For Squire I went with the 10sec per hit for 3 hits equaling 30seconds total.

For Knight I decided to your everything appearing to move slower suggestion, 15sec per hit for 3 hits equaling 45seconds total. Hope it okay to up the time pool for knight, if not I will bump it back down.

15 seconds is a bit too long for an instantaneous effect -- the max for that is ten seconds. You can also simply give him a channeling pool of 45 seconds for this spell if you provide a channeling mechanism. c:
