Raj looked towards Raven when he asked his question. Raj calmly said, "you will be fine. Our clan has a strong stance on honor, and betraying another kindred spirit in the eyes of the mountain God's would be contradictory towards those beliefs. Though I say kindred, I emphasize the word spirit. They can be-" he paused for a second, "-hesitant towards true acceptance because of relation." He thought about what he said, then he worried. They weren't always nice to him because of his blood-line connections, (which were still unknown to them,) and him bringing another non-relative to the clan may cause some room for concerns. Maybe I should get these guys out of here. Raj started to contemplate, But I just can't let them leave without some form of thank you. Raj quickly saw that his response to these doubts would have to be made. The clan quickly drew itself on the blank sheets of snow.

Raj watched as the alphas both stood tall before the trio, he showed his respect by lowering himself to them. The male alpha glared at the other two, and flashed his fangs at Raj. He looked sharply and said, "it is you, once again, who brings more persons to our home. What say you, Raj? Do you like our suffering?"
Raj quickly interrupted, "Suffering? They could have quickly killed me, yet they didn't. The veil of snow could have masked their bodies until they tore into my throat. They would have had three rabbits, a feast for any wolf on this mountain. Yet they were kind enough to lead me home, so I offered them shelter. Is that not honorable of me?"
"They could have been trying to find us!"
"To tell who, exactly? We are one of the farthest clans away from the others. By the time they had told anyone, we would have already started preparing-/"
The alpha male grabbed his scruff and forced him to the ground. He grunted out of the sides of his mouth, "You. Need. To. Listen!!" Every word came with the pinches of his jaws against Raj's neck. He quietly dropped to the ground and the alpha let go.
The alpha started again, "You two will stay here, and you will not leave. We will watch you."
The alpha male and female walked off, the female's head rubbing against the side of his chest to calm him. Raj picked himself off the floor and dropped the rabbits in the meager food pile before heading towards his shelter that was underground.

Jon called out to the alpha as he walked away "I thank you for your 'offer' for shelter, but I must decline. My name is Fields and I am not affiliated with any clan, you may check with all of the surrounding clans and ask them if you wish to. I travelled with these two to make sure they made it to your mighty clan safe and sound, now that this has been accomplished, I will be returning to my home. I will reveal this location to no one, I swear it on the Gods of the Mountains." With that he turned and walked back into the cold night air. The temperature was low, but it wasn't quite to the point that it would make travel dangerous for him. As he passed Raj and Raven, he whispered so that no one but they could here "My home is open to all those who need a safe place to escape from oppresion, almost all of the clans have recognized my home as a sort of neutral grounds. You may come with me if you wish or show up at a later time, but all are welcome." He quietly slipped into the night, letting his strong legs carry him swiftly home.

"I would stay here if I were you," Raj said, "that's not a threat, however, our alpha has me concerned. He has been acting a bit strange around me. Also, Raven, try to assert yourself better here. Try not to let them sense that you are nervous. I've got your back if anyone tries something stupid." Raj let the other wolf decide where he would go while taking the other wolf back to his shelter, or burrow, rather. He dug a large bit of snow out of the ground and left a pile next to the entrance, which was larger than expected and the inside too. He led Raven inside and laid down on the ground. "You can lay where ever you want, it doesn't matter to me." He rested for a minute, and closed his eyes. His paw drifted on top of a piece of bear skin pelt, and he softly wagged his tail.

Fields sighed, the alpha had seemed a little tense and a little worried at the same time. He decided to stay and followed Raj to his burrow. He whispered to Raj when they were away from the pack wolves "Have any of the alphas eaten any odd plants lately, or has there been any accidents? I'm sure we can make you look good if we can help the alphas with a problem." Fields laid down and look at Raj quizically, trying to remeber what plants made wolves both irritable and worried.

Jon simply layed down in the room when the other two went to dinner, he had his with him, he'd only dropped his rabbit to speak. "You guys enjoy dinner. I don't really feel like 'mingling' with the rest of your pack if that's okay with you."

"Raven," Raj started, "I appreciate that you want to help, however, I feel that it isn't really going to phase the clan much. Even when I help, my efforts are usually for naught. If you want to help me, then you can listen to what the alpha said early; 'stay here, and then leave.' I feel that he might be angry with me because I brought an outsider here before. Just once, and that was enough to set him off. He didn't do anything though except follow the policy given to him. He didn't want me here either, as I recall. The man who brought me here was my only key to being accepted by the Melisa Clan. He died from a swipe of a bear's claw, and was my only way of knowing what the clan was really thinking. I might need to leave soon." Raj finally stopped his speech and lifted the last scrap of meat into his mouth. "If you are finished, you can go back to my cave, or burrow, rather. If you can't find it, look for the split tree. I'll return in about an hour, after that, it will be nightfall and we will sleep."
