"They are! The girls and I made 'em." Shehk again winked at Sin before turning her attention back to Roch and grinning. "And that's perfect. Just don't get spooked and we'll be all good." She advised. The pricolici took a moment to tap both the toes of her shoes against the floor, testing their fit barely before gauging how much space she had to land in.

She could do that.

"Alright, I'm coming at you." she grinned before breaking into a running start. Once she'd gotten in front of the reaper she placed her hands on his shoulders, pulling herself up into a sort of handstand and pushing off.

Shehk spun once in the air and landed on her feet.

"Tada!" She grinned, turning to ruffle Roch's hair. "Wasn't so bad, right?" she asked, before motioning to the display. "Thank you much, take whichever one you'd like~"

Sin smirked at Shehk and watched as the other ghoul placed with the spiderpom. Sin gave hers a little shake out before petting it, she had gotten used to the things they were useful and fuzzy. She moved her hand back into her hair and let the spiderpom cling to her braid like a clip. If Shehk was going to show of she might as well do a little as well. Sin was a bit surprised that the captain was going to pull in a volunteer...yeah he better not flinch.

She started to stretch out reveling in the way her muscles warmed and bunched contracting and then easing. Fearleading was one of the best workouts when they really got down to it. Granted sin had been practicing light sparring, grimnastics, and fearleading since she could walk. Her parents expected the best of her and Sin worked herself ragged trying to comply physically, academically, and socially. She slid down into the splits and arched her back to touch her hands to her toes forward and then backward before sliding back up with a little jump.

She paused with her hands on her hips to watch Shehk and glance around to see what other students and potential applicants were around.
"I'm Sin Err..." She offered to the ghoul, the boy was focused on the spookies...and hopefully Shehk's instructions.

He hadn't flinched. Oddly, he hadn't even moved with her weight, hinting that the somewhat skinny body had more muscle than was shown. "That was pretty cool," he admitted before heading for the table and grabbing the purple bag of spookies. "And definitely worth it!" he added, pulling it open and popping a spookie into his mouth. "Wow, these are great! Did you use a special recipe?"

He had just been used as a cheerleader prop, by a really hot girl, but--well, seriously, those were good spookies! "Hey, is there a cooking club, too? Because seriously, that would be awesome. Especially if they're giving out treats for standing still, too."

"Out here with all these fine ladies, why am I not surprised?" someone drawled, having just arrived on scene.

Dom, having gotten distracted in the cafeteria, had followed Roch when he saw him leaving. He, of course, had also gotten distracted along the way and thus was a little slow in his following.

"Hey are those cookies?"

...He got distracted a lot.

"Yeah, they're great," Roch said, his mouth full. He swallowed the last cookie and pulled out the sucker, unwrapping it and popping it in his mouth. "'ome-ade," he added around his treat. This was clearly starting to paint a picture. Obviously the kid was an idiot who forgot his fear of ghouls when food was around to take precedence in his mind.

"And I got it for just standin' still," he added, taking the sucker out to give it a lick.

He had indeed been used as a FEARleading prop. Shehk sat on the top of the counter in a space just right for butt-fitting in her case, grinning and crossing one leg over the other (sorry guys, she had shorts on underneath that short skirt).

"We made 'em as a group. We even made some my poor finicky insides can eat." she pointed to where the clause was on her sign she'd set up. "I tend to not be safe with candy, chocolate, or most sugar-filled things. So yes. They're pretty damn good spookies." she grinned, tail wagging a bit before her attention turn to another boil who had shown up at their lovely little display, waving one hand to him.

"Hello hello! There are indeed spookies here. And from what I can tell, they're pretty good." she leaned back. "Perhaps it's the company as well. Come, chat with us! I love me some good conversation." She looked back to Roch and shrugged lightly.

"I think there's one. I'm a hunter by nature, so I don't normally cook. It doesn't appeal to me."

A visitor's pass might be able to restrict many things, but there was nothing it could do about Hurley's smell.

And certainly the other FEARleaders, as well as Roch, would smell him before seeing him - at least, if they were turned the other way. Turned the correct way, it would be both an offense to sight and smell, for it was not easy to conceal the hefty zombie, even in a crowd such as this.

Shehk would most likely need to back away from the booth as he approached. Where were those air fresheners?

It was as if minimal effort was given for this boil's appearance, for his clothes were tattered, sweat-stained, and more than a little spotted over with . . . was that bile?! The cleanest thing on the zombie's persona was his hat, worn backwards in a lackadaisical manner. A small brush of dark hair escaped from the open hole therein.

The second-closest-to-clean thing on him was his skin, which alone was discolored (as most zombies would have) and, beyond having similar stains as his clothes, pockmarked by small boils of various sizes. In disgusting irony, a small colony of them spread about the boil's face in a terrible mockery of teenage acne.

For his part, Hurley was not the least bit bothered by this careless appearance as he waddled - waddled - to the FEARleader booth. Candy was quite a hook. Quite the hook indeed.

So far as he was concerned, there was not another boil there. Moving in next to the pierced reaper, the zombie absentmindedly scratched at a spot on his neck and gave a small burp.

"What's a FEARleader anyway?" he asked, completely ignoring what prior conversation had been going on. He wanted to get his a bag and go - hopefully multiple if he could manage.

