Hmmmm... thought Sparrow, now eying his cards with a mild sort of exasperation. Two two's and a three. What a sad looking hand this is.
It made him smile, however, reaching up a hand to absently brush a few stray strands of hair from his face.
"Another hit, please."

"Eep!" Nuk's little threat to Charlie did not go unnoticed, and even though she caught the wink, she was still nervous about it. Getting hit?! OH JACK SHE DIDN'T WANT TO GET HIT.
"S-STAY. I'M STAYING." She cried out, perhaps a bit too loud.

She would have stuck her tongue out at Nuk, if she had a tongue to stick. Riley picked up her cards, narrowed her eyes, and flung her king at Jericho.
This was the extent of her temper tantrum over busting.

Charlie flailed and fell backwards from the pretend threat.
"AAAH!!!! IM STAYING STAYING!! Don't hit me!" He'd managed to curl in a ball in the ground.

The skinwalker seemed to understand the sentiment Riley had expressed, despite her not having a tongue to express it with, and merely snickered in her direction. Sliding another card towards Sparrow, he nodded in the reaper's direction -- the poor guy had pretty damn low cards. But it was, again, Charlie's reaction that really made him pause, one eyebrow quirked as he leaned over the table to stare at him, making a face.
"Dude. I'm not ACTUALLY gonna hit you," he replied, sliding another card in his direction anyway. He got the feeling the demon just said Stay 'cause he didn't want to physically get hit.

"Well that's more like it," He replied to Sparrow's card, grinning a little. At least the game would go a little faster this way.
"Hit or stay, boils? This'll probably be the last choice you make for this round," He replied, already getting his own cards ready, "We'll play another round after this though, if y'all want to stick around."

Finally a higher end card. Sparrow looked at his hand, debating internally about whether or not to take one last chance.
"Ah, well, it doesn't matter, I suppose," he said with a laugh to the dealer, and shook his head. "Hit me again, and if I bust, I bust."

Charlie shot back up in his seat as if nothing had happened. A silly grin stretched across his face.
"Ummm... R-right.. Hit me?" He glanced over at Amrita and grinned wider.

Sparrow shook his head, laughing at the last card. "Figures, huh?" he said good naturedly to the pink haired demon beside him. "Ah, well," he added with a grin, turning back to the dealer. "It was a good game anyway. Thank you for the chance to play~"

For a second, Nuk just stared at the ace and the black jack in his hand, blinking twice and doing a few double-takes at his cards.
"... Huh. Blackjack. Uh... sorry guys, House wins this round."
Scooping up all the cards, the skinwalker began shuffling them, shuffling them THOROUGHLY (jeez, he thought he'd been thorough the first round!) in order to ready for the next game.
"New round, anyone?"
