Pasiphae nodded at Kallichore's description, adding a bit more from her own memory, "A javelin, I would think... though, I suppose it could have been a spear. I thought she was some kind of LARPer at first... I quickly found out otherwise, though."

The dark-haired teenager frowned in thought as she removed the comforting hand from her fellow Senshi's shoulder. It did not seem like a good idea, to go to this moon if the experience was as bad as Kallichore made it out to be. Yet, if the other Senshi recommended it even despite the pain, then something important must happen when one traveled there. "I'll try and travel there, eventually, but... I don't think I'm ready, not yet. I'm still trying to get used to being a Senshi on Earth... traveling in space seems like a large next step to take. I... need to prepare myself, somehow."

"... corrupted Senshi?" Pasiphae repeated the term in a questioning tone. She had, admittedly, not met many Senshi, but the general impression she had gotten was that they were chosen warriors entrusted with a great responsability. There was so much she didn't understand, and when she felt like she was just getting a grasp of something, someting else came along to make it more complicated.

"It was a pointy thing and she wanted to kill us with it. Brunette, I think. Wore... opera shoes? Something like that. Little white ones with a black heel and buttons." Why'd she know so much about this Nega's footwear? Well, she'd nearly been stomped on several times. Such things tend to give one perspective on footwear.

The gray haired senshi shrugged her shoulders in an effort to relieve some of the tension in them. "It is quite a big step and I think it's very responsible of you to want to wait. I couldn't. I had to know whether or not it was possible, but... I think I shall go again sometime soon. You're welcome to join me if you'd like. I heard you can take passengers." Europa had explained that two people could go to a senshi's celestial body if they were in close enough proximity to one another. While Kallichore had never tried it, she trusted other moons of Jupiter with such a task more than anyone else. They were all somehow connected, she was sure of it. Kallichore just wasn't sure how.

Pasiphae, thankfully, had not been assaulted by a corrupted senshi. The more information, the better. "They wear black and have distinctive, evil auras like the Negaverse do." she started, and would have pointed out a Nega aura had one been nearby. Thankfully, they were being left well enough alone. "Alkaid was the name of the one who attacked me. She had very long, almost white hair and a black outfit. I didn't get too good of a look at her, but it appeared that she... had a hole in her chest?" Everything went by so quickly and if it wasn't for Ares, Kallichore would not be sitting there with Pasiphae right then. Serandite, a general, would have taken care of her swiftly. Serandite wasn't like Zinkenite.

"But." The senshi stopped to correct herself before any other confusion arose. She had to explain about Ares, the only senshi in black that was actually on the side of good. "There is one other thing. There is a small, very small, faction of good senshi who dress the same way. I guess they're from a parallel universe? That's how Ares explained it to me. She wears black and gray, but she's on our side. No hole in her chest, and a distinctly good aura. So I suppose you should feel first if you're not sure what you're looking at."

Sailor Pasiphae shook her head at Kallichore's description of the Negaverse agent--aside from the javelin, which she remembered too well, and the general look of the attacker, she had no more detail to offer. She was slightly taken aback at Kallichore's invitation to visit her moon, not because she didn't wish to go, but because she had only just met the other Senshi. Surely there was someone else who would be better suited... someone that the Madness Senshi trusted more? But then... she was a moon of Jupiter, and like Kallichore she sensed that something connected the two of them, more intrinsic and pre-existing than her connection to Chaonis, her first teacher. Either way, she could not ignore her companion's words, so she responded truthfully, "If you want me to go with you, I'll be happy to come. Maybe it'll be easier if someone else is with you."

She listened carefully to the detail that Kallichore provided her about Corrupted Senshi. Dark auras. dark clothes... a hole in the chest? And then there was, apparently, another group of Senshi... Parallels. Allies who may look, but did not feel, like enemies. It was a great deal to take in, but she was certain that she would be able to commit to her memory, with practice. Any bit of information could change how she approached a future situation. She closed her eyes and repeated what Kallichore told her, seeking correction if it was needed, "So... corrupted Senshi are dark enemies with holes in their chest... while these... parallel universe people are allies that might LOOK like enemies but won't feel like them."

