(enter from SHIELD Base)
James fell from the sky at a great speed. He had jumped from the S.H.I.E.L.D. jet way above where normal commercial flights would be. He has doing a HALO (High Altitude Low Opening) Jump. He streaked across the sky like a black bullet. His meter on his watch went off and it was time for him to pull the cord. The parachute, opened and he gently glided down the the earth and flared out before he landed so he wouldnt break any bones or die. He took off the chute and wrapped it up and put it away. He began to walk around the city for what exactly S.H.I.E.L.D. said he was sent here for.

"A Green Lantern is an officer of the intergalactic police force known as the Green Lantern Corps." he replied. "They are chosen on their willpower and given a tool that allows them to be able to protect their appointed area of the galaxy." With that, his body faded back into light, and fell apart into the millions of flecks it had been when he first formed. I will send you to one of my other Guardians that is nearby. He can help explain any further questions you have."
The light flecks drifted around the young hero, and enveloped his body. Once ready for transport, the young man should find himself in the area close to Flashstep when the light finally faded.

Lucas blinked.
"Uh... hi," he said timidly. "I'm Lucas. Lucas Ellison. Did you... get teleported here by a weird person made of light?" he asked, praying that he didn't sound crazy.

Almost jumping out of his boots. Flashstep turned uneasily to realize that The Keeper had did it again. "Uh no and I know who did it. Well I guess your a new recruit or someone of grave importance." Blaze said looking at him. "My name is Flashstep."

James soon found out were he had landed in a area called Iron Heights. He could see an old person not far from here. He started to scout the area get a feel for everything here. Memorizing every little thing so he could know the area if something went bad. He made it up to the prison and using his parkour skills he was able to climb up to the top of the guard walls he could see the entire inside of the prison seeing the different cell black. He watched the area as he moved across the top of the wall.

ENTER from METROPOLIS
Another flicker of light danced around the small group. The light grew, radiated for a brief few seconds, then faded completely. A woman stood in it's place, eyes closed and fists scrunched tightly against her legs. After a few seconds of standing perfectly still, she finally exhaled and let her upper body slump some. "Maldita sea..." she hissed under her breath, rubbing her eyes. As though it would somehow rub the blasted white spots from her vision now. "Was that really necessary? Jeeze!" she growled.

As James was walking the wall of the prison he picked up faint noises come from with in a building.
"Looks like its time to investigate."
James jumped down and went inside the building where the noise were coming from. He moved silently and stealthy through the cell block.

"I have no idea." Alex replied. "He just said something about a new task and here I am." With another small groan, she finished rubbing her eyes and tried to see just who she was with. She recognized the one guy's voice as the speedster that was with her earlier. The other man, she gave a curious look-over and a nod.

"So I got train the both of you." Blaze said looking at both of them as he analyzed Lucas. Then out off the blue, Flashstep asked seemly to the wall. "So what is the mission?" Blaze known from his previous work the Keeper was always present when he did this type of stuff. "I know you didn't just send us here for no reason."

James got closer to the three he moved even more silent, almost ghostly silent he moved through the shadows and hid behind a wall in the core of the darkest of shadows. He listened in on what they were talking about.

Alex halted and looked up at Blaze with an arched brow. "Train?" What training? She wasn't a rookie. Just because she never had to deal with all this mystic mumbo-jumbo...
"There are two tasks I have in mind for you." the voice replied. "You can either stay about here to practice and train together...or investigate an area that will be much more dangerous if you're not ready and willing to proceed to."

Smirking slightly,"This mission, thats dangerous....it isn't really something of grave importance..is it?" Blaze had it figure out he thought. "the fact you didn't freeze time means that we have time." Then his hair slide onto his face and Blaze brushed it away. I really need a hair cut.

"Well, seeing that I didn't run into the door. Again."
Jaquelyn gave her little sister a slightly mischevious look before she walked inside and pulled the newspapers from the pocket of her incredibly long black coat. Of course it wasn't actually hers, but their father's coat. She walked up to the table and seperated the newspapers from eachother, handing one to her sister. Some of the journalists working for the Keystone paper had a tendency to circle around speedsters, supers... vigilantes in general, even if they were out-of-towners. Hopefully they'd run into something of interest, maybe some info the girls missed. The other newspaper was not a copy of the Keystone paper, but it was from Central... and FG thought it twice as productive to look through both papers. She started speed-reading the Central Times paper.

"Yes, it's not of grave importance." the voice replied. "I am unable to see clearly in the area in question. I cannot go to the area myself, so I would need a guardian to go there so that I could see through them."
