It seemed as though she had said the right things for he did not continue to point things out to her. Perhaps she had just proved herself a bit, that even though she seemed to be on a path with no turning back that she was willing to stop, take a step back and consider her steps. She smiled at her father for a moment when he finished speaking. "Perhaps it's not that they have forgotten but they are already too far down that one path and see it as a hassle to backtrack to find a new one."
Najara padding forward to the river, lowering her head she drank while considering her fathers questions. Well before she had run into him she had planned to test out her luck amongst the slippery rocks that dotted this section of the river...but now...well she wasn't sure. He had said a lot to her and honestly a lot of it made sense. "Well, contrary to any rumors I am always open to advice." She said with a smile, they would just need to ensure there were no prying ears around if they were to have more conversations like this one. "As for my plans...well, they probably were something dangerous and reckless." Lifting her shoulders in a casual shrug before continuing. "I think they might have changed now, I might take it easy for once, relax and think on some things." Many their conversation, her path in life and how to still reach a goal but do so without destroying herself. Oh she would still do dangerous things here and there, that seemed to be in her blood, but at least she would think before jumping now.

Too far down the path, indeed. He knew something of what that was like.
He grinned a little at her comment. Maybe he was better at this fathering thing than he thought he was. "Well, you are my daughter," he said. "And Seraphin's. So I know I can count on you to do the right thing and make your pack proud."
He nudged her gently on the shoulder with his nose before withdrawing, reflexively assuming a position of submission. "I should be heading back, anyway. That new fellow Zeke needs me to show him how to destroy the hornet's nest again."
He couldn't know for sure whether any of this would make a difference, but he liked to think that it would, and as he turned to head back hope swelled in his heart.

"Thanks, that means a lot to me." She meant that too, it was nice to know such things and now she would certainly consider her actions and how they might effect not only the pack but herself in the future. She gave her father a nudge back, returning his love with some of her own. "Alright."
Najara watched him go for a moment, then after a bit of consideration turned away from the river and padded off. Yes, she had much to think about now and certainly such deep thinking should not be paired with a dangerous activity, best to sit down and ponder things. And so she went into the forest to find a quiet spot to sit and think.
