Talk meant nothing any longer. It was clear only a fight would settle the matter. But Kwana also knew that was exactly what Kimeti wanted and that, despite her own strength and skill, his sheer size would overpower her. She would not give in to his taunts.
Instead, she laughed, disregarding all but the last of his statements. Cold blue eyes glinting tauntingly, she shook her head, sneering grin returning. "Oh, I intend to, Kimeti. But why fight you here and now when, by simply biding my time, my plans will make it that much easier for me. I have waited this long, brother dear, and I can wait a bit longer. You are the one at risk here, not I."
She paused, smiling toothily, then, almost bored by the situation, calmly turned and started away from him, tail lazily swaying behind her in a mocking manner. However, despite her outward demeanor, she remained inwardly tense, ready to spring out of reach should his anger lead to an attack. "And if that is all, my lord, I shall return to the caves..."

Teleka's body was tense through all the talking, he didn't want to see Kwana fall against Kimeti's strength. He had watched and was feeling slightly sick. The stupid lion hated fights just as much as anything else and even though he was always beaten by his older sister, would that happen now? After all neither of them are half as stupid as he is.
He watched, his claws wishing they could rip Kimeti but he daren't move. He would stand my Kwana through everything, no matter what happened.

The dark hued lioness let a small growl linger in her throat at Kwana's threats, moving to stand on a rock as her bright, venomous yellow eye's watched the so called lady.
But she felt so torn, her brother was on Kwana's side, yet she knew Kimeti was right. No matter what she'd choose to do the right thing eventualy, wouldn't she?
Mpeka just continued to watch, eye's darting form all the faces that now appeared, dark red lions, slaves. She deeply wished the Godess was here, no doubt Finar-si would sort this out. But for now, they'd have to watch as the royal siblings began to rumble.

Turning her head, Nuri reguarded Denahi with a dark, silencing gaze, all but demanding he shut up right than and there. Kwana had started to move away, and already she felt releaved. In truth, she wanted the queen to wait, for if she did she wouldn't be forced into any promising situations that would leave her in the sands. Of course, the only advantage anyone would have over the lioness is size, for she had with and speed, and Nuri knew that in the end Kwana would need to think out every move if she would overcome her brother.
"You are to be silent whenever in the presence of Finar-si's children, and you are to always keep your eyes down...though you may be lucky to see things that are below such as this circumstance, most times you will be not. If you wish to survive and have Finar-si's blessings, you will do as we say." Her voice was a soft hiss as she just looked ahead, waiting for Denahi to show any sort of reaction. If he disagreed, she would make sure he would learn what not to do.

Curse that wench! So much for enjoying a little fight with his dear old sister, but he had another card up his sleeve and Kwana would have no way of opposing.
"Kwana dear, I think you may have forgotten one thing." He spoke sweetly with a smug look upon his face. "Though your plans may suceed in the long run I am King now and being so I have rule over this pride." He paced forward towards her. "You shall not return to the cave now nor ever again." Golden eyes glistened with glee. He would put a stop to this nonsense here and now. There was no use in letting his sister continue her plotting for he knew how clever she could be and truly did not want to come face to face with a finished product of hers.
Raising his head high he roared out load enough so the whole pride could hear. "Kwana, you are no longer my sister nor of the Blood. I banish you from these lands! You are no longer welcomed in the desert and should I lay eyes upon you again after this day I will not hesitate to kill you."

Kiburi listened to the argument with a growing fear running along her spine, torn between the need to turn and run or to go over to Kimeti. Her alliances lay with him whether she wanted to or not and she feared what would happen to her if he was killed. The others may turn on her if her master was no more and she was scared.
More than just scared.
And then Kimeti's booming voice shook the ground and a tiny whimper escaped her throat. She gazed around in almost a blind panic before she spotted a brown male close by, it appeared he was talking with two other red lions. She took heart in the fact that his pelt was not crimson and dashed over to hide behind him. Safety in numbers right?

Teleka suddenly stood up, rather quickly aswell. Kimeti was banashing Kwana? He can't do that... his own sister. Kwana was the queen, by right. Teleka snarled a little though only quietly, he wasn't stupid enough to try and start a fight with Kimeti. He turned to his sister and then to where Nuri stood, that didn't make his mood any better seeing the lioness who had tried to boss him about.
He turned to leave but then didn't, he wanted to see what Kwana would say. Kwana could still go ahead with her plan, Teleka would always be faithful, and where was Kijinga? His head turned this way and that before realising she was the only one no not the only, but one of the ones missing. He sighed and laid down again.

