"Your going to camp as well?" Granted Skye wasn't surprised by this in the slightest, of course a lot of people would be going to camp but for some reason it caught her off guard. After all she knew what camp really was. "You helping out?" She was curious now as she led them both over to the shop, which Skye did love. To say that everything in there was a little too saucy was an understatement, there were some things in there that you had to be over 18 to buy, not that it stopped Skye with her fake ID but for now she was looking at bikinis.
"Oh I am fine, don't worry just getting distracted in thoughts about starting college and stuff." She smiled dismissing the question as much as possible. She wasn't bothered by Talia caring or just being nosey but she wasn't about to talk about Jack especially when she didn't know what if anything she really did feel for him.
"Look there are some nice swim costumes here!" There see change of topic again.

Talia sighed, clearly irritated. How Griffin had ever talked her into camping with a bunch of children for two weeks was beyond her. "Ugh, unfortunately. I'm being a ... junior counselor at this place called Camp Larkspur." Talia scoffed and added, "AKA, spend my life with a bunch of kids for two weeks." It was no secret that Talia was not excited for this. She didn't even like normal camping, let alone camping with children. She was a mall girl, not a mountain girl.
Now Talia was going off on a rant, "I mean, can you just imagine it? Ugh it's going to be so dirty, and I'm never getting the smell of campfire out of my clothes." She sighed and said, "Hopefully there will be a boy or two there. Summer fling, yeah?" She smiled at that thought. She really needed a boyfriend soon.
It so wasn't college, but Talia let the subject drop once more. Talia was surprisingly tactful in dodging Skye's annoyance, but she would pry. Probably forever.
Talia turned to see the swimsuits that Skye had pointed out and gasped a little. They were ... well they were completely scandalous. Nothing more than a few strings and bobbels. Tasteless. Skanky.
But ... Skye had wanted to shop here. So Talia put on a smile and said, "Ooh, which one do you like?" She held up a simple black one, and said, "This is uhm ... nice." How else did you describe a couple of strings?
