A’Meiya giggled at the boys reaction to her dress sense, giving a perfect spin as she showed just how much it could move, revealing far more to onlookers than was needed! “My Ma made it! She is the most talented seamstress in the world…maybe even the universe!” Her excitement was almost convincing as she stroked the fabric to its very end and patted it as if some sort of pet. “I wear it because she made it you see. I do love her dresses and I think they make me look nice…don’t you think?” Mei was never one for compliments or flirting. She didn’t know the understanding of the terms with her bird like brain. But she still wanted to look pretty, her mother always said she needed to look more like a lady so this was her only opportunity to do so.
She hardly noted the response as she mulled over the next question of where and when, tapping her shoes against the ground as she pondered such a magical place where she wouldn’t get caught.
“Why don’t we meet at the Ichi-Koi Inn just after dawn? When everyone who was getting giddy there last night will be too busy looking after themselves to see us meet up! Plus any noise cause by the silly men will distract anyone for concentrating on us! I will get the key to the door and there are only two guards men stationed that early, we can easily sneak past them!” The excitement in her voice was clearly visible and the more she spoke the faster she became. It all seemed to much for the girl who looked fit to burst with joy, how she managed to keep it under wraps was a mystery!
“We will get the smaller boat, the one in which we can row out as I am unsure anything more will cause too much noise! Or…I guess if your too weak to row we can go for the steam powered one!” A fit of laughter escaped as she elbowed the boy in the ribs jokingly her green eyes dancing with mirth as she prodded his well defined arm.
“Heehee, hardly anything there!” She exclaimed as she stepped back at him, hands squished together in front of her as she listed the instructions once more.
“So we meet up in three days, one finger before dawn do we meet at the Inn. I will bring the key and the picnic basket, you bring the rods and some stories! Ok?! Do we have a deal?”
A hand was extended and grin of mischief was displayed. This…was going to be fun?

Kiran may not know much when it comes to fashion. Anyone who looked at him could probably see that. But he did know about wanting to wear something because someone important made it for him. The strings of beads and shells draped about his neck were made by his sister. And while others might look at them as a little trinket that were worth little to nothing and hardly eligible to be called jewelry, he still loved them because his sister had made them and had such pride and admiration in her eyes when she gave them to him. He wore them ever since. But when it came to clothing, he preferred things that were easier to move in.
"I don't know much about fashion, but," he nodded, "that dress does look beautiful on you." Kiran lacked the same charm as some Lunarians who could woo women into giving him free food. But this wasn't about getting some free food. He was simply being honest.
Kiran nodded as he listened to her plan. She had come up with a good idea in a matter of moments. That made Kiran grin. He was familiar with Ichi-Koi mostly by name, but he knew where it was so would have no trouble arriving there at the appointed time. The fact that they were plotting to sneak around and "borrow" a boat made that grin stretch a little wider. "Sounds like a good plan," he said. There was always a certain thrill he got when it came to being sneaky. "It's a deal."