Denahi grinned towards Chomo. He wasn't quite believing what the former firekin male had stated. "Hmpph, what can they do to me," He muttered under his breath, watching Kimeti and Kwana. Hey! It...sort of reminded him of him and Syeira, or maybe even him an Tamu. Maybe...sort of? Okay, maybe not.
Watching the crimson lioness known as Kwana move away from her brother, Denahi tilted his head at Nuri. ...Wait a minute! This was never part of the agreement! All Denahi wanted to do was know more about Finar-si! not...become a servant?! ('thatsabsurd!' he thought to himself.) A low growl escaped from his maw, but he quickly contained the rest. "Why?" He asked before she mentioned the part about recieving blessings from the goddess. "hmpf." He snorted, giving Nuri a defying gaze through his sky blue eyes, before casting it to the ground. No use of getting into an argument right now, right?
His ears perked forward, lifting his sight once more at the feuding siblings. Banished? Ohoho, this would prove interesting.

Mpeka's ear's tilted forward, eye's widening at the word's. Banished? Even though it was something he was able to do, certainly, not his own sister?
She watched Kimeti for a moment, bright golden eye's, tail moving back and forth slowly. There was a soft, little bit hint of sadness, it was hard for a member of the pride to be banished, even if it was Kwana. She then slowly moved down from the rock, to watch the lighter hued lioness for her reaction.

Chomo curled his lip slightly in disgust at this male who seemed to throw his weight around so relentlessly. He touted that he was a king, a king of what? A decimated pride? If it was down to this lion that the pride had fallen to pieces then Chomo fancied his chances better with the exile. But despite his raging thoughts, he said nothing of the matter, unable to comment on these events whose origin he was not fully aware of.
He felt rather silly standing there, fully grown in body but a child in matters of Firekin politics. Well, he would learn, he would learn.
Sitting down, he flicked his tail and narrowed his eyes. Blood bonds were important in the Firekin, his mother had taught him that much. He turned to Nuri, clearly bothered by this judgement
"How can he banish his sister from a pride built up around the bonds of the Blood?" he shook his head "It's not something you can banish from your veins, even with grandiose words."

Nuri just glared at Denahi until he looked away, turning herself back to the scene and frowning once more as the king roared for everyone to here.
"He will learn to regret thoes words, Chomo...you are right, he knows not of what the pride was bassed on...it seems as if things have been forgotten in our absence..." Her eyes softened lightly at the thought, the pride breaking in front of her eyes. Out of everything she expected, it was not to see the blood being disreguarded, "How much more of Finar-si's teachings have been forgotten in a single generation?" She tried to think up ways, but before she could she decided it was best to keep her eye on the current happenings, checking the locations of the others.
There was Teleka and an obvious sibling, watching with mixed postures. Teleka looked almost as if he was about to jump in, and if Nuri had gotten anything from Kwana, it was that she would not want anyone to interrupt her fight. The other female, the sibling, seemed heartbroken at the sight, the weakness appearent in both of the siblings.
"Is there even any of the Blood left?" She asked her companions again, the soft sigh showing her disappointment.

Teleka looked around wishing something could happen, it was wrong for this to happen. He was looking around at others reactions when his eyes landed on Kijinga. This wasn't the time to talk to her but he couldn't help but let a smile cross his maw and he soon nudged his sister. "Kijinga is here!" He whispered quietly but joyfully. He didn't move though, his eyes darting from the light female to the one he considered a queen. Oh how life was going to be difficult.

The lioness froze, completely stunned. Banished? He couldn't possibly be serious. But he was, she realized, turning to face him. The smug look said it all.
For a moment Kwana was silence, a mad light rising in her icy eyes which remained fixed on her brother. Then, still completely calm, she closed the distance to him, eyes boring into his from only inches away.
It would never be that simple. This was her pride. A word would not send her from it. She would not abandon her blood to her brother's idiocy so quickly. If he thought his threats could frighten her away, he was sadly mistaken.
"Come dawn tomorrow, I will still be here."

How dare she! Who was she to oppose he, Kimeti the King?! Blinded with rage he swipped outwards at her, claws outstretched to collide with the side of her head which was extremely close to his own. Blazing golden orbs didn't leave the red pelted female but he made no extra move at her, just prepared himself should she lunge after him.
