"He can't get into the really high ones, just the ones that are well padded underneath. He actually generaly doesn't climb in them if its nice outside and he can use his playset." Sciz scratched the back of his head and sighed again. "Kids are so expensive."
"Oh I fink Skiz might haf sum ting." Lian hopped down and toddled over to the cooler. Unfortunately it was the kind that you had to press the button on the side to make it unlock and slide open. This ofcourse miffed Lian as he begun to claw at the cooler's lid
Sciz suddenly noticed Lian attacking the cooler. "Lian what are you doing? If you need something just ask me, I'll open it for you."
"I un big boy. I do it." Lian shook his head remebering why he was trying to get the cooler open in the first place. "Uh he said he wus firtsy." he flailed his arms a bit after Sciz took the cooler from him.

Jayoku was also drawn to look at Lian as he struggeled with the cooler lid and as Sciz took the cooler away so he could open it she caught Lian's words. She looked to Chath and nearly gasped, he looked so weak. Chath clung to his tail limply and swayed back and forth.
In alarm she sat up and moved over to Chath her hand hesitated but for a moment before she went to gently touch his arm. "Chath are you ok?" she asked quietly.
Chath didn't even have the energy to withdraw his arm from the woman's touch, his sight was starting to spin. "wa...ta.." he moaned.

Sciz pulled a thing of bottle water and handed it over to Jayoku. "Here give him this, his skin may be dry too. You'll probably have to take him home and give him a nice soaking in the tub." He also pulled a small stick of bamboo to Lian while he had the cooler open.
"Actually it may not be a bad idea to keep a the bathtub full of water in the house, shallow of course..." He moved over to Chath and kneeled infront incase he fell forward he could catch him.
Lian wasn't exactly sure what was going on but he knew that Chath wasn't feeling well. He accepted the sprig of bamboo but clung to Sciz's side. hje didn't know what he could do for his new friend and figeted with his tail quite a bit.

Jayoku nodded her head taking in this information. Sciz seemed so level headed. Right now her mind was in a state of panic. Taking the water bottle she unscrewed the lid and then poured some of the clear contents into the cap. "Come now Chath here is some water." She said offering the cap full to the boy.
The cap bumped into his lip and tipped spilling the contents down his chin and dripped onto his chest.
Feeling the cool liquid drip, his eyes became more focused as his skin started to absorb what water was on his chest. His hand reached up wanting more, his little hands made a grab for the bottle, but it was out of his grasp.
Jayoku watched his pitiful attempt to get at the container. But she didn't linger on the fact too long as she then went about to pouring the liquid over his head.

He watched as Chath got soaked with the water, getting a little splashed himself. Sciz felt glad that he had decided to bring some botttled water after all.
"You may also want to carry a bottle of water around till he can remember to do so himself." Sciz ruffled Lian's hair. "Don't worry he's okay."
He put his hand up to try and block Sciz. "Un no mess up mai hair." He gave Sciz a stern poat. Lian remembered he had the bamboo after Chath appeared to be doing better. He chewed on some of the leaves idlely.
((sorry it took so long, i had a final in one of my classes u_u; ))

As the bottle emptied Chath looked a lot more alert, he let go of his tail reaching for the bottle which Jayoku handed to him. She looked to Sciz a half smile on her face. "I am so glad you were around for this. I may of paniced if it wasn't for you." She said as she stood up her knees aching in protest.
Chath now with bottle in hand was curious to how much water had gotten in there. He turned it upside down but found the bottle was empty. He looked to Sciz and Lian his dark eyes big and round.
"morsh vater?" He asked shoving the bottle towards the pair.
"Please.." Jay corrected Chath without thinking. "Say please Chath, it is the only polite thing to do."
Chath for once turned his gaze towards his gaurdian mother, blinking slowly he then struggeled with the concept. "Pease?" He added on his one eye looking for Jay's approval. Which he caught by her small smile and nodding head.

"I've learned to always have a bag so I can carry things that I might need in an emergency, but its very tireing to carry it all the time." Sciz turned his attention to the little newt boy who was shoving a bottle in his direction.
"Skiz gots lots of wuter in ta ooler." Lian mumbled throuhg the bamboo he was chewing on.
"Lian, don't talk with your mouth full like that." He stood up and went over to the cooler, sliding the lid open and pulling out another bottle. Sciz twised the cap slightly to break the seal and handed it to Chath. "Now don't get everyone wet with that." he chuckled a bit.
"Mai moufh izn't full und I can talk if I wunt." He wiggled the stick of bamboo at Sciz, which he promptly ruffled Lian's hair again for doing so.
"Watch your manners there."

