 Luci E. Taleen Luci looked at him in a bit of shock, still wearing her embarrassed smile. "Crew? What kind of crew are you talking about?" Luci shifted her eyes towards Rayumi's ship, eyes immediately fixing on the seagull. Luci's face turned pale quickly before looking back at Nate, somewhat fearful of what his answer would be. The last thing she needed to be in right now was a clash between pirate and Marine right in front of her. She began nervously toying with the end of her dowel rod that she had left in her boot while she awaited his answer.

nate looked at her as she shifted her eyes over he glanced over and seen that rayumi's ship had a seagel on it and looks back at luci and leans in toward her "its a secret" he grins and winks at her not wanting to fight after his long trip there

╔══════════════╗Rayumi Hareda╚══════════════╝ xxxxxRayumi noticed their general body language. She didn't have to look behind her to know where their eyes were shifting. Doubtlessly, he's a pirate. Rayumi, however, believed in biding her time. With a knowing smile, she lay her hand on her katana and yawned. "Well then, Luci, Nate. It was nice meeting the both of you. I suspect we'll meet again on this island. Luci, if it's not too much trouble, could you point me towards a good restaurant?" Rayumi assumed since Nate D. Brook, as he'd called himself, had just sailed up he was in no hurry to leave again; which was good. Because if he stayed, that gave Rayumi the chance to monitor him and get the needed proof that he was, in fact, a pirate. It wouldn't be enough for a promotion, but it would definitely make me look good. Rayumi thought, patiently hiding a devious smirk.

Luci E. Taleen Luci released the end of her dowel rod, and calmed down a bit. "Well then, um, what can I help you with then, Nate? At least, at the moment." Luci took another look at Rayumi's ship, just to make sure.

nate notices luci getting alittle worried that there might be a fight "well i need to resupply and a place to rest" nate looked at her and smiled ignoring rayumi's putting her hand on her sword

Luci E. Taleen Noting Rayumi's hand movement to her katana, Luci began to fiddle with her dowel rod again, nervous as could be. "The only restaurant that stays open after sunset is the tavern past the work shop." Luci pointed at a building almost directly across from the work shop, "Say, you wouldn't be a Marine captain, would you?" Luci added, taking a more courageous stance.

╔══════════════╗Rayumi Hareda╚══════════════╝ xxxxxRayumi nodded appreciatively at the news of a tavern and turned to be on her way when Luci asked if she was a marine captain. Rayumi, with her back completely to Nate and Luci, started to chuckle. "Captain? No; just a lowly lieutenant looking to work her way up." Rayumi shot Luci a look out of the corner of her eye, "I'm glad you've told me pirates come through here often. I've been looking to get my rank up... this might just provide the chance." Turning back towards the town and starting to walk off, Rayumi's flash anger disappeared. "Thank you for our help, Luci-chan. I hope no trouble comes your way." Rayumi made a point not to address Nate. Sometimes her assumptions were wrong, but in the off chance she was right, Rayumi didn't want to associate with a pirate. Without giving Luci and Nate so much as a second glance, Rayumi was off. Her boots crunched in the snow until she found a tavern with it's light still on. Happy to have found a possible meal and warmth, Rayumi opened the door and went inside.

ever get in your head Jason walked off his boat into the island. He looked around for  Something fun to do. But didn't find anything. He then walked on a cliff and took his flute. He started to play it and the music echoed trough the island. All the people living there stopped for a moment and looked up the cliff..

Luci E. Taleen Luci was about to reply to Nate, when the music echoed throughout the area. She stopped and listened, intrigued by it. However, she quickly lost interest, as she remembered she has to get on that Marine boat. "Well, Nate, I'm glad you asked, but I can't. I need to get off of this island and get to the Grand Line so that I can make it to the Revolutionaries so I can aid them in fighting the Government and Marines. My only way off is to somehow get that Marine to take me with her." Luci bowed in apology and began to run off towards the tavern.

ever get in your head Jason jumped over the house and saw a women running to somewhere. He jumped right in front of her "Hey... what are you up to?"His hand turned into black fire and he was looking weird to the girl. He smelled something weird about her.

Luci E. Taleen Luci fell back in pure surprise when the man jumped down directly in front of her. Luci regained her breath and stood up, looking him directly in the eye. "You scared the living day lights out of me!" Luci chastised a little. Remembering her bothersome manners, Luci immediately extended her hand. "Please excuse my manners. My name is Luci E. Taleen. Luci said, trying to be well mannered. Luci then noticed his hand on fire and his expression. "Hey, you know your hand is on fire, right? And what's with your expression? Do I smell weird or am I missing something?" Luci immediately began searching for something wrong with her appearance or smell.

ever get in your head Jason put out his hand and took that of Luci. His hand was still on fire but it didn't hurt her. With the first touch it looked like another human was sitting in her brains. It looked like someone would take over her mind. After that he losed her hand and the man in her head was gone. He looked to the girl without emotion. "Luci... why don't you have a devil fruit..." He said as it looked like he knew everything about her.

Luci E. Taleen Luci stood there for a moment, trying to comprehend what had just happened. Luci snapped out of it a few seconds later. "Eh? What just happened? Why didn't the fire hurt? How do you know I don't have devil's fruit ability? Why do you talk to me as if you know me so well? What's going on here?!

"Nothing... but your powers ain't fun..." He said, as he turned his head to the tavern. He knew that Luci probably wanted to know more about what just happend so he went into the tavern. Jason opend the door to the tavern and took a step. He stopped and made a funny laugh. "You know what always intrested me... the revolutionaries..." He said as he walked in the tavern and took a seat. He orderd a beer and waited for Luci, who he taught, was going to follow him.
