It seemed that Aitana had a decently working brain hiding there in her head. A flash of a grin formed upon her lips and she gave an assessment of the guess. "Gonna. Ain't workin' there yet. Start when school let's out."
The duo soon enough came across a house that had no lawn, but instead had what seemed like a pit of gravel. There were stepping stones that seemed to be made of cobblestone that led to the doorway. The house itself wasn't exactly overly fancy. It was actually quite plain in all honesty (and that partially had something to do with the lack of time the adults had towards home renovations), but it was two stories. When they approached the space where the sidewalk dipped to lead to the driveway, that was where Ellie turned, and by association, Aitana as well.
"Camp sounds kinda stupid..." Considering what sort of girl the blonde was, it wasn't surprising that she honestly wasn't the outdoorsy sort. Put her someplace where she could screw around with metal and shop tools and she was content. Put her in the middle of the woods and she probably would have grumbled the whole way.
When they got up to the garage, she swung her backpack out to the front so she could unzip the front compartment and get out her keys. It seemed a bit strange at first, but if one looked, there was a padlock attached to the garage door, obviously meant to keep people from just going in and stealing her things without any effort. The blonde knelt down, and as she jostled about with the lock and key, she added "...at least ya ain't stuck at camp fer th'whole summer. I've heard of some kids that get shuffled off t'sleep away camp fer the whole summer."

The house was quite a bit different from the home Aitana was being foster in while on exchange. 'Her' house was quite suburban in apperance.. landscaping, cookie cutter charming designs. Ellie's house on the other hand.. She inspected the gravel, the stepping stones, the locked up garage. All very interesting.
Her tongue stuck out a little at Ellie's opinion of camp. "I hope is not suck"
"Oh man a whole summer!" She was suddenly very glad for the families she had. Even if they got tired and frusterated.. atleast they didn't ship her off for the whole summer.
She peered over the blonde's shoulder excitedly, waiting to see what wonders might be hiding behind lock and key.

The lock easily came off when the key was part of the equation. For the moment, she held onto the lock, then stood up and walked towards the middle of the still closed garage. There was a handle and Ellie grabbed it before pulling upward. The garage door slid up, one panel at a time, until the door had seemed to be sucked up into nowhere.
What was behind that door seemed like a complete mess. The most noticeable thing was the fact there was a car in the garage that seemed to be in pieces. It looked as if it was building up nicely, but it definitely was not ready for anyone to be taking it out for a spin. The blonde walked in, already knowing all of the pathways she needed to take to get to her pride and joy. If she had been more polite, she might have mentioned "Don't mind the mess," but that really wasn't her style.
In fact, all Ellie offered the younger girl was a brutally honest "Jus' wait out there... don't want ya messin' anythin' up." Gold eyes shot a look to Aitana that read Don't you f*ck with me before resuming her journey to the back of the garage.

Aitana watched the garage door be sucked up into the roof before squinting into the cluttered room. She obviously spotted the car in pieces, eyes dancing over each foreign part like they were pieces to a puzzle. She wondered even if they all went to the same thing, because it looked like so many of them!!
As Ellie disappeared, Aitana heeded her warning, if only in it's vaguest of forms. Because even though her feet remained planted firmly outside, she leaned carefully in, hands folded mildly behind her back.
It smelt funny. Things looked weird.. and even dirty. Her fingers itched to just dig through things curiously. But for now.. for the moment she stood at the threshold just staring in. Hopefully Ellie would return before she changed her mind.

When Ellie reappeared, it was with a few things at hand. Of course, the most obvious thing was the vehicle which was rolling forward. It was pretty hard to miss it, since it was bright yellow for the most part. The tomboy obviously prided herself on that vehicle, one could tell by how well it was waxed and polished. Tucked under both of the tall girl's arms was a helmet, one for herself and one for her guest. Once the vehicle was out of the garage, she kicked the stand down so the vehicle would remain in place as she handed the helmet from under her left arm off.
"There... I ain't gonna get pulled over fer my passenger not wearin' a helmet."
With the one arm empty, the teen then proceeded in a guff tone to explain the rules of riding. "Alright... Rules. Ya sit behind me. Yer hands are either on my shoulders or 'round my waist. No exceptions. Yer hands wander, I drop ya off at the town dump. No b*tchin' bout how I drive. Ya b*tch, drop ya off at the town dump. Most importantly..."
There was a pause as the blonde then began to fuss with her own helmet. "...have fun!" A stray grin managed to find its way to the blonde's lips before she sat herself down on the vehicle, her hands working quickly to tuck away her hair inside the helmet.

The brazilian girl stood straight once more as Ellie returned her eyes settling on the large yellow beast with interest and delight. Up close it was a little bigger than she had imagined, and the bright color was exciting! Car companies were correct, bright colors really did look like they could go faster and Aitana could already imagine them zipping down the streets.
But then the rules were being offered and Aitana blanched mildly. Until they actually began to touch her ears.
She shifted the helmet inbetween her hands, a smile snaking it's way across her lips as the hands rule sounded. It was probably an unneccesary warning, but who knew really. Aitana had been known to check out girls in the past, but as of yet she'd never really been handsy with one. Even she was smart enough to figure it was better not to grope around on the person who was steering a vehicle at high velocities. Especially without invitation. "You give rides to perverts in past, hmm?" She teased in response.
And.. have fun? It was enough to return the wide grin to Aitana's face, quickly pulling the helmet over her head, shifting it around until it was comfortable. She could hardly wait to get on, in fact barely waiting for Ellie to get situated before hopping on behind her, trying to find a comfortable place, hands coming to settle at the blonde's waist when she'd finally settled in.

Ellie pushed the visor up on her helmet and addressed one question the other girl asked before the engine was revved up.
"If ya were a guy, there'd be a rule 'bout pokin' me in th'a** with yer d**k. Lotsa guys blame it on th'vibrations... but it's jus' an excuse t'get a feel." Visor was slammed down, keys were in the ignition, and soon enough the engine seemed to roar out in an excited manner to match the green haired girl's excitement. With a practiced motion of her leg, she kicked the stand back up, and soon enough the vehicle was rolling forward towards the street.
It might have seemed like a boring way to start things, possibly too slow a pace, but the moment they were in the street and turned to face the correct direction, things sped up quite quickly.
Squeezing the gas, the brightly colored vehicle soon enough was zipping down the street. As the driver, Ellie had to make certain there were no pedestrians bolting out into the street. Technically, she shouldn't have even been going this fast in a residential area, but so many of her neighbors had given up on the idea of reporting her. It was just a fact. Ellie Spectre, daughter to Ed and Kat Spectre, was just a speed demon reincarnate.
By the time the two were pulling out of the residential area, the blonde was already snickering quite a bit behind her helmet. It wasn't like Aitana would be able to hear any of it.
"HOW YA DOIN' KID?" she called out extra loud to make sure she could be heard over the sound of the engine.

There was an actual widening of her eyes as she pieced together the words Ellie had spoken, something that didn't usually happen with the laid back girl. However it ended with a fit of laughter that was eventually swallowed up in the roar of the engine revving to life.
The vibration of the bike coming to life beneath her was rather interesting. Very different than a bicycle or a car. Not unpleasant though, and she quickly became accustom to the hum and rhythm, focusing on other things. As they started to move though....
There was a surprising moment of worry. The briefest snippet of fear the two wheeled machine might tip over and toss the two of them down onto the hard pavement. Her grip on Ellie's waist in fact had tightened just a little as the speed changed.
But as she caught her breath.. and as the world began to zoom by around them her eyes trying to take it all in the pressure beneath her fingers began to lax, starring out at the world through the slightly tinted helmet. By the time the words were shouted at her the fear had melted away to excitement. Between the sound and vibration of the bike, the wind whipping past, and the speed... so much stimuli at once. The response Ellie received was less of a word, and more of a delighted scream. "Waahooooooo!"
Motorcycles were definately cool! No wonder Ellie didn't want to rollerblade.

That was a good sign. Behind her helmet, she couldn't help but laugh. Ellie had seen all sorts of reactions before. There were a variety of scaredy cats out there, including the quiet crier and the loud panic-stricken douche. In all honesty, a couple of the early signs seemed to lend more towards the quiet crier, but something made the blonde genuinely happy about people seeming to let themselves go when riding with her.
"Let's do this sh*t!" she muttered inside her helmet before rounding the corner into the main streets. The main streets were a whole different animal to master. On the residential streets, a motorcyclist didn't have to worry about other vehicles most times. However, now Ellie was moving through the traffic on the main streets, weaving past other vehicles as she continued to speed up. The blonde liked to consider herself a "safe daredevil," but the reality was that there was no such thing as being safe while being a daredevil.
Every so often, they'd reach a light that was red, meaning that the vehicle would stop, giving her companion a break from the potential danger that Ellie was probably putting her in.