One part troubled her, however, and she couldn't keep the hint of dread from her voice as she asked, "These corrupted senshi, that we're meant to fight... weren't they chosen, like us? How could... how could they fall?"

The super senshi slumped over, rolling her shoulders forward. "Mm... perhaps it would be best if you visited your own moon first." After thinking on this for a silent moment or two, she nodded again. "Besides, I think I need to face what demons may be there for me. I think... it should make me stronger. I'd rather face my fears than run away. The Negaverse would be counting on us running away and... I'm rather pissed that they destroyed our homelands and then lied about it." The opposite faction was the number one target on her list, and she intended to get as strong as she could before going to find where their headquarters were. She had a couple of choice things to say to the Negaverse.

On the subject of corrupted senshi, Kallichore wished she had much more information than what she had access to. "Ares told me... about one called Lyra. She used to be a part of Ares' group, but defected to the side of the Negaverse and became corrupted. I don't know about Alkaid or how the whole corruption process works, but yes. They were chosen like us and... I suppose, in the case of Lyra, chose to fall just the same." It was a shame, she thought, to lose someone who was perfectly capable of making the right decision. Whatever they used to sway Lyra was effective. She'd never be the same again.

Another sigh escaped the super senshi and she looked rather apologetic. "Sorry about the doom and gloom conversation. Being a senshi isn't all bad." Indeed, saving people was one of the better parts of the job, and educating other senshi as well.

Pasiphae couldn't help but silently agree with Kallichore's summation of the travel situation; if she didn't feel confident enough to make a journey to her own moon, she probably shouldn't be visiting someone else's. Similarly, if Kallichore thoguht that she had growth of her own to undergo before inviting someone else, then that was her right. "Sure, no problem. Maybe some other time."

The teenager tugged thoughtfully at her black hair as she listened to Kallichore recite the tale of Lyra. It was a sombering story, and Pasiphae didn't know how to respond to it. Someone had been chosen, as she had been chosen, given the same responsabiility... and they had abandoned it? Worse--they had decided instead to become harmful? How? Why? It didn't... make any sense to her. They were human too; they were Senshi too. How could they reject both parts of themselves?

"No... even I've somehow managed to do some good as a Senshi," Pasiphae agreed, trying to move on to nicer conversation but finding that her mind still raced with the information that Kallichore had given her. "It's just... that being a Senshi isn't as straight forward as I thought." A sick feeling entered the girl's stomach as she wondered if she, too, could be corrupted... she was not as impressive or knowledgable a Senshi as others she had met, and her power didn't seem to be as great. Could the Negaverse convince her, as they had convinced Lyra? Surely not...

She swallowed back her doubt to keep up a strong face, and she gave a small smile at Kallichore, "There's nothing to be sorry for, but you've given me a lot to think about. Even though it might not've been pleasant, I'm glad that you could share all this with me, Kallichore."

"I always thought knowledge was better than ignorance, no matter how much of a burden the knowledge is. Really, it's less terrifying if you know what to expect. Running in blindly is what gets people hurt. Or worse." Her voice was low, but even as she explained what she thought. Even though they'd only met this one night, Kallichore rather liked Pasiphae. She was an excellent addition to the moons of Jupiter. What more could anyone ask for?

She could see the look of trepidation (or was it anxiety?) playing on the other senshi's face. "If it makes you feel any better, I don't think the Negaverse could take any of us. We have each other. You, myself, Ganymede, Europa... we have a common origin. And while I can only speak for myself, if you need me, feel free to call." Kallichore knew she would come running to the aid of another, even if they didn't agree. If Ganymede needed her help, she would help him despite their completely different views on being a senshi for starters. She couldn't leave a group like that behind.

Somehow, she felt more in tune with the moons of Jupiter than she did with the Blood Moon, a thought that utterly terrified her. Kallichore tried not to let it show on her face and shook her head. "If there's anything else you'd like to ask, please, by all means..."

