"Hmm." A rather non-comital sound, really. Ah, maybe later. He was to lazy to bother to get back up now that he'd sat down.

"Honestly I think it's mostly a matter of when then if at this point. I can't pay the rent on my apartment by myself, and im not having you move in a place with a busted shower."

The shower was on it's way to become an inside joke. Damn. "And really, this looks perfect. As long as you think you can put up with me on a constant basis." He laughed.

"I have like... a week or two left on my lease, I think ? That'd be enough time for me to pack off my stuff and tidy up the place a bit. My dad's got a truck I can nab for a day or two, probably."

"I've managed so far," he replied with an admirably straight face. "This is going to be awesome." Solemn facade was cracked with a huge, beaming smile as Sebastian thought about all of the ways this was really the best idea ever.

"Sounds good!" Another slice of pizza snagged and half devoured in one bite, he looked thoughtful for a moment. "I've already got two keys, so you can have one now and start moving stuff in whenever you get it packed, instead of all at once?" And he'd have to go talk to the landlord, who seemed pretty easy-going about this sort of thing. Likely had been dealing with college kids and their weird leases for a while, as close to DCU as this place was.

"Oh, yeah, that'd be awesome." Matthew grinned. That would certainly help, and then he'd only need to nab the truck for what little furniture that was actually his, ans hadn't come with the apartment. The boxes could fit in the backseat of his car, easily.

The pizza was quickly meeting it's end by hungry university boys, as he went for another slice himself. "Maybe I can even get Midget to help out." The irony of Matthew's nickname for his sister was that... Well, he wasn't that tall himself. "Through... She's acting kinda weird lately. Must be a chick thing."

"Make sure I give it to you before you leave," he warned, swallowing the last bite of his pizza. "Or I guess I see you around often enough if we both forget." What an understatement!

There were only a couple of slices left, and Sebastian nobly sacrificed the larger remaining one to Matthew; he had paid for it, after all. "What kind of weird?" The brunette was certainly no expert on female strangeness, but he couldn't deny a little spike of concern for someone he'd come to regard as almost as good a friend as her brother.

"'Kay." He went for the slice Sebby left behind, not really second-thinking or nothing it was the bigger slice left of the pie.

Odd of the key being forgotten - still pretty high.

"I don't know, she's just... being weird ?" Matthew wasn't an expert of female behavior either. Doubly so when the female was his own sister. "I think there's something she's not telling me, but I guess she's just at that age..." He shrugged.

He was sneaking out of the house to go to parties all the damn time at her age. It helped that both their parents slept harder than bricks.

Once they'd both finished the respective last slices of pizza, Sebastian stood up and waved an arm around. "Ready for that tour?" It was pretty short, as the apartment was on the small side. One room was obviously occupied, as evidenced by the furniture and general lived in state. The other wasn't, and had a few boxes labelled 'books' sitting in the middle of the floor which the brunette rather sheepishly explained would be moved before Matthew started bringing his stuff over.

The TV and game console demanded their attention afterwards, which claimed them for quite a few hours. When Matthew finally left, Sebastian somewhat surprisingly did remember to give him the spare key.