After the inital surprise most of the butterflies disapated, being replaced instead with a familiar thrum of adreniline. The bike was so fast, and weaving in and out of traffic made her feel like she was playing some game.. volleyball or soccer perhaps, zipping between competitors to get ahead and make the shot.
She couldn't help but grin as they zipped past cars and left them in the dust too. But then even Ellie had probably figured out that the brazilian liked to race.
She was enjoying the whipping of her braids behind her back, watching the world pass by quickly. When they began to slow to a light Aitana loosened her grip a little, leaning forward to shout. Luckily the helmet probably helped muffle it a bit. "This is very much awesome! Motorcycles are awesome."
The light was getting close to changing, but her curiousity perked anyway. Were they just going around the block.. or..? "We going someplace?"

What was with all that worrying from the worrywart behind her? Since the light was about to change again, the driver revved the engine again.
"...Ya never jus' drive 'round jus' t'drive round?" Obviously that was not meant to be a very specific question, since Aitana if she was remembering correctly, didn't have a license. Ellie revved the engine again, then said "Ya don't need t'have a destination in mind when yer ridin'... but if ya want me t'drop ya off somewhere, I don't mind."
Before her passenger could get in a word, the two were zipping off again.

The words offered to her were puzzling. Rhetorical questions were not her strong suit. But when asked if she had anywhere she wanted to be dropped off she shook her head. Though.. it was unlikely Ellie would have seen or felt the answer.
Sometimes when she rode in cars she would stick her hand out of the window to feel the resistance of the wind pressing against her fingertips. To fight the pressure of the air by pressing forward against it. It was mindless fun, and for a moment she debated doing the same, stretching both of her hands out wide to try and catch all of the air whipping around them.
Luckily for their stability Ellie leaned into a turn at that moment, warning Aitana of the dangers of actually hitting something very dangerous like a car or the concrete with her hands. Motorcycles it seemed were not the same sort of tanks of space that cars made.
It was perhaps a choice someone had to make when deciding between the two. Safety and truck and passenger space. Or added manueverability and speed. Right now she was enjoying the later.

As far as the driver was concerned, the offer to drop the passenger off went unanswered. Which probably meant that she didn't want to get dropped off anywhere.
If she was feeling ballsy, she might have attempted the Maze. However, that wasn't the sort of thing you did with a passenger. Hell, the last time she attempted the Maze, her vehicle got f*cked over. The other guy got lucky that he hadn't been on the inside for that part. So when they passed the ramp which would have taken the pair into one of the most windy and stretched out paths in Destiny City, it only made sense that Ellie ignored the ramp. It wasn't like Aitana would know what it even was to begin with.
The blonde continued to ride the vehicle around until eventually she felt the need to go back home. The warning signs were pretty obvious. They entered a residential area via a different entrance than where they had exited earlier, but there was no denying the fact the ride was almost over. It didn't slow Ellie down until they were practically at her own house, rolling into the driveway.

It was all and all a very exciting trip. Fast, exhilerating, seeing places she'd seen before but in a new light. It was all very cool. But that didn't mean she wasn't ready when she recognized the familiar scenery of Ellie's neighbor come into view. The loudness of the bike had kept her silent for the most part, and she was just chomping at the bit to gush. And maybe even jump around a little bit.
She atleast thankfully, waiting until Ellie had actually stopped before her helmet was popped off, her feet stretching to try and reach the ground as the taller girl stabilized the bike. "That was amazing!"
"So fast and like.." Aitana was at a loss of words, so instead she shifted her free hand into a mild wiggle, wide grin settling across her face. "Vrooooom"

Ellie's helmet remained on for a bit longer as she attended to the basic shut-down sequence for her vehicle. Once the engine had been cut and the kickstand swung down so she could dismount, she got off of the vehicle, pulling her helmet off in a practiced manner. Some of the gushing had been muffled while her helmet was still on, but the moment it came off, her ears were getting flooded by the giddy sounds of a fan.
"...yeah... definitely fast..." she offered in an almost cool, proud tone. Her hand reached out towards Aitana, silently asking for her to give back the helmet so she could put it away.
"Don't get me wrong... cars are amazin' too... but there's no competition when it comes to which is more excitin'..."
