I wasn't saying that you were one of those annoying trolls. I only used the word because I can't think of the right name/label. Now that I think about it I don't think that there is one for you.
You get no satisfaction in stumping a person or countering their argument?
I try to do the same with reading people over the internet but I haven't perfected it to an art where I can do it within a single post, at least not the more in-depth people whose minds haven't been turned into gelatin thanks to the idiotic crap being shoved our way constantly.
Anyhow I believe that you could be a good addiction to the guild. You can provide new and fresh insight. And there is always the original goal of the guild to help others to improve where they seek help.
And your argument with Feral is not the first of that kind that we've seen here on the guild. It has happened before and will happen again, it's just a sort of rare occurrence.

I'm a moron. I try to help others ... on the internet.
I don't enjoy being argued at. I have said that I would like to agree to disagree with him. But he continued. I tried to ignore him. But he continued.
I get 0 satisfaction from countering an argument because logic does not apply when speaking to people such as Feral. And even I am am correct, I do not enjoy being the dominate party of an unfriendly dispute.

It's not such a moronic thing. Some have helped others over the internet before and we try to help here. There are so many different forms of helping and it's commendable that you are actually putting forth the effort to help others.
The problem is that some people don't want to be helped even when they need it. It's when they finally give in and accept the fact that they need it does it start to work.
Ack, I sound like a rehab councilor.
