Hug-bell heard Wolfy call back, "I'm No bully!" She said defiantly yelling back at him. She felt something grab at one of her legs. Falling down she screamed, hitting the ground turning around so she could watch wolfy as she tried to scramble away.
"You shouldn't be such a bully and you wouldn't have to be bullied!" She said, her butter yellow eyes looking at him. She ran into a building, he caught up fast. She frowned clinging Barnaby close as possible to her chest watching him.

Slowing now to a fast walk, he gathered his chain step by step, link by link, as he approached her. He was rather impressed that he got such a small target, but running in a straight line was never your best bet when you were running from being caught. She would have come to know that if she was given the chance to live longer. Her high pitched scream and cries at him only made him frown more. "You will become a bully. Those friends you look up to will make you just as worse as they are, and then you'll come to kill my friend. You'll set them on fire. Butcher them into pieces. Stomp on their organs and bleed them dry. YOU will become that because that's what your side does." He moved closer, pulling her towards him. "....which is why I have to do the same."

Hug-bell looked a little pale as Wolframite spoke, of things, horrible things things. She shook her head and stared at him, "I will never be like them. And I don't want to be like like you either." She tried to kick him, she was smaller than he was, but probably not by too much. She watched him her yellow eyes held fear in them but she wanted to get away. If only she could find help.
"I know what it's like to be bullied and I'll never be a bully." She added frightened tears still welling up in her eyes, as she struggled, the chibi was trying to think of how to get away. Suddenly something reminded her of the one time she was with Themis. She didn't have his power to amplify her scream but she looked at Wolfy and took a breath before screaming as loud as she could. If there was any luck to be had at all, someone might hear it and scare him away. Though she didn't know if many senshi actually traveled her way often.

The screaming was high pitched and hit notes that made him want to tear out his ears. Having it blaring at full force in your face was not anyone's idea of melodic, and Wolframite winced under the shrill blast. For her to make this any more difficult pissed him off to no end, and he raised his good hand into a fist and went to slam it into the girl's face.

Hug-bell had expected something like a punch she moved Barnaby in a flinch to protect her face. As she tried to wriggle away from him, she was scared, she couldn't get him to let her go. She was still screaming too, and she wasn't going to let up until he either made her stop or someone came to help. Even if it was making her throat very raw and sore, she wiggled helplessly as she tried to get out of his grip, being a captain he was stronger than her too.

It wasn't all that hard to hear the scream from where she was patrolling. The night had been relatively quiet with no action to speak of.
"...what th'hell kid would be out at this time?"
With that, the tall figure ran towards the source. It sounded like it was maybe 1 or 2 blocks away...

He gritted his teeth to glare at the bear. It was getting in his way. It was causing problems. STUPID BEAR! USELESS BEAR! IT WAS JUST LIKE ELLIOT! "SSSHUTTT UUUPPP!!!" He shouted, his voice working to drown her own out as scrabbled with his bad hand to grab the end of his weapon that wasn't tangled by the girl's leg. It was hard to grip with finger braces on, and so he used his bad hand to press down on the girl and then took the other end of the blade to stab at the bear. Not into it. No. He wanted to cut the bear's throat. Kill it for getting in his way. "I HATE YOU!" With that, he swiped to kill the plushie.

Hug-bell didn't stop, only her screaming for help turned into a scream of horror as he tried to get the bear, to cut Barnaby's throat. In the process he cut her hand, it seemed pretty deep, and from there it was all Hug-bell could do to call "TEDDYCOMFYCATCHES!" Trying to save Barnaby, as tears poured from her eyes letting go of her precious sidekick to cradle her hand, still crying. "LET HIM GO." She tried to bark between crying from the pain to her hand, she'd be lucky if he didn't hit something major. "STOP BEING SO MEAN!"
She tried to kick at him again but with Barnaby growing the only thing that happened was she was being pinned down worse, but at least Barnaby was between her an the Nega officer.

As she drew closer, the blonde senshi could hear the sound of her pulse beating in her head. It drowned out some of the screaming, but now the screams weren't just shrill noises.
They were forming words.
And some of those words were very familiar to her ears.
Sh*t... what sort of a*****e picks on a kid?!!!
The yellow-suited senshi's hand began to glow as she tightened up a fist.

The small amount of blood from his first swipe didn't even translate to her being cut. As he sliced again at the ever expanding stuffed animal, when he swiped and saw blood mingle with cotton, he had actually felt a skip in his heart at seeing it actually bleed. He had fixed stuffed animals before. Tore out cotton to restuff them with new filling. He also had a small tendency to believe they had personalities and were real, but now he felt more guilt in tearing the creature apart than he had with murdering any number of passing civilian he had in the past few days. But the fact remained that this useless bear was in his way. It was HIS fault!
His knives were not made for gripping. They had no handle, and as he reached back for another few swipes, working to tear the creature apart until it was no more, his own palm bleed onto the blade. Each swipe mingled soft, polyester fur and cotton with more blood. The small child under gave voice to the creature. "I HAVE TO BE MEAN! IT'S YOUR FAULT! IT DIDN'T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY!"

