Alessa's good hand still felt terrible, although the numbness was starting to fade enough that soon the limb would at least be usable. That didn't mean she was feeling overall any better, it just meant that maybe she'd be able to try for a harder piece soon...but not just yet. She still had one free hand and, while not completely ambidextrous, she could at least use it fairly well due to having to juggle multiple things in the kitchen. She could at least try for something big, something easy.
She switched the tweezers to her other hand and reached out for one of the left over blue pieces...
And-whew!- she got it. Well, that was a start at least. She discarded the piece and held her numbed hand to her chest, as if that would calm her down some for the next round.

Tybalt glanced back at the others from the corner of his eye, slightly startled by the loud bzzzt, and the yelling. It must of hurt a lot. They all sure looked as though they were in pain. Guess that just meant more motivation to try and get it right?
Once Alessa had finished removing the piece she was aiming for, Tybalt moved in carefully once more to work on the other light blue piece in the other knee. Which thankfully, like the first, came out successfully.

Aksaja watched as both Alessa and Astra got shocked too, still shaking his tingling hand to try and get some feeling back into it. "I thought it wouldn't be so bad for me," he grumbled in response to Alessa's question. But really, he had no way of knowing how much it hurt the others - aside from their reactions.
"I'm gonna keep trying to get that green piece," he growled then, determined now not to let a stupid game get the better of him. Still, he waited a few minutes until his hand wasn't so numb to try again.
And again, his hand slipped to one side and there was a loud buzzing as well as a shock. "s**t!" he blurted out, backing away quickly again. Dammitall. Maybe he should try for something easier the next time or something. Depending on what the others managed to get out.

Having been successful preciously, she was determined to continue this 'luck' and decided to go for a piece that looked more difficult to remove - a red piece. Tweezers in hand, she carefully reached for it, brows furrowing as she closed in on the piece located at the middle of the board game. Around her, she could hear several 'bzzzzzt' as student after student accidentally touched the sides.
She tried not to look. She needed to focus. However, as a 'bzzzzzt' sounded near her, she couldn't resist peering up to see who the 'victim' was...
... Bzzzzzzzzzzzt!
"Ow!" On reflex, she released the tweezers as her right hand recoiled, her left hand rubbing the now-numb spot that had accidentally touched the board game. Ugh. No more distractions! She frowned and waited a while before picking up the tweezers again, staring at the board; no more difficult pieces for her! Start easy...

Considering she had tried to with the most difficult first, Astra decided that it might make more sense to get the easier ones out, then try for the hardest. Besides, she had only 4 more tries until...well, she didn't want to think about it.
She glanced up at at the others as they continued to get shocked, flinching every time she heard the 'bbzzt' sound. Yeah, she was going to go for something easier.
looking at the board, she saw that there were a few pieces left, and gulping she picked up her tweezers and went to pick out a blue piece
The tweezers locked around it, yet she felt no pain, and carefully she pulled it out and watched as it dissipated into nothingness. She sighed in relief; the piece was removed successfully

Alessa continued to chew nervously on her lower lip. It was a bad habit, it seemed. "But Aksaja...You don't want to get shocked too badly do you? Maybe if you wait a bit it won't be as bad..." It seemed the best strategy, in her mind, was to get all the easy pieces first and then have everyone help with the hard ones. Not that this exam was mean to be cooperative really but...how could they not help each other?
"I guess I'll try this again..." she said finally, reaching out again for a yellow piece.
She let out a breath of relief when she succeeded. This wasn't even one of the hardest ones, so she had been dreading if she kept failing on getting it. There were a lot of yellow pieces.

Once he was able, Tybalt moved in to try and remove a third piece. This time a yellow one. Only, just as he closed the tweezers over it and moved to bring it up, the edge of the tweezers touched the side; failing to remove it successfully and sending a good jolt up his arm. Boy did it hurt!
Hissing as quietly as he could, he moved away from the board and waved his hand, as if to shake off the pain and so he wouldn't distract anyone. Though he did cast the board a nasty look before sitting back and waiting for his next chance.

Aksaja grumbled at the game board, wondering why they even had to do this in the first place. What in the world did it have to do with anything they'd learned? Hmph.
Well, he was tired of trying for the green piece. Something easier now, maybe. Frowning, the dragon boil stepped closer and finally decided on trying for another one of the yellow pieces.
Moving carefully, he slowly approached a piece with the tweezers . . . and . . . BZZZTTT. "Ow!" Dammit, it seemed he couldn't even get the easier ones. He was going to end up being the first one out at this rate . . .

Watching Aksaja try and try again to remove a piece but failing to do so, Astra decided that she should try for the green piece to try and help everybody out. If she could remove it, it would take away the hardest piece on the board.
"BBZZT"
"OWOWOWOW!" Astra jumped away from the board, popping her fingers into her mouth to keep the pain at bay and let her arm regain some feeling into it having gone numb from the shock.

Tybalt winced when both Aksaja and Astra got zapped again. Especially now that he knew how painful those zaps were. His fingers were still a little numb from his own jolt! Which made him worry. He did not know how many more of those zaps he could handle, nor did he want to get zapped again.
With that in mind, he approached the board for a fourth time. Forcing himself to move more slowly and carefully then he had before and tuning out everything around him as he gripped the yellow piece firmly. Once he was sure he had a hold of it, he carefully lifted it up; making sure that the ends did not bump the sides as he did so.
It took a few long painful moments, but in the end, he successfully removed the piece without getting a shock.

Since she'd been successful at pulling out a yellow piece and there were still so many left, she decided to try it again. Reaching out with the tweezers she tried to grab one of the pieces. She got a hold of it, but bumped the side. The piece fell back, just as it gave her another very unpleasant BZZZTTTTT of a shock.
She hissed, pulling her hand back and cradling it with her other. She was starting to dislike this exam. Greatly.

Having failed to get a harder piece recently, she decided to go with the easier piece, reaching out for the only blue piece left with her tweezers once the numbness in her hand had faded away. Steadying her hand, she swiftly removed it successfully with a small, almost nervous smile as she heaved a sigh of relief.
She did not want to get zapped again.

Yea, he was SO done with that stupid green piece, someone else could try to get it. Maybe. But it looked like most of the easier pieces had already been removed at this point as well . . .
Hmn. Maybe a red one wouldn't be too difficult? Biting his lip a little bit, Aksaja reached for it with the tweezers. And finally, FINALLY, he was successful at removing something! "Yes!" he said, holding the tweezers aloft. At least he'd managed to help a little bit.