Pasiphae nodded. Knowledge above ignorance; it was a general sentiment she agreed with as well. Research, planning, and strategy... all were necessary, and she was beginning to see just how much of it would be necessary, not just for herself but in order to keep up to speed with her fellow Senshi. She smiled at Kallichore's reassurance and actually did find it comforting. Knowing that she had Senshi with some connection to her was... a flustering thought, but also one that helped strengthen her resolve to keep up her duties.

"I can't think of anything off the top of my head, but that's probably because you've already told me so much more than I knew before. If I think of something, I'll certainly call you. Likewise, if I can help... don't hesitate to call me." The words came almost too naturally to Pasiphae, but what shocked her more was how much she meant them. While she was still nervous about calling for help (she certainly wasn't special enough to deserve it and could offer little in return), she couldn't help but feel that a special connection had been made today. Kallichore might be distracted, at times, and she might move from topic to topic randomly... but underneath that there seemed to be a constant, genuine desire to help. That was enough for Pasiphae. "Thanks again, Kallichore... for everything."

The senshi of madness sighed and let herself smile. She felt more relaxed than when she had started patrol and surveillance. For whatever reason, Kallichore was always very rigid, very polite, very professional. But perhaps as she went along with what it meant to be a senshi, she was loosening up little by little. Progress was progress. "Thank you for listening, Pasiphae. And... not judging me based on what I wear."

Sure, she could be judged on a myriad of other criteria, but the fuku was one of the first things anyone saw when meeting another senshi for the first time. Ganymede himself looked rather appalled by her wardrobe, and while she tried to hide it, she felt rather... disheveled. It wasn't her fault, granted, but still - it made her feel less than whole to have one of the least coherent fuku she'd ever seen on a senshi. It was a point of self-consciousness Kallichore wished she didn't have. Things would be simpler otherwise.

She shook her head to clear her thoughts about the whole thing. "I think, one day, when it's all said and done, maybe we could go out for pizza." After that, she chuckled, for once not worrying what she could do after her job as a senshi had ceased.

The teenager bit her tongue. In truth, she had judged Kallichore by her fuku; in fact, her judgment of her fellow Jovian Senshi remained the same. Perhaps the other Senshi had been judged more harshly in the past; perhaps the judgments had been less correct. Or, perhaps... this was just one more example of Kallichore jumping from topic to topic and lacking cohesion. Either way, the Senshi of Shame kept her smile and responded honestly, "I'm always glad to listen, Kallichore."

"No need to wait that long," Pasiphae responded with her usual dry humor. "Let's just set a date for a pizza party. Everyone can bring his or her own pie. We'll sit up on the roof; it'll be amazing."

"Ah, you think so? I rather like that idea."

Kallichore nodded with a smile. A pizza party sounded rather nice after everything that had been happening lately. While gathering in powered form was more dangerous, there was a certain air of excitement surrounding it. Besides, the super senshi told herself that she would be in good company. If anyone was foolish enough to attack several senshi, then they deserved what was coming to them. Kallichore then stood and dusted herself off, eyeing a clock on the face of a department store. Two AM. Probably time to head on home.

She turned to Pasiphae. "I should probably take my leave now. Again, thank you for being patient. I do hope to see you again. Perhaps we can arrange the pizza party by text? I never know when something might come up in the meantime."

Well, she hadn't been too serious about having a pizza party on the roof, but Pasiphae wasn't opposed to the idea either. It wasn't the first time one of her off-the-cuff ideas had turned into something fun. So, she smiled and said sincerely, "Text or call me anytime, Kallichore - I'll look forward to hearing from you."

Then... she saw the clock, and her maroon eyes widened in panic. Two a.m?! Her parents were going to go nuts if she got caught! "Good-bye, Kallichore--I really mean it, please call or text me!" With no time for further discussion, Pasiphae started off for home, praying that she would be able to sneak in her room and somehow convince her folks that she had never left.
