Retra Smith

Retra decided to come back to the ferris wheel. She suspected that the little commotion earlier was over by now. She got a seat with no one else on it. As the the ferris wheel moved , Retra got out her ipod and started listening to Cold by Breaking Benjamin . She looked out to watch the scenes that went by as the ferris wheel made its rounds. It stopped at the top. Retra began thinking about trying to work up the courage to go talk and make friends with some of the other prisoners. But her fear of them rejecting her just smashed her confidence to pieces. So she just hoped that someone would try and talk to her ...

( Thank you razz . At first I wanted to join the conversation in Akuma's cell but things started to get dramatic and i wanted to see how things would turn out blaugh . Looks like Akuma is a real ladies man wink . Anyway that would be nice, Mishi is an awesome and a mysterious character 3nodding )

Melody walked around at the bottom of the farris wheel. She wondered if there was anyone else around. Melody's pure white hair swayed as she walked.

Tegi walked a bit behind her, his eyes darting about the park. It was definitely the most colorful place he’d seen since his stay aside from all the red that spattered about when someone’s skin was sliced. This place was a bit more peaceful than the inside of the prison, but not more innocent by any means. Illusion was key. If it wasn’t then the whole ‘business’ would go belly up.
“Hmm… doesn’t matter to me! “
He kept smiling and walking until his eyes caught something a little further off, causing him to stop in his tracks and tense up.
No… no not here too! Why is that kind of thing HERE of all places?!
A first aid station. What part of the word 'amusement' included that kind of thing?

Tegi’s eyes were still fixed wide and unblinking on the small building, even as his hand was grasped and Retra repeated her promise. The stare hardened into a glare. However, when he went to move forward he froze again. Did he really have to go that close to the entrance to that place? He shook his head and started to whine childishly.
“No! No no please don’t make me go there it’s too scary!”
He withdrew and cowered behind her shoulder, whimpering a little as he struggled to regain composure. It was too much of a threat, and a threat to him would become a threat to anyone else around. As he started to calm down he began to talk again.
“I really wana keep going, but definetly not that way!”

“But that doesn’t make them go away it never does.”
He pouted and glared at the structure again as if it would move any minute. If he was lead blindly it would still be right where it stood, and they could see him very clearly even though he couldn’t see them. It made it even scarier. Going on top of the building was less risky than that. Actually that was worth a shot.
“How good at climbing are you? ”
Tegi looked at the height of the other buildings. They weren’t too bad. Even if she wasn’t the best at taking that sort of path they weren’t that far from the ground, nor were they insanely far apart. Those medical people wouldn’t even think of attempting to get up there, that was something Tegi knew for sure.
“If you’ve taken every carnival corpse match from the ground it might be a bit tricky, but it’s more fun to go up.”

Right after Retra had agreed to his plan he took off to the nearest building and quickly scaled it, and from the edge he looked down smiling as she talked about how she hunted down her targets.
“Bet you can't catch me!”
Tegi giggled as he jumped to another roof and spun about carelessly. Before he had gotten locked up he would always do such things, much to the displeasure of the two crooked guardians that he killed. They said it was dangerous but what did they know? It was second nature thanks to what he was taught and nothing felt as free as taking to a higher route. Besides, he would rather be above people than below them. It gave a much better advantage, especially since he wasn’t known for brute strength. Tegi continued leaping playfully from place to place until hesitating at the edge closest to the first aid station, still intimidated slightly by its presence. He held his shoulder and looked back nervously for reassurance.
“You coming or not?”

Seeing Retra out of breath surprised Tegi. Was it really that hard for other people? Maybe she had a lung removed or something, he felt bad for not asking first.
“Good sir? Ha, you’re funny…”
He followed the direction she was pointing, hating that he didn’t see such an absurdly large object before. Then Tegi scanned the ground below for any signs of the building before him’s occupants. Once satisfied he took off again, faster than before. Getting as far away from that wretched establishment was all he had on his mind. As he reached the building right next to the attraction he plopped down on its ledge and waited.
“Well, what now? Should we be civilized and wait in line, or should we live it up a little?”
Tegi stared up at the Ferris wheel, trying to judge if he could jump and climb it. It would be insain, but still fun to try.
