Shu looked around for his mother, flattening his ears when he saw she was busy at a table. He scurried over, "Mom, do you want to go take a break-" He looked down and saw that the table she was serving was the clerks from the CD store. His tail drooped, knowing he couldn't take back his offer now.
"Oh, Shu, thank you. I've been working since 6 A.M. this morning." She untied her apron, handing it to Shu. "You're such a sweet little boy." She gave him a tight little hug before walking off. Shu narrowed his eyes after his mother and sighed, tossing the apron over his arm..he wasn't going to wear it in front of him. Searching for the little notepad in the apron's pocket, he looked at the two, "Do you guys know what you want to order?" He tried to smile his best, still red in the face from his mom's dose of embarrassment.

Shu chuckled, "I'm guessing your friend's paying, huh?" He smiled at the neko, getting out the notepad and pen, flipping the notepad to a blank page and clicking the pen. "If you're still interested, the most expensive sushi we have here..is..um..oh, the Ebi Chee which costs only 7 dollars." He smirked, "For six rolls." He handed them two menus, "Here you are. When you're ready just call me over. My name's Shu." He smiled before walking off. He was sure now that when he left the CD store before his heart was pounding because of him, the neko, and not the CD. Shu sighed and walked over to another table, taking their order as well.

Shu walked back over the the neko's table, flipping back to their page, waggins his tail slightly, "Decided yet?" Shu smirked at the neko, he couldn't help it..he was drawn to him for some reason.

"Mhm.." Shu nodded scribbling down the order, "And to drink?" He asked, taking the menus.

Shu smiled and nodded writing down the rest of the order, "Is that it, guys?" He couldn't move his smile or eyes away from the neko. It was either he couldn't..or he didn't want to.

((lol..Shu's thoughts, "KYAA~ HE SMILED AT ME!!! KYAAAA~"))

Shu blushed slightly from his smile, hoping they'd presume he was still blushed from his mom. He nodded, smiling again, and walked off to give the order to the chef.

Shu returned after a few moments, skillfully balancing the two plates of sushi and drinks on a tray, giving them out. "Here you are." He smiled, placing the plate of sushi in front of the neko. "Anything else?"
