Natalie smiled as Chronos coxed his daughter from the bush. It was easy to tell that she definitely belonged to Chronos, she had the same dark pattern. She looked like a female, smaller version of him, expect for her tail, which wasn’t as colorful. It seemed she took after her father a lot seeing as she had the same sweet personality.
The rainbow vixen through a look to Chronos when his daughter said that he talked about her all the time. “I hope he says good things about me.” Natalie smiled to Adalie. “And thank you. You are rather pretty yourself. It’s a pleasure to meet you Adalie.” And it was. Oddly, Natalie felt kind of honored to meet Chronos daughter, it made her feel a tad bit closer to him. Now that she had made up her mind to look after them, she had forgotten the loneliness she’d felt earlier from missing her twin.

Ada giggled as she nodded her head, "Daddy said that you were really pretty...and nice...and that he liked you a lot. And he was really worried after I was born because he thought that you might not like him anymore." The little vixen looked at the smiling female. "You are really pretty....I like your colors." She looked in awe at all the colors as her tail swished behind her. Chronos blushed as his daughter talked about him. He hadn't really wanted Natalie to know all of that, but he had taught his daughter to speak her mind. So he wasn't going to reprimand her for doing as she was told. And what she said was the truth. Especially about what happened to make Tsuki. Chronos wasn't a male to have flings. But things happened with Tsuki and she wound up pregnant. And everything went downhill from there. Tsuki freaked out that her mate was going to kill her, and Tsuki's mate almost accused Chronos of raping his mate. Which of course he didn't. Much drama was caused over the birth of his daughters, and he felt that he was the brunt of the blame. Many things had been said to make him feel poorly about himself.
"Mm..." He smiled nervously at Natalie, hoping that she wouldn't react poorly to him having a daughter.

"I like your colors too." Natalie smiled at the kit as she reviled the deep dark secrets of her fathers mind. Well, she did clear up a lot of things. The rainbow vixen didn't fully understand how to interpret the "he liked you a lot." part though. Could Chronos actually like-like her? Was that even possible? They were friends. Hrm.
"And you can assure your Daddy that I will still like him, regardless of your birth. I'm pretty happy you're here with us, Adalie. Would you like to be friends?" Natalie couldn't help but look over to Chronos and give him a wink when she said she'd still like him. She wasn't sure why she winked, but it seemed appropriate at the time.

"You do!" Ada chirped happily as he tail wagged behind her. "Of course we can be friends. Do you want to play games with me Natalie?" The innocent kit looked up at the adult, her eyes shimmering with excitement as she thought about all the things that they could do together. He was happy that Natalie seemed to accept his daughter so easily. He didn't know why it was so important to him for the vixen to accept his child, but it was. Chronos would ponder the issue when he was alone, give it his full attention.
"Thank you Natalie." He smiled at the vixen, his tail wagging in a similar fashion as his daughters.

"Thank you? For what?" Natalie asked with a smile. She wasn't sure what he was thanking her for, but she hadn't really done anything that required thanks in her mind so she dismissed it and turned her attention back to Adalie.
Natalie couldn't help but let out a small laugh as Adalie looked at her so excitedly. "I'd love to. Do you know any games all three of us could play?" She looked over to Chronos, assuming he would play with them. As she looked back at Ada, she almost felt bad that Chronos had to raise her on his own. It must be hard to raise such an energetic kit alone. But it did seem that Chronos was doing a good job so far. Well, besides the losing her part. But she was here now to make sure that didn't happen again.

"Daddy! Natalie wants to play with us!" Ada beamed as she bounced up and down in excitement. She didn't get to play with the adult very often, so this was a real treat for her. "Daddy can we play hide and seek! I'm the best seeker, at least that is what Daddy tells me." She giggled as she pawed at the ground making swirly patterns. Chronos chuckled as his little daughter. His mother had told him that Ada reminded her of him when he was just a kit. He imagined it must be true, but he didn't remember being that hyper all the time. "Sure sweetheart....we can play hide and go seek love." He smiled, then looked over at Natalie, "As long as that game is alright with you, Nat."

It was good to see a kit so full of life and energy as Ada. The kit's happiness almost felt contagious. Natalie had to keep her cool, she was getting almost as excited as Ada about playing hide and seek.
"That's fine by me." She said to Chronos before turning to Ada. "But I'll warn you, I'm the best hider there ever was." Of course she wasn't actually the best hider ever. Truth be told she had actually never been particularly great at the game of hide and seek. But she knew that saying she was would make Ada feel even better when she found her so she tossed out the little lie.

Ada looked at her all wide eyed, "You are?" The kit started bouncing up and down again, tilting her head to look over at her father, "Daddy? Did you hear that?" She giggled, "Natalie is the best hider in the entire world! And the world is really, really big so she must be very good right?!" Ada gaped at her father in amazement. Chronos chuckled as he looked at his daughter. He didn't really hear Natalie say she was the best in the world, but he wasn't going to correct his little Ada when she looked so adorable excited like she was. "Alright then Ada....why don't you count to 20 and Natalie and I will go hide. Then you can come find us. What do you say about that?" "Okie Daddy!" Ada giggled as her tail waggled wildly behind her. She closed her eyes and crouched on the ground, covering her eyes with her paws as she started to count, "1....2.....3.....4"
