They would one day kill, the both of them. It was inevitable - through Alunite hoped to never be forced to take a civilian life. But if he had no other choice.... he would.
The questions all but poured out of her mouth, and he couldn't help but wonder if she'd even thought about what she first said. You would be crazy to trust just anyone.
But yet, it made him think. Was it a trap ? Or was this red-headed girl as lost as she looked to be ? Did she not have others she could confide in ? Did those senshi honestly not look out for one another ?
But yet, he genuinely could not answer most of these questions. She was right in her assumptions - Maia was actually the first senshi Alunite had directly faced. He shook his head, and something crossed his eyes - sadness ?
"Do the senshi truly take so little care of each other... That the only person you have to ask these questions is someone you arn't even sure you can trust ?"

Maia shook her head, "we take care of each other, but just like you do not know everything about us, we do not know everything about you. There is a lot to learn ... on both side, I guess. And it is pointless to find out what the negaverser is fighting for from a senshi."
Maia was not for one minute about to admit that she was avoiding her own team and her ex team and well the whole f-ing negaverse.
She frowned at the other, there conversation was just going in circles and Maia was doing most of the talking, not only that time was also moving along. He did not seem like he was going to be much to help to her.
She huffed wondering if she should have just kept going, but no she shook her head that would have been stupid. He sense her, she sensed him and they saw each other.

Not admitted, but not truly unseen - Alunite could see to some matter that something was bothering the girl, but she wasn't speaking up. Smart of her, that.
"Perhaps it is." He agreed. He knew what he was fighting for - but he would not speak for another. He knew yet so little, but enough to give himself over to this cause. Though his reasons... were ultimately a bit more self-centered than most. His sister, most of all.
But she didn't need to know that.
"Maybe someone will answer those questions for you." It wasn't taunting at all - though time was flowing, and it wouldn't be long before Fluorite came for him. If she saw this... There was no doubt she would be on the attack prowl. "You should probably keep going now. My partner will show up soon if you don't, and I cannot promise she will hold her hand."
Maia hadn't attacked him, and this was the same favor extended to her in turn. "Though, I should do the same. Umbra Eclipse."
Had he finally went on the attack prowl ? A few seconds proved it wasn't the case - Alunite all but vanished from Maia's sight, his energy signature scrambling to cover the area, making his exact location impossible to pin-point.
The seconds passed, and Alunite's energy returned to normal - through with the head start he'd gotten, there was no way for him to be followed before it vanished entirely.
