Burakku Ketsueki iAkura-kun Hey Burakku, I noticed you want a puppet user as a teacher. I can do that. Origami no Dara Puppet user? I was planning on doing the same for my Rpc, so this would be some great practice for me to get accustomed with the bloodline. Alright cool! I'll make my post and we can go from there. kk

Reason for NPC request: Because there isn't another Satetsu user in Iwagakure, and waiting until i can find Cobra's second rpc and figure out she is a Satetsu user without metagaming would be annoying.
