*Kesmi smiled as she looked at the newly hatched kyn as she shook her head.* "Apparently. Best feet it before it eats your tail." She chuckled looking closer at the kyn not wanting to get too close to it in an effort as to not get bitten.* "An interesting little tyke none the less."
*Sinzu squeaked as she was plucked from the bed, but a purr emminated from her chest as she was pet. Being nothing, but a pet she loved the attention and everything. She watched the small kyn hatch before pulling herself from Poke's arms to land on her tail more or less, reaching out with a talloned wing to poke at the young kyn, before vamishing for a moment to rummige through Kes's pack before going back to teh small kyn offering a small bit of meat, not knowing that it was too young for meat it seemed.*
"That's cute, she thinks she can feed it meat at such a young age." Kes chuckles ruffling the fur on silent Moonshadow's head, who grunted watching the small kyns with mild intrest before heading back out where Wake lay resting. soon was standing guard over the larger kyn who seemed to need no protection at all, but none the less, all mesures of precaution were taken with this one.*

Toroth watched the other lunar come back to guard it's friend, and he just yawned. "Last time I checked, your friend is in no danger so You do not need to worry." He stretched his neck and sighed in exasperation. "Though knowing those kyns, We'll have to build a large lake out the front just to house them. So I'm gonna be the tired one soon enough"
"awww thats so cute!" put had a carful hold on the baby kyn, and while he was more interested in the larger thing attached to the meat, he wasn't able to get to it so he ate the smaller meat instead, burping afterwards"
"It also appears he can eat meat already. But then I suppose it would be better to give him mushed up salmon or something..." she put the kyn back into the tank were it dove to the bottom and nestled himself behind some seaweed and started circeling the other egg.
"I hope it doesn't touch the other egg..." poke said while watching him nervously.

*Shadow looked over toward the prince of the den and shrugged lightly as he laid himself down upon the floor, his tail laying at his side.* "Can't blame one fore being over cautious. I know he can fend for himself, but it's a pack thing." He shrugged again looking about the den, thinking that this one looked a bit more homey then the ice cave that he and his own lived in.*
*Sinzu had moved to place herself at teh top of the tank, minding to not topple it over of course. Balancing herself she watched the small kyn inside the tank, and looked toward the egg as she tilted her head from one side to the other. Keeping a close eye upon small kyn in the tank, making sure he didn't get himself into trouble...*
"Poke, I'm sure that they will be fine, with Sinzu there, I bet that small kyn won't touch the egg. If it tries, I think she will keep it at bay.. Until it can be dealt with of course." Kes tried to reassure Poke hoping that with Sinzu there, the egg would be safe and sound... For now at least.

It seemed they would not have to worry much longer, for the european egg wobbled a little and, small cracks appeared at the top. A small baby head peeped out of the shell and looked up at sinzu with cuiosity, and wriggled around in the egg shell to break more of it off.
the baby japanese kyn saw the movement of the egg on top of the rock, and kept a close watch on the egg as well as sinzu. However he didn't appear hungry; the meat he ate had fillied him up for the meantime.
"eepp! now the other one is hatching!" she jumped up and pressed her nose to the tank in order to watch.
((btw toroth is my euopean kyn, and shiro is the black lunar kyn but he isn't the prince of the clan.))
"yopu lunars are all the same" toroth commented. "your all serious, take leadership into your own hands, and if theres even the lightest bit of thread to your pack or rider your all over it snarling and everything."

keeper of shadows comes up the the water outside of the den and then stops dead in her tracks looking down at the water. she paced back and forith infront of the water and then pawed at it gently but then just continued paceing.

Underneith the water, a meancing shadow lurked as a large kyn watched the pacing dragon. He was biding his time, awaiting for the perfect time to strike. Just a little closer...
It wasn't anyone he knew, and he was sure the others wouldn't know of her either...

keeper was paying more atenchon to the water then to the kyn in it. she feared water becuse of the fact that she can't swim, she has always been that way. she swats the water with her tail and paws at it.

Without very little warning, and a quick flick of his powerful tail sharketsu had broken the waters surface, his mouth open wide in an attempt to grab the other dragon and pull her under.

she faces him and jumps right at his head clawing him in the face and then jumping off hoping to land on dry land.
(( oh ok... heee she has some weird naturle reflexes. ))

((sorry! x.x; I went driving to find a job...gah I can't even find the stupid place >.>; blaaahh wasted $5 of petrol))
as the scratch got him accross the muzzle he roared, feeling quite annoyed at how he even missed and he lunged again, hoping for a different outcome.

Luftwaffe roared and dove from the sky, raking his talons out at Sharketsu. "Ha! Now jou vill feel tze wrath of ze Pride off tze Rheinland Sky!" He spread his wings and flapped, then fired a jet of flame from his mouth down at the shark kyn.

she jumps back about 5 feet as she fireball strikes.

The air raid attack had caught him complety off guard, and because he had already lunged he had to take the fire attack head on. This new-comer had angered him, and he was not about to let him off easily. He submerged himself to stop the pain and, re-surfacing to strike out at luftwaffle with his teeth.

keeper takes the chance and charges leaping forwerd head butting the kyn in the side. she tryed to use the momentom to get back to shor but missed by only a few feet. she starts to flail in the water sence she can't swim.

But Luftwaffe was in the air and held that advantage! He fired another get of flame down that became large areas of boiling water when the jets struck. "Keeper, jou vould do vell to stay back! I vill protect jou frahm tzis beest!" But even as he said this, she fell into the scalding water. He had to chance it! He dove and raked out with his talons. He grabbed her under the forelegs and dragged her out of the water, but it left his tail and back exposed to Sharketsu.