Hug-Bell was crying, knowing Barnaby was getting hurt, but he was keeping her safe. She didn't know what else to do, she couldn't wiggle out from under the bear. "Please..." She sobbed, "Please stop doing this."
Her head had turned so she wouldn't suffocate under the bear. "It doesn't have to be this way! Please I want to help you." Hug-Bell pleaded with him, not seeing help come and being alone it was the only thing she knew to do. It was in her mothers stories, tickster rabbit, foxes tricking others; she could try and hope it worked but she didn't know how she'd trick him, if she was even brave enough to try it. The child tried to wriggle out from under the bear; she had to get free...

The sound of footsteps pounding against the ground in a rapid beat was one of the early clues that the Negaverse Captain and the Chibi Senshi were no longer alone. Another hint was that some strange glow seemed to be approaching quickly. However, both parties were most likely distracted by the other.
That glow initially was a ball-like shape, forming within the fist of a senshi, but then it stretched out loosely into 7 different pale colors. The senshi swung her arm, causing this ribbon of light to dance for a brief moment before it went flying in the Negaverse Captain's direction.
"Iris Rainbow Ribbon!"
The ribbon wrapped itself about the boy's attacking hand. Sailor Iris stopped in place, and keeping a tight grip on the colored light attempted to pull that hand away from the bear. The rainbow went taut from the pull on both ends.
"What th'hell, man?! Negaverse now goin' out targetin' lil' kids?!" The senshi then spat in his general direction. "Ya make me sick."

When Wolframite had first met Sailor Iris, he had been a lowly Lieutenant and hadn't been able to figure out the different in energy signatures, something that would later result in him loosing an eye. However, ever since surprise attacking Castor and Princess Chronos, he knew better to ignore them and took special notice of the types. This one was large, meaning something higher up than first rung senshi and he would have noticed it if he had been more focused. The problem was, he was a swirling tornado of dark emotions inside that attacking the bear and, if he could slash away enough cotton, the girl underneath, had been his only concern. As the young girl screamed, he made no attempt at moving. She would stay put and if he had his way, he would kill her right where she rested. It all depended on which swipe of his blade landed where and how long it would take.
I should drag it out for days like they did. Let the wounds bleed and fester. Break bones. Tear her apart from the inside.
Just as he reached back to stab directly in the center, his hand was gripped. A moment of confusion passed by him, and he tugged once....twice....before looking up at the rainbow ribbon about his hand. Following it's line, he looked out just as the older senshi raced his way.
This wasn't good. He wasn't about to mess around with a smaller senshi when someone with this power signature was heading his way. Rising up, he gripped the ribbon and pulled back, trying to free his hand from the line she had on him. Having worked with his own blades and chain, he knew how dangerous it was to be caught. Unfortunately for him, the only had he had free was the one that was in finger splints and bandages.
"I'm only following the crowd!" He shouted back, glaring at her. He was far from the person she first met ages ago. "...and let me ask what sort of SICK ******** decides to put a child in uniform? What do you want me to do with her? Sing her a lullaby?!" He tugged hard on the ribbon, testing whatever magic it was made of. Could he slice it? Tear it? Bite it off?

Hug-bell hadn't heard Sailor Iris approach, she was too busy trying to stop her crying and think of a way out of the situation. It was the call, that snapped her out of her panic. Someone was here? Hug-Bell was wriggling now with all her might as Sailor Iris' voice rang in her ears. She was never more relieved to see... well hear the dirty mouthed sailor. Hug-Bell with her good hand having wiggled free enough to move, she punched Barnaby and he rapidly began to shrink.
With that sudden release of Pressure Hug-bell was attempting to run for it. She wanted behind Iris, before Wolfy could realize what she'd done. Tears were still streaming and her hand was throbbing. Oh she needed something to wrap it with, why didn't she have access to her backpack when she needed it?
She saw Barnaby, now laying on the ground in shreds, the tears welled up more. The chibi senshi was not only scared she was mad, her hand hurt and Wolframite was the biggest bully she ever met. With that in mind she glared at Wolframite, giving him an answer to his question. "Well from what you seem to imply the same sort that lets you feel like if you're the biggest, meanest bully alive it'll be the way to solve all your problems."

Sailor Iris was not in the loop. She didn't know about the conversation that preceded her arrival. She didn't know about what the child was thinking or what the boy was thinking. So a majority of the things shouted back and forth were somewhat lost on her.
However, one thing managed to catch on a nerve for her. It felt like the pot calling the kettle black, and the elder senshi was not past pointing this out. "Yer jus' a kid yerself!" Obviously, not the same sort of kid, but given the Captain's stature, the senshi of rainbows couldn't help but feel he was pretty young. Did she agree with this kid being a senshi? No, not in the slightest. However, one thing she had grown into trusting was the judgment of the guardians. Perhaps the senshi could not see the immediate benefit of having children on the battle field. There was a reason. There just had to be.
As the child began to rush towards her in an effort to distance herself from her attacker, Sailor Iris began to try to pull this officer in like a fish on a line. Rather than bringing him closer, she was pulling herself closer. As she got closer, she managed to figure out something. His face was familiar.
"Ya fight this kid... ya fight me..." she warned as she got closer. "And...I still owe ya a broken arm fer what ya did to the cat..."
