wayne as her Deputy. Thus the modern era began.

After many years of service, Emma Frost stepped down from the Headmistress position and was replaced via popular vote with Diana Prince. She remains on as Diana's Deputy.

Is anyone else surprised Wallace is taking Human Anatomy for a course this spring? rofl