But then, probably to the FEARleaders' horror, he noticed a small sign beneath the larger one.

Blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah
A chance to get a date with one of our FEARleaders!
Blah blah blah blah blah

Oh my.

"Oh, so we can trick for a treat then?" He grinned at the FEARleader, glancing from her then back to Roch, then back again.

"Or perhaps you could use a future mascot...?" he offered, pointing at his ears. He figured he might as well make the most of his predicament... And if it meant being coddled by a bunch of cute FEARleaders, who was he to deny it? Plus those spookies smelled delicious.

The boil who'd just walked up, however, did not and Dom made a face.

Roch made a face, scooting away from the massive wall of stench. It was true, he had gotten his spookies, and could leave, but this guy was eyeing that sign a bit too happily, and it bothered the reaper boil. Of course, spookies would make a guy that humongous look happy, but somehow he wasn't sure that was what the zombie was thinking about.

He dug in his bag, then paused, looking inside it blankly. "There's somethin' else in here?" he asked, peering inside. He would have turned it upside down, but he didn't want to lose any crumbs.

Shehk forced a grin onto her face at the approaching zombie, even if his scent made her nose burn. How desperately she wanted to duck and find her back in order to fish out some lysol spray to spare her nose with. But she'd been telling herself she couldn't.

Because it wasn't proper. It was still horrifying, however.

None the less, the Pricolici sighed lightly.

"A FEARleader is one of several people in the school who's job it is to raise school spirit at school related functions such as games of bruteball, pep rallies, and other things of that variety." She kicked her foot a couple of times, before she looked at Roch.

"It's wrapped around the base of the lollipop." She pointed to the piece of paper tied neatly with a piece of string. "For your ease."

She hopped up from her post when Dom inquired about a mascot, walking up to circle the boil, appraisingly. "Well, I'm sure a mascot would be quite the fun thing to play as, now wouldn't it? I am relatively certain that's something for the Bruteball players, however."

Shehk paused for a moment. "Though I don't think they have their booth set up quite yet." she grinned.

"Bruteball, huh?" Roch said, keeping the sucker close to his nose one way or the other to try and drown out the smell. "That sounds like fun, if they let reapers use their scythes, that is. Uh--" He went cross eyed looking at the stick, and pulled the piece of paper off, handing it to her. "Do you know if I'm a winner just by looking at it, or do I need to keep it with me until some sort of drawing?"
PostPosted: Wed Jun 01, 2011 9:38 pm

"There'll be a drawing." Shehk answered with a grin. "As for Bruteball, it's a game about physical contact and breaking the other player.." Shehk seemed to swoon at the thought a little bit. If she'd seemed like a tame person, someone wasn't informed that blood and biting was totally her thing would probably be surprised.

"You don't want to have something sharp on the field. They'll use it against you. Then you'll be a giant mess." Her tail wagged a bit as she walked back to the booth and sat back on it.

"It's a delightful sport. Perfect for strong boils who want tothrow some weight around and cause damage. Fabulous to watch as well."

Her tail could not thump on the table hard enough to express Shehk's opinion on the matter.

For some reason Vieve got the feeling that she should step back- and promptly did so. Whatever Shehk was going to do next, it looked dangerous.

....And also really cool, apparently. She clapped for them (dropping the spiderpom in the process), marvelling that neither of them was actually hurt (though the spiderpom.. might've broken a few legs. Oops.) Then another FEARleader approached her, introducing herself.

"I'm Vieve," she replied, taking the succubus' hand and shaking it. "Interesting name, Sin. And nice to meet you." She'd watched the girl do her stretching routine, and really- was it possible to be that flexible?

The booth was beginning to liven up, with a few more people joining them. People who seemed to know each other. Vieve frowned- when had they gotten the chance to socialise? Had she missed out on a party, or something? Picking up a bag of spookies, she opened it and popped one into her mouth.. then gagged.

It wasn't the spookies- those were, like Roch had said, good. It was that awful, awful smell coming from somewhere. The salamander shuddered, backing away from the new arrival.. she'd heard zombies often fell apart, and she didn't want any of that on her clothes. Grossssss.

She hoped he'd go away soon..

"Huh."

He crossed his arms a bit and contemplated. Bruteball sounded like a fun game, or would have if he were in shape. Maybe they'd allow some sort of goalie?

Breaking people sounded cool either way, though.

Ignoring again the initial reactions of the boils (as they were the most visible ones), Hurley looked over the bags of treats. "When's the drawing?" he asked Shehk, as she seemed the leader of this booth. "Don't want to miss hearing the winner just 'cause I'm away."

He also seemed a bit . . . broke.

Shehk's nose was burning and to anybody highly observant it was obvious it was taking all of her power NOT to run away screaming and find somewhere that smelled of bleach and disinfectant (which for the record had a similar visceral response for her since the other bathroom incident...) to save herself from it.

She forced a very shake-y smile.

"Well, I'll be drawing winners around when we need to start packing up the booth and getting out of here. So it'll be in a couple of hours. I won't be making it too soon or else nobody will be able to come and visit and get a ticket for said raffle anyways!"

Shehk was really hoping that her answer didn't mean the rotting zombie was going to hang around for those two hours. If he did, she may have had to suck it up and ask him to move somewhere else herself or else she'd start degrading into insanity.