Jayoku watched relieved as Chath took the bottle and fumbling with the lid then began to drink the contents. Water leaked from the sides of his mouth and dribbeled down his chin. She moved and placed a hand on Sciz's shoulder in thanks. "Perhaps i Should take Chath home and prepare a kit like you Sciz. Besides he can't go around only wearing shorts.." she said though she wondered if the little newt boy would protest at wearing a shirt.
Chath enjoyed the water greatly though managed to spill most of hte contents down the sides of his face, chin chest and lap. He didn't much mind though he caught a disapproving glance from his gaurdian. Frowning he offered the water to Lian.
"You twirstuy two?" he asked tryin gto remindhimself to be polite.

"Thats probably a good idea. I'll see you around then, and you can call if you you're having trouble with Chath and need some advice."Sciz smirked a bit, laught at himself that some one might call him for advice. "Hopefully he won't be as hard to get into clothes as Lian can be."
Lian stuck his tounge out at Sciz from the last remark he made about him. His attention quickly snaped to the bottle being offered to him. "No itz okay, i not firsty."He looked at the bamboo sprig he hand noticing there were still a couple of leaves left "You wanna try sum bamboo? Skiz say not many peoplz like it thought. Dun no if yew would like it." He offered a couple of leaves anyways though.

Jayoku gave a small giggle and reached for her purse that had been abandoned on the chair shehad been sitting in. Taking out her cell she flipped the lid open. "let me just get your number so i can call. I can call if it is an emergency right?" she asked looking a bit pitiful at the moment.
Chath had never seen bamboo before and took a small leaf off hesitantly. "I twy it." he said bodly and only hesitated a moment before popping the entire leaf in his mouth. It awas evident on as the expression onhis face went sour. "Bleh." he said trying to wipe the green mes off his tongue. "Dat gwoss. Vwat is it?"

"Ah sure" he digs his cell phone out of his pocket it and flips it open. Sciz is a bit embarassed that he doesn't know his own cell number but this is faster rather then trying to struggle to remember it. "Heres my cell numvber and the home phone just incase." He flips the phone so its facing her and hands it to Jayoku.
"I guess Skiz wuz right." He looks at it questionably for a moment. "He cawls it bamboo. I wunder if I rewilly should eat dis." His tail twitched slightly like a cat's who was vaguely interested in something.

Looking at the numbers intently she then in lightning speed entered them both into her cell phonebook. She looked curiously at Chath who was now attempting to get something green off his tongue. A bit alarmed she turned to him. "What were you eating?" she asked though her gaze flickered to Lian she noticed he was holding a bamboo stick from earlier.
"Bwamboo? you eats dat?" he said his face still taking on its sour form. when he was asked a question by his mother gaurdian he replied quietly.
"Lian cwalls it bwamboo... I onwy had a wittle of da gwreen stuff." he answered his hand reaching for his tail once more.
Relieved it was just hte bamboo that Lian had been eating she nodded her head and then turned back to Sciz."Would you mind so terribly much if we borrowed the water container? I promise to give it back. I jsut want to refill it for the drive home."

Sciz flips the phone shut and stores it back into his pocket. His eyes looked over at the boys when Jayoku had raised the question about what Chath had been eating. "Hmm? Yea you can borrow it. " Sciz shifted his gaze back to Jayoku.
"It tastes fine tew me." Lian nibbled on a leaf just to mach sure. He shrugged when he found it stilled tasted alight to him. He shot a glance at Jayoku and Chath when she raised her voice a bit at Chath.
"I sorry. I gotz you in truwble." Lian's ears drooped a bit for a moment. "but she doesn't luke dat mad." He smiles again.

Jayoku gave a relieved sigh and walked over to Chath. "Chath may I have the water bottle? I need to go put more water in it." she asked and explained to the child in front of her.
Chath have a small laugh. At Lian's dropping ears. "I wish i ad ewers." he said pointing to Lians. When Jayoku approached though he looked nervous and instantly looked into his lap. He clutched the ater bottle tightly but shoved it towards Jayoku when she requested she have it.
Jayoku was so surprised at the thrust she missed chatching the bottle and she in embarressment went to pick it up. Her face still flushed she turned back to Sciz trying to smile. "Could you watch Chath for me? i just need to refil this and then we can be on our way."

"No problem." Sciz smiled and then looked over at the boys. "Now you two better not do anything while I'm watching." he mock shook a finger at them, laughing a bit.
"Joo haf ears oder wise you cewdn't hear." Lian grabed his ears and pulled on them. "Dey just don't stick out luk mine" He stuck out his tounge making himself look even more rediculous.
"Keep making faces like that and they'll stick, Lian."
"Not uh." He makes another face at Sciz.
