Araye pursed her lips as the other boy moved with the pot, glancing somewhat at the arriving dragonriders. She felt a bit uneasy with them being about, and it seemed that Teyin did as well. She shook her head slowly, her blonde hair bouncing against her dirty cheek. "I don't know." She spoke lowly, balling her fist. It was still red and sore from carrying the pot. "I don't think so. They don't look like they're interested in us." Would wingridgers still cause problems with them? She didn't know. Gently, she bent down and picked up the edge of her smock like dress, and lifted it up somewhat as she stepped off the path and into the grass. Perhaps she'd just make herself look busy elsewhere. The sound of the other dragonrider alerted her attention. "Uh..." Araye said slightly from behind. It wasn't good not to answer them, so she spoke simply, without turning- "Hello, dragonrider."

((Bored and want to Arpeee! *tossing in Kallista*
Kallista had managed to get some time away from running. Her brother had returned and was catching their father up on all sorts of news about family and what was going on in the North. She had come up to Rias Weyr looking for Jessmet or even Ella, the girl she met when she first dropped by to deliver the message to the Weyrleader.
Her father had actually encouraged her being around the weyr. He wanted a strong alliance with the dragonriders; they sometimes used him for more discreet messages. Especially from the Northern Continent. Running silently and swiftly like she was trained, Kallista listened around for any signs of anyone. Her blue lump, Follar, drowsily lifted his head from her shoulder and chirped.
"People ahead? Dragons and flits as well? Perhaps I come at a bad time." Kallista frowned to herself. Was there ever a bad time? Slowly down, she took her pace to a walk without even showing a break in her stride. Someone -she could not remember who- had taught her many things before her accident years ago.

Isca chirruped in alarm and hid his head in the blonde-brown curls, trying to look as inconspicious as any pale blue flit could atop a person's head. Teyin gulped. Perhaps he should protect Araye? He didn't want her to get in trouble just because of him, and being a drudge.. instead he fixed on a bright smile and stepped in front of her slightly.
"G'morning miss dragonrider," and he did a good imitation of his Gather bow, hoping to flatter her. He blinked innocently at her, trying to make use of the fact he looked a lot younger than he truly was. It also served as a diversion while a) Araye could slip away if she wished, and b) so her could finish racking his brains to what the knots were. Wait, harper? His green eyes lit up. "My name's Teyin, I am pleased to make your aquaintance..." He truly was; the previous Gather, not the recent one now that M'xan was Weyrleader, he had been assigned to duties helping the Harper that had come. He so desperately wanted to keep learning what little pipe he'd picked up... best to try and get on her good side.
His eyes darted to the side however; he could see a laconic man lounging a little way off. He couldn't remember his name, but there were few enough bronzeriders that he recognized him as one. There were advantages to growin up in the Weyr, after all.

Chaeren was a little unsure of what to do now. What should she do with the children? She didn't think the little girl was slacking off at all, simply she had been offered assitance by the boy. But what of him? Chaeren was sure he had something else to do and had come to this section of the weyr to escape chores he had been assigned. 'Don't turn the boy in, he looks nice, and was helping the girl without being asked.' Yersith, Chaerens green dragon, said to her, mind to mind. Chaeren looked up, squinting slightly against the bright afternoon to catch a glimpse of where her beloved dragon was. It only took her a moment to spot the green's dark hued hide and lighter green wing webbing as she stretched them slightly to catch more sunlight. The mature green was stretched out on a ledge not far above them, sunning herself. Chaeren could just make out the gently whirling blue eyes of her dragon as she watched the group of humans below. The woman smiled mentally at her dragon and then turned back to the issue at hand. "Good morning to you to." the woman said with a friendly smile to the boy and girl, gently stroking her golden queen's small head with one finger. Basa, her bronze, peeped at the boy and girl from inside the woman's pocket in a sleepy, but mildly curious manner. "What is it that brings everyone to this chance meeting on such a glorious morning?" She asked, not sure of what else to say. She directed the question at both the children and the dragon rider beside her.

Seidoshokuth.
The bronzerider said evenly, avoiding eye contact with the boy, instead looking up at his dragon. Yes mine? I dislike this. You'll get used to it, now answer Yersith's rider. "Yersith?" he asked aloud, realizing so at the last moment and glancing quickly at the woman. "My apologies m'lady, Seidoshokuth confused me for a moment." he said lamely, avoiding what she asked the small group.
I did not...

Kallista came up on a green rider, a bronze rider and two children in the clearing. Interesting group of people, she mused. Follar noticing other fire lizards nearby decided to make his presence known and chirped most loudly for all to hear.
Embaressed, the runner girl stepped forward and coughed slightly. "I am sorry to be intruding, I am on my way to the weyr. Greeting to you both, green rider and bronze rider."

A small green flit darted ahead sunlight flashing on the silky membrane of the wings as she chirped encouraging. She circled twice waiting.
Kahlin glared at her as he came up to her circling. "Sonia you're not suppose to dart off..." He trailed off glancing around. Dragons, lots and lots of dragons and riders. He looked at Sonia. "Are you forcing me to talk to people?" He grumbled holding out his hand for her.
Sonia landed digging her little nails into the cloth walking back to her usuall place. Her tail wrapped aorund his neck like a collar and gave a little chirp near his ear.

Chaeren looked around in surprise at all the people whom had so unexpectedly showed up. It was like they had all been drawn by some kind of magnent. She looked back at the dragon rider man behind her and gave him a small, slightly nervous smile as he spoke. "It's alright...I'm a little confused myself." she said to him quietly. Chaeren turned to the others who had so suddenly shown up and gave them all a small bow "Good afternoon. I am Chaeren, rider of green Yersith." the rider said with a slight, wry smile and gestured up to her dragon, perched not far above. Auri, the womans little queen flit, hissed slightly in surprise at the sudden bow of her mistress, but held on by grasping Chaerens hair in her small clawed paws. She chittered at the green flit that had suddenly flown into the area along with her owner. 'So many have come to see you mine, you must be very popular.' Chaerens dragon said to her rider. 'Don't be silly Yeri, this is all just a chance meeting. None of these people have even seen me before.' she replied, mentally rolling her eyes.
She was brought back by the small murmurs of her other five flits from their various perches, all of them curious about the other two flits there in the area. Chaeren smiled at everyone, tucking one long black strand of hair behind her ear, wondering what to say.

Sonia chittered back kind of huffily her eyes whirling. She lashed her tail hidding back in Kahlin hair.
"Sonia behave." He scolded before nodding, "good after noon Chaeren, Yersith." He smiled slightly at the dragon. Greens where also pretty little things. "I'm Kahlin." THe little green nipped his ear chittering at him. "The trouble maker is Sonia."

Follar went up to the flit called Sonia and puffed himself up again. Kallista stiffled laugh and sought to grab him by the tail. Her eyes took in the unusual group and listened to the introductions. "It is a pleasure to meet you all. This is Follar, my blue who thinks he is a bronze."
